I was shopping for a bunch of odds and ends at the Lougheed Mall location. One of the women that worked there walked me around to every product I asked for and gave her advice on what she owned and what was the best deal and truly cared to help me as much as possible. I wish I got her name. She was great! Thank you again!

We sent our camera film to develop at this location. The film had photos we took on a special trip and the photos were meaningful to us.

The photo lab used the wrong type of solution and permanently damaged the entire roll. We lost ALL the photos and there is ZERO possibility of recovering the photos.

They didn’t notify us about the damage at all. We only found out after we waited for a prolonged period and called to see when we would have access to the pictures.

They ONLY offered a refund of the service and credits to future service. No replacement or compensation for the entire roll that they damaged. No compensation for the memories that was in the film.

Very disappointed! Who would want to return to them for service after such serious and unprofessional mistake plus disingenuous follow up service?

Photography department at this store is disappointing.
They act like they have no time for their customers. Photographers are absolutely unprofessional.

Had really bad experience in this store. Went to this store to print out photos at the photo centre last month. We got receipt that shows the photos would be ready to pickup at 3: 45pm. So we decided to hang around in mall waiting for 1hour and came back at 4: 10pm. When we showed the receipt to one sale association, she just told us that our photos had not been printed and then quickly turned away going inside office without any explanation or communication. We even said that a photo frame on hold there and want to pay for it. She didn't reply any. I felt very disrespected. Her attitude really upset me.

Went in today to have my iphone battery replaced. Chris from tech section was so friendly and helpful, and the service was great and fast! Such a delightful experience:)

They took 30 minutes to fill a prescription that was sent yesterday. Came back to say "propranolol is not available" and "it's too soon for the other pill" and just left it at that. Yep I have to come back and pay the stupid pharmacist fee twice more!

If you are looking to get passport photos done, try somewhere else. We went back 3 separate times to correct issues by staff not trained. We couldn’t even check our digital files until they wouldn’t allow them to be submitted online. We were issued a refund, although not for our digital files, after we printed off our own but apparently there is only a guarantee for Canadian passports so they don’t guarantee any other passport photos. We requested European sizes and were given Canadian and American sizes with different background colors and obviously wrong sizing. The photos also didn’t pass the requirements with measurements. Was told it was a service issue so they don’t honor their full guarantee with retakes and a gift card with the refund. I would say if London drugs should therefore offer no guarantee as we are going to them for proper sizing once we have requested the country. If they take the wrong photos and the computer program says the photo is rejected then I would assume that the photo doesn’t pass the requirements set out in the computer program. I also assume the service is not part of the guarantee as the clerk is obviously not trained.
Clerks also said ultimate responsibility is for the customer to check. I agree, but when we asked the first clerk who took the pictures about the rejected photos, they said it would be fine. If we are to check their work, then they should provide the measuring devices and the requirements so we can ensure we check their work. Yes, ultimate responsibility is on the customer but if we go back because we don’t think the photo is right then they shouldn’t offer any service in the first place. What a complete waste of time and money. It makes you wonder if this is how the company deals with their staff and has no training whatsoever.

Positive first: Quality of prints are excellent as always.

Improvement needed: Pick up of order is by the pickup slip, the email or text notification for pickup, or if you would like to provide customer service, having the customer read you the order number. Photo ID is required to verify identity if no order number is available and phone number is provided to match the phone number on the order.

If that has changed, it's better standard proactive for staff to explain briefly than to insist that the full London Drugs photo lab order number that was assigned and matches the order I was picking up actually has multiple orders under that EXACT number.

Had an excellent experience with the older gentleman who works in the camera/accessories area today. He was very helpful, polite and even gave me a good recommendation for a present for my wife that had a longer warranty. I thought customer service like this was dead. Thank you so much! This is going to be my new camera place.

We had a death in the family and were printing some photos of my grandad for the funeral, unfortunately my mom struggled with ordering online and got the wrong size - Leilani provided amazing customer service and fixed our issue with kindness, sensitivity and generosity. Thank you Leilani for relieving some stress and helping us during a difficult time. A little kindness goes a long way. Amazing customer service at this London Drugs.

I had to take some passport photos at London Drugs in Lougheed mall on September 11,2022. Unfortunately, the employee there had no clue about taking photos, white balance was completely wrong and we ended up with a yellow/green tint, and beside that the stamp on the back of the photos was for a different day.
I had to retake the photos at another shop, hence I've wasted money and time. I don't recommend this shop for taking passport photos.

Store is so ghetto.they have no cellphone reception.they put no effort into upgrading their infrastructure or pos systems. I can't even check the London drugs website for more product info while shopping. I even saw a mouse running around.

I met a cashier today and her name is Kama. M. I’m sorry if I don’t remember her name correctly. The customer service was beyond my expectation! She was the nicest cashier I’ve ever met! She treat every customer with a positive attitude and a big smile. She made my day! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I have been going here for almost 15 years and the service reminds me of the care and compassion one could receive 60 years ago. People over profit is a long lost experience in retail. The head pharmacist is especially kind and patient. All the staff at this location are a credit to the name London Drugs.

Received a surprise call today from the London Drugs Lougheed Town Centre Store Manager Michael K.in regards to the Scanner Price Accuracy Voluntary Code for Consumers. He took care of my concerns and solved the problem with speed, expertise, experience, and knowledge. Throughout the call, he was calm, took his time to explain in details and very professional at all levels. He went above and beyond. He took care of me like I was a very important person. There should be more managers like Michael K. You have made me one happy customer today. I have been a customer for over 30 years with London Drugs. Thank you Michael K.in winning the customer back. Job well done!

Employees at this LD location did their job right! When there were limited number of masks and sanitizers midway into the pandemic, they restricted the purchasing quantity so that people can’t buy in bulk and resale at high value.

The staff at the customer service desk really need training on customer service. I went in to pick up an order 2 hour after placing it online and had to wait for 30 minutes. In the end I grabbed it from the shelf in the store. The waiting didn't upset me that much. When I asked if someone was helping to get the order for me, the staff yelled at me to tell me I had to wait because I came in without receiving an email confirmation. True, it might be my fault for coming in early, but her attitude and tone really upset me. I even explained to her that I was mostly upset by the way she talked to me, then she started a new round of fierce argument. It was tiring dealing with someone who had no idea how to talk and help customers properly.

Very upsetting trying to refund 3 insoles pack I had purchased last week the cashier scanned it 3 times but 2 was not of the same brand.
Today I wanted to make a return and was only able to refund one of them. I no longer have the original receipt as it was stapled onto the one I refunded. Ended up with two packs I didn't need because of their error I couldn't refund it.

Best London Drugs ever, visited almost every week for past 10 years living at Lougheed. Have bought TVs, cameras, computers, photos, staff are knowledgeable and friendly in every department & not pushy at all.

Unlike my experiences at other London Drugs, the customer service here was very unhelpful. Trying to find a product that was in stock (according to on line) but I couldn't locate it on the shelves so I went to Customer Service. She wanted me to pull it up on my phone for her (not sure what was wrong with the computer she was standing in front of) but it was taking forever. She told me I should turn off wifi and to make sure I was using my data so it would load faster, and proceeded to call the next person in line up to help them - because my phone was slow? Because she was too lazy to look it up on her computer? She was going to call someone to help me look, but apparently that was contingent upon my ability to pull up the info on my phone. I just couldn't believe it! Turned on my heel and left.

Check to make sure they do not overcharge. When they do you are sent to another lineup and have to wait. Happened to me an I had to wait for an excessive amount time for a fix to a mistake made by the staff. Indifference by staff and store manager

I love this store, it has great selection and really helpful staff. Taylor in the cosmetics department really saved me a ton of time by helping me pick out a small thing of sparkle makeup for my 3-year old niece's birthday!

I usually had a hard time with my hand joint, and I went to buy a pain relief patch, but I didn't know what was right for me, so I consulted a pharmacist, and she kindly recommended what medicine was good for me even though she was busy. Thank you so much for her kindness.

I used to shop here a lot but tonight I came in after my shift at work to buy makeup brushes and the employees followed me around the store. Then the cashier did not offer me a bag or provide proper customer service when I paid. They had no reason to follow me around like that. I don’t look suspicious, I was complying with Covid protocols (wearing my mask, social distancing) and no I never steal or have ever attempted to steal from this store before. I know that when it gets late especially they have to keep an eye out for suspicious activity but I was not doing anything that could be considered suspicious. Furthermore, I work in customer service myself and I felt very disrespected while shopping here. I was a regular customer here but now maybe I’ll just go to Walmart. Even though that place is always filthy and a mess, at least they don’t think I’m a thief over there!

The staff at London Drugs seem to be a cut above the standard. With regards to this location in particular: their pharmacists are no-nonsense without being rude, their 'tech section' staff are knowledgeable and the cashiers seem better-tempered, which is all I can really ask for.

Terriable service at Lougheed Town Centre TECH Department with Laleina C.

I bought public mobile SIM card with Laleina C.

1. She's discrimination behavior cannot be accepted! 2. Unprofessional and unfamiliar the operation of active SIM card.

For #1, after she known I am Chinese-Canadian, she used the staff on the desktop to turn off my photo ID and credit card. But she use her hands touch the documents and spin and gave to me. She asked to go away even I wear n95 mask and stand outside desktop with protect cover already.

For 2#, at least 2 employees helpd her to finish the simple operation: active SIM card. No idea why Lougheed Town Centre TECH Department allow Laleina C.to rude to Chinese? Is London drug allow Racial discrimination to customer?

Negative experience for whole my family!
My daughter went to by a present for her mom, store sell to her watches with no working battery.
When she come back to asks for changing it after they give her a wrong one and said they not responsible for items that sell.
My wife receive her present two weeks after her birthday and I need spend more time and money!

Went there to return a leans I got a week ago, unfortunately the the retailer (Pat) gave me a lecture and asked why I didn't return it front where I got despite that she knows that I can return it at any of London drugs locations as along as it did not pass a month.
She was son loud when she spoke as a way of showing she is annoyed, made the conversation so long it took almost half an hour returning the leanse.
On the top of that, the mean comments like (u should know what u are getting, this what I am trying to teach you) it was very offensives. I think its better not yo go there any more.

Went to the pharmacy to get my measle shot and was declined and was told to come in on the weekdays from 12pm-4pm. Who can come in during work hours I work from 8: 30am-5pm. I thought preventing measles was important but apparently not.

I called today and was directed to the insurance department to get a license done. The guy hung up on me the first time, and the second time I called, he did not even say Hi and I had to ask a few times if someone was on the line before he spoke. He mumbled A LOT and when I asked to clarify, he just shrugged me off and continued mumbling. Before we were even done the conversation, he just hung up. So rude. Choosing to go to a different place because I DO NOT want to deal with someone as incompetent as that. Disgusting.

I am a big fan of London drugs. However, West Coquitlam and East Burnaby mostly have Shoppers. There is only one London drugs and that is it the Lougheed mall. I really wish they were more in this part of the lower mainland.

This store provides a wide range of goods such as electronic items, kitchen items and even furniture. Also, you can take a personal photo in London drugs with a reasonable price. I have visited here Several times and each time I have found good deals or clearance on different items. Its working hours is good for me as I usually go shopping at night.

Typical London Drugs. Staff is competent and/or helpful. The lines for checkout here aren't long, but always seem VERY slow. Also like all London Drugs it is the ONLY store that sells Cariboo Root Beer. Also would go here for speakers or electronics as the prices seem on par with other stores.

Love the store and it has great staff. Especially JULIE in cosmetics as she is highly informative when it comes to make up.
