I bought a high end laptop at London Drugs and the motherboard defected within the warranty. Most of the electronics department lacked knowledge and critical thinking while the supervisor of the department (a woman with dyed red hair) was offensively rude. Thank God for the tech guys but all in all, a terrible experience. I would never purchase electronics here again. Paying customers shouldn't be treated so poorly. Is staff overworked and underpaid or something?

I went today, I needed a photo and the guy attending was very fast and gentle, this store is big and has free parking!

I would rate it lower but I live downtown, and they are open longer / more often than other downtown pharmacies. My doctor claims she is very explicit in her prescriptions, but the pharmacists never seemed to have read how much? Or how often? Or any refills? One 'life time' prediabetic prescription was for 2 years, in 90 days worth at a time. I got 1 refill, and they cancelled the rest, though I showed the container that said 'refills until 2025'.
No real harm done, but it just indicates carelessness or poor record keeping, and is an irritation to my doctor.
And I trust my doctor more.

I was just in the store and a very friendly pharmacist came and helped me. The store is very clean and the staff very nice. Been going there for years and ALWAYS GET good service

I go to London Drugs to get help with cyberspace problems. Dion is a very good support person when it comes to Android phone picture transferring to memory stick. Well done.

Went in to buy phone minutes from the electronics section and was promptly assisted by a friendly young woman who was very helpful. I was in and out with time to spare.

Went to get a birthday gift for my friend. Asked the beauty associate to give me YSL black opium EDT and gift wrap it. Instead, she billed me for the EDP version and tried to put the blame on me. Took a long time to issue me a refund cause she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the numbers and she did not want to bother her manager while she was on lunch. I was getting late, and had to catch my bus so instewd of fixing her mistake, she asked me to keep the wrong perfume. I insisted, which is when she asked the assistant manager to jump in. The transaction was resolved because of the assistant manager, Dustin. I asked her to do a gift wrap for the perfume. She put me in waiting and started helping another customer without finishing with me. I was frustrated at this point, but still decided to wait. She took a long time to help the other customer and I missed my bus. Finally, I grabbed the assistant manager again and he had to do the gift wrap for me. Wasted an hour trying to get a perfume. Please provide education to your store workers about customer service, first come first serve, and respecting other people’s time.

Stocked well but staff are grumpy and post office is very unreliable both in mishandling/loosing packages and not being open when scheduled.would avoid sending anything through here.

I went in and got photos printed in December, the customer service was terrible. Swore I'd never go back but got some beautiful pictures of my daughter and wanted good resolution of her prints. Yet again TERRIBLE! The guy that works in your photo lab has zero concern for your customers.made me feel like I was an inconvenience! Won't ever shop at your location AGAIN!

Took my passport picture 30 minutes ago. The lady working at the photo centre was amazing! Very nice and helpful. Sadly can’t remember her name. She deserves a raise!

I'm not entirely sure of the woman's name who helped us, I think it was Heather, her employee number is 46369. She was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the different countertop dishwashers we were looking at, she was actually very knowledgeable about anything we asked her about within the store. She was super friendly and very helpful, at no times making us feel rushed. My husband was going to carry it out to the car but she insisted on taking it for us. Give this woman a big raise, and don't ever let her go!

Aside from all the horrible customer service here, its also in a really unsafe area where all kinds of skids will accost you at the door for money cigarettes and other things.nasty place.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The medication I take is non addictive and not dangerous but if I don't take it it and stop for any reason it could be very very dangerous. Usually because of this pharmacies are okay to give out an emergency 7 day supply if I hadn't had the chance to talk to my doctor. BUT NOT THIS PHARMACY! I was visiting the area and forgot my prescription at home by accident so I had my prescription transferred to this pharmacy so I could get a short supply until I returned. When I got there they hands down refused to give me my prescription because of some clerical error even though I was starting to lose my mind a because I hadn't taken it for 5 days and needed it ASAP. This would NEVER happen at my usually pharmacy. I appropriately told them off and said I needed this or I was going to have to go to emergency. And I am not joking the pharmacist dead pan looked at me and said " go to emergency then" then turned around and walked away. I think this place should be shut down for medical negligence. I then go to another pharmacy (shoppers drug mart) and there was also a clerical issue but the pharmacist fixed it and figured it out and gave me prescription no problem. So moral of the story if in Kamloops don't go to London Drugs, go to their competitor Shopper Drug Mart and I am also seriously considering reporting this place for medical negligence because they should be shut down for endangering my life.

This is my personally perception of my experience at London Drugs in Kamloops. I traveled from the Cariboo in search of a new home computer; and wanting a high end complete system for home studio/office to do professional photo and video editing. The computer service assistant could have been more personable as it seemed like I was bothering him. He did what he could regardless. However I got better service, better equipment and better price at Best Buy. And I thought that if I ever have to come back for customer service on a new system I'd prefer going somewhere that made me feel welcome.

I went to take a picture of my infant for passport and I was met with a very rude and unprofessional worker in the photo department. While trying to take the photo the worker was constantly telling how it’s not going to work out and over all being negative. Anyone know where I can get a picture taken for my infant passport?

I stood in the Electronics department for 20 minutes, at least 5 employees working but I was not even acknowledged
Horrible customer service.going to Best Buy from now on!

My son Is a nursing student I asked him to pick me up a decongestant spray because it was 930 and no one else was open he wasn't sure what he was looking for so asked for help since he is 19 the person in the pharmacy did not come out to help him and he said she said I already told you were it is try that with me

This drug store is more than a drug store. I can find just about anything I need in this store. Shoppers tried to do it but they still have a long way to go to catch up with London Drugs. I could easily do all my shopping at this one place if I wanted to. Doing a great job. Only remark in the negative I have to say is that a couple of the staff members need to brush up on their customer service skills. I think one undercover shopper would find any issues with no problem. Keep up the great work.

Don't bother calling. Called and phone rang for five minutes before someone picked up. Asked to be connected to Photo Lab and phone rang for another five minutes and no one answered

Witnessed a short brown haired lady at the photolad being absolutely horrendous to an elderly lady, because she did not understand the process on how to make a photobook. Snippy, short with her snotty remarks and just came on the floor from lunch.
It's unfortunate because I've had issues purchasing from this photolad before, with a long haired blonde lady.
I understand it must be the hardest job in the world to work at Christmas time, but it is absolutely unacceptable to not help customers effectively, with a service that is offered at your location.
Kudos to the YOUNGER gentleman on shift that was so polite to surrounding customers.

Purchased a Cuisinart coffee maker. Within a week it broke down The filter part broke. London Drugs return policy wouldn't take the coffee maker back.have to mail to the Cuisinart Company. What a mess.some of the staff are nice but not the electronic dept.

I usually order Online and then come to pick up my Groceries as it is Free. It has been very smooth except that sometimes the order is missing an item or two (when it was total 32 items only). It seems the store is not keeping strict Tab on counting the Total number of Items before handing it to Customer so that it matches.
But I am optimistic that it will be resolved soon. Other than that, 5-Star experience!

Cashier 61891 was extremely rude to me when i questioned the price of an article i was purchasing that clearly had a reduced priced tag on the shelf. She called for a price check and while waiting clearly joked about it with the customer in line behind me. I was correct and was advised that someone didn't remove the sale tag. The lady that brought this up to the cashier was very nice but the cashier just made a umph sound and put it through with no apology.i understand that this is a busy time of year but don't take your frustration out on the customer

I normally really like London Drugs but yesterday I had a bad experience and I will no longer be shopping at this particular store. Three weeks ago we purchased a MacBook Pro that came to over $3000. The man we purchased from was very polite and said we had 30 days to return it if there was a problem. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the computer, and we took it into the store to return it yesterday. The manager I spoke to was extremely condescending, very rude and patronizing. We were eventually able to return the computer however after the experience with the manager in the computer department I will no longer be shopping at this location. Very disappointed in the customer service by this particular manager.

I go here every day and they are very friendly. They remembered my name and things I spoke about days ago, so I found that very personable and don't mind seeing them as much as I do.

The staff were rude, unwilling to help. Asked for a price on a item from 3 seperate employees and they didn't even have the time to stop walking. One person finally helped me and was friendly. 3/5 for the one staff who went out of her way.
