I wanted to ask for medication information, and there was no one in line, but I stood there for 15 minutes and two front desks and five pharmacists were blind to me! No one ask to me! Very bad never go back again!

My recent shopping experience at London Drugs left much to be desired. From start to finish, I encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. Firstly, the store seemed disorganized, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The staff appeared disinterested and unavailable when I needed assistance.

Moreover, the checkout process was frustratingly slow. The cashier seemed unfamiliar with the products and had trouble scanning items, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired, with shelves looking cluttered and unkempt.

I left the store feeling quite frustrated and underwhelmed by the whole experience. It's unfortunate that a once-trusted shopping destination has fallen short in terms of organization, customer service, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment.

Never again shopping here. There is a very discrete parking registration/payment required for this complex. Got a parking ticket for shopping at London Drugs. What do they think, that this is Downtown Vancouver. What a joke. A signage inside the store would be nice warning customers about parking situation. Sad.

I will no longer be shopping here once paid parking is in effect. What an absolutely ridiculous hassle when there are tons of grocery stores that do not force an unnecessary extra charge on consumers. Even if it's "free" for 90 minutes, the two or three minutes it takes to validate every single time is enough time for me to drive somewhere else.

The guaranteed satisfaction policy here is great, I buy things here regularly and the few times the products have not met my expectations, although it is the fault of the manufacturers, London drugs has been very good and honored the 100% satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money with receipt. This allows me to shop with confidence. The staff are always also very helpful whenever I need to look for something.

I enjoy shopping at this location. Really wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Permanent customer here! Special thanks to Thea and Loreth they are the best!

They guy in electronics is rude and hard to understand. I asked about a product that he didn't look up the right one and when I asked for him to order one he hung up lost a customer

If you need passport photos head straight to the 1907 Sooke Rd London Drugs, at the Colwood Corners location.

There is a wonderful lady working in the photo lab that is amazing, and gives her customers outstanding service! Not only does Gret give great customer service but she goes over and above to make sure your passport photos are done correctly and to the government specifications. I had to write this very well deserved review for Gret because these days great customer service often goes un-noticed and unappreciated! So congratulations Gret on doing such a wonderful job. Congratulations to the London drugs Group for hiring such a stellar example of what great customer service should be. You should be proud that Gret is representing London drugs in such an exemplary way. Kudos to Gret and bravo London Drugs!

The lady in the post office is amazing and an angel, I thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping me and understanding why I needed help.

Do not order custom puzzles here. Our family does custom puzzles on family vacations and at Christmas. I have ordered 4 other 500 pc puzzles this year, and for our Christmas Eve puzzle decided to try London Drugs. It arrived today, fully assembled in a flat 16 x 20 box. Not a big deal until you realize you have no way to store the puzzle once you break it apart. I mentioned this and was told I should have ordered the “tin box” which I noticed while doing my order, but assumed the $15.99 extra cost was for a keepsake type tin - not needed in my case, this isn’t a gift. So, this slab puzzle I have to break apart and find a box for will also have NO REFERENCE PHOTO when we assmble it. Now, I can use my original photo, but that will just highlight to my family how terrible the colour reproduction is. There are so many other places you can order custom puzzles from - so choose someplace else. Photos are posted on Yelp review. I’m only commenting on the product quality, not the lack of customer service at the counter (terrible service) or the chaos in the store that has been under renovation for a very long time with no apparent progress. Hop across the street to Rexall or visit the Save On Foods pharmacy in the same shopping center. Go to Staples, Costco, or any other photo place for photo services.

In response to the Store Manger - I said nothing about line-up at the counter. There was no line up. And, if I had time, I would return the puzzle - but then my family has no custom puzzle for our Christmas Eve tradition. Your response seems out of touch and not focused on the actual complaint, which confirms my dissatisfaction.

The new parkings set up is horrible for regular folk and outright disgusting for people with disabilities.

There is no room to pull out or in as the parking spaces and road are so squished. There is hardly any parking for disabled folks so you have to park far away, into the other side of the complex that is just as squished and also lacking parking for disabled folks.

This place was already hard to park in before they took away half the parking lot. I can’t imagine anyone in their right mind thinking this setup would be remotely viable.

Horrible SLOW service for prescription drop off and pick up. Waited for hours outside in the heat. Came in after 3 hours, prescription still not ready. Were looking and looking and couldn't find my prescription then they asked me to wait even longer as they still had to fill it and have someone check the prescription as well. Absolutely horrible service, i would NOT recommend coming to this horrible location for your prescriptions. ZERO stars

Niko in the photo lab was absolutely amazing! I showed up yesterday at around 8pm last night not realizing that was when they we're done printing. Niko stayed an extra 20mins late just to assist me with what I needed and answered every question I had.

Shooting well beyond their claim of "Nobody does it better"! Although my order was placed online, I needed assistance and follow up for some stuff for an eventual pick up at Colwood Corners in Victoria. Everyone was amazingly helpful at all points of contact; shout out to Dana for following up on the Marcelle promo problem. What a great experience!

Big thank you to the ladies at the post office, they always deliver friendly and reliable service every time i come. I shipped so many things here within the past year (both domestic and international), and never had any missed deliveries or troubles. I often find myself to drive out of my way to the post office here because of their help

Not bad selection, okay prices if you shop the sales, staff varies between okay and Incompetent.

The computer department here IS incredible. Ryan J.went above and beyond to assess my broken iPhone and order a complete replacement. When it didn't arrive within the time period initially quoted he made sure to follow up with Apple to get my phone sent and then promptly called me to let me know it had arrived. I ended up buying a great demo monitor for an excellent price as well. If you need any legit IPHONE repairs don't go anywhere else in the Westshore! Thank you again Ryan!

The computer department here is so incredible! I brought my laptop in for a battery replacement but they found everything else wrong with my computer and replaced my keyboard, trackpad, and fixed a terrible static audio problem with my audio jack. I think they've given fresh legs to my laptop (which was very much due for retirement) for years to come! Major thanks and gratitude to the entirety of the electronics department and especially the technician:)

Offers a wide range of goods in addition to what is usually included in a drug store. There is a well stocked camera department, together with psmall electronics and computers. There is a diverse selection of household items including furniture, appliances, tools and equipment

Staff need lessons on how to treat some products, a whole shelf of digital scales that tumbled, and she says it's ok there in protective packaging, and hands me one that dropped. Fail.

Was previously 1 star, Kody from electronics has made me edit to 5 stars, he genuinely knows a lot about a wide variety of tech and has made my dad completely brand loyal to London drugs for all electronics. Really great guy, deserves a big promotion.

I often shop at various London Drugs in BC but this is the first time i went into this location.when i walked through the doors i thought i had been transported back 50 years.this store is dark, drab, and dreary.it's really depressing.okay, whatever, i grabbed the things i needed and made my way to the check outs.no self check outs and the lines on the only two registers were filled with people seemingly buying a year's worth of stuff.i put down my items and walked out.if london drugs can't be bothered to make the customer experience even half decent, then i can't be bothered to shop there and i can't imagine why anyone would.

Largest selection of cameras! I was looking for a specific model and I couldn't find it anywhere but here! The nice lady who helped me out was very informative and made great suggestions for me. The only downside was that the demo cameras weren't charged so I couldn't try them before I made a purchase.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy today. The pharmacist I spoke with in regards to my insurance coverage was extremely rude. She embarassed me in front of the other staff and made me feel like a complete idiot. I ended up having to pay full price for my medications because she wouldn't take the time to speak to me like a human being. I have been getting my prescriptions at Rexall across the street without issues for the past year. I will not be returning.

Consistently good service throughout the years.the customer service in the pharmacy specifically lately leaves something to be desired.

Walked in looking for a breast pump. They're all locked up in the back. Walked out, went to toys r us. Picked one off the shelf, bought it, went home. Won't be back. I don't appreciate having to locate a staff member to buy something I need.

Kathy’s Mutt Cuts is awesome and the staff are all very accommodating. Our little Abby loves it there & always gets a perfect cut etc. Make sure you book early as the are extremely busy looking after all the fur babies!
