We missed ordering a Rx renewal and needed it in an hour. Ben was amazing helping us out as they were out of stock however the service was beyond expectations as we were able to get our refill at another location all facilitated by Ben. Excellent customer service!

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at the London Drugs Photo Department, specifically concerning the service I received from Gurleen. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I believe it's essential to bring these concerns to your attention.

Upon my visit to the photo department, I was met with an exceptionally rude and unprofessional attitude from Gurleen. She did not greet me or even offer a basic "hello. " It was evident that she lacked patience and displayed a dismissive demeanor throughout our interaction.

During the photo shoot, Gurleen provided no guidance or assistance whatsoever. My head was positioned awkwardly, and my hair was covering my eyebrows, but she made no effort to correct these issues or inform me of them. When I politely requested a reshoot, Gurleen responded with a highly impatient tone. Her attitude was both surprising and disappointing.

Furthermore, maybe my mouth slightly open, she replied rudely, stating that she did not want to see my teeth. I was taken aback by her abrupt and impolite response. When I pretended not to hear her clearly, she repeated herself three times, each time with the same impolite tone, stating, "I don't want to see your teeth. "

Approximately an hour later, when I returned to collect my photos, Gurleen still did not extend a greeting. She simply placed the photos on the counter and remained silent. Her consistently unfriendly and unhelpful demeanor was truly shocking.

I believe it is essential to address these issues promptly, as Gurleen's behavior falls far short of the professional standards one should expect in a customer service role. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate actions will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a disappointing experience.

I had Horrible service i had a dispute with the price of melatonin 17 dollars for 1 small bottle when there was a sticker that said 12 dollars when i complained to the manager and said there was a sticker his worker removed the sticker because i saw it in his shirt pocket he didn't believe me and backed his staff up i would never walk in there again after the way i was treated im someone who has special needs and the manager got mad at me because I was having trouble with my wordsso thanks alot

I come here regularly to use their insurance services because of Manpreets service she is quick, reliable and efficient. I would suggest this location cause of her amazing service. I will be back.

Props to e.commerce team at the location especially.along with intuitive process and shopping experiences, packaging was by far the best around. London Drugs' branded inline and hand written "thank you" card is a definite plus.much appreciated!

Leandro, the computer tech helped me save$1000 on a repair on my I Mac. Apple initially told me my warranty had expired and the display was shot. Leandro confirmed that the display needed replacement but noticed I had contacted Apple during the warranty period and gave me the date and case number. I phoned Apple again and they said they would cover it under warranty.
I didn't even know London Drugs had an in-house techie. I am so thankful! Leandro is my go to guy for any future tech needs.

Very happy they offer passport photo, that why I still mark 3 stars.
However, they didn’t stamp the date on pictures, you don’t want to drive, pay parking to Canada center and spent 3hrs in line and was told the photos are not qualified. Be careful. 0 star.

Horrible experience at photo lab. Being busy is understandable but being ignorant and racist isn't acceptable. Unfortunately zero stars.

Bought an iPad. Never again. Have always bought electronics here but this time the salesperson, Clayton, treated me like an idiot. When I picked it up he didn’t even acknowledge me. He rushed off for his break. I wrote an email to Head Office but no response. Their extra service of transferring data over was not done properly wasting hours of my time on the phone with my provider. Wondering if I’ll ever get a response. Not holding my breath

Short review a while back about pharmacy in Peninsula Village on 24 Ave in South Surrey which did not fill a prescription for 48 hours and started on it only after I complained and even then made me wait a further two hours in store when they should have apologise profusely for their mistake and delivered it to my home. Instead I got indifference and a couldn't care less attitude. At the very least they should have ve offered home delivery for inconvenience. Other customers helped when I dropped some pill bottles while staff member just stood and watched.
Gave one more chance. Doctor faxed in prescription. I went 24 hours later to pick up. They say fax not showing on computer. Here we go again. Staff member goes to back and says prescription found among stack of faxes. Said they would phone when prescription ready. Three hours later no phone call. I phoned them three hours later and told would be ready in 10 minutes, meaning they hadn't started on it. More than 27 hours for a prescription? Yet another return visit at my inconvenience. At very least they should have delivered. It's called customer care to make up for yet another screw up. Who manages that place? Is there any type of system for prioritizing prescriptions or do they just wait for customer complaints to figure out how inefficient they are? Again, no apology or compensation for their ineptitude.

Don't come here for passport photos.

They used the popup camera flash which blows out your face and it won't be accepted by the passport office. They also didn't sign the back so I couldn't even use them anyway.

This morning I found I my Medela freestyle flex breast pump machine was not working properly. So I went to the store to get it exchanged for the second time. I went there because I was informed of the 1 year warranty upon purchase. There I met the store manager Chris. Thank you Chris for helping me with my exchange. I did learn my lesson of keeping the paper receipt next time instead of hoping the LD custom profile would save my transaction records, even though I was told on the phone that it does.
I am always happy with London drug’s simple return and exchange policies, and this is one of the factors making me loyal to it. This time I did get the exchange, should I be grateful? Yes I guess, but to be honest, I was upset for the whole afternoon, after being told by you that the model normally works great, the store rarely has returns of it, and I should phone Medela and ask them how to use the machine PROPERLY instead of coming to the store next time. After hearing the same word for several times, I started to question myself if I did something IMPROPERLY and broke the machine two times. Being a mum of a two-month-old, who refuses breastfeeding, I have to pump my milk every four hours every day. I started to think maybe I am using it too often? I had this thought for the whole afternoon, until my husband showed me all the reviews of this product on Amazon. Among the 1075 reviews, 22% of them are 3 stars and under. After reading all 94 one-star reviews, I found out so many cases of the machine dead or having extreme suction in just a few weeks, just like in my case. By that point, I finally realized that I am just unlucky, not guilty. I strongly suggest you, Chirs, and anyone from your store, who would rather blame their customers instead of supporting them when there is a problem on the product, please read the attached negative reviews. Please have a look and feel those poor mums who did nothing wrong but received defective product, and imagine what will happen to those 94 mums and their families if they were told it is their fault that the machine didn’t work.
I sincerely hope that the way that I was treated today will never happen to any of the customer of London drugs in the future.

I was carrying a whole bunch of things because I forgot to grab a cart/basket and was in a hurry to leave. One person who was either on their break or just got off work let me line up in in front of them, while the other went out of their way to help me put the items on the counter. That's not only great customer service, but very kind of them to help me out.
