Went to the pharmacy to find out about Medicalert bracelet to actually be told BY THE EMPLOYEE "I have 1 but you buy online. I dont want to sell to you". Well there forever goes my business

Cashier was friendly.until I thought they said, "$57.80, " when the total was actually $87.80. Then they were short with me. I aplogised, even though it was actually nobody's fault. They did not even say, "Thank you, " when it was all done.

Another reason why I prefer shopping online (I love London Drugs by the way; however, like a few others here, I am dissatisfied with this new location)

Was looking for a connecting cable & the staff where amazing at helping me, such amazing costumer services, don’t be afraid to ask staff if you need help.

Went in to get a USB cable for my digital camera as I had forgotten mine before visiting Canada. The store appears to be very new, is clean and easy to find items. The lady I spoke with for assistance managed to help me find the appropriate data cable quickly and let me purchase it at the photo counter. Top notch service!

Bobby at the pharmacy was super helpful, the store is clean with friendly staff! Great place to shop!

Michelle and Kelsey at the photo counter was an excellent help in removing some issues that happened at another location. Superb service, definitely recommend!

Jairaj, the sales associate, is an absolute gem. His friendly demeanor and patience create a comfortable shopping experience.

Horrendous customer service, called to ask for an item, was on hold 3 times, Finally asked to speak to a manager but ended up being helped by a lady called Abby, who was rude, did not want to help at all. Compared to other London drugs the customer service at the store is horrendous will never shop here again.

Clayton… computer service tech is the best. My brother purchased an iPad from Clayton… he gave a very informative overview of all the products, allowing us to make a proper decision.

My partner and I were delighted with the integrity and proactively of a staff member named Melissa. She had extensive knowledge about the makeup department she was overseeing and had a kind demeanor as well. We wish her to be acknowledged for being an asset to her employ and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors.

Never get a picture clicked here for Visa. There prices are exorbitant, ended up paying around 4 times than normal cost.

I dealt with Simrit in the photolab department and i have never received such good customer service! She was so wonderful to deal with!

Worst customer service ever received, I went back to them with so much of expectations and politeness and explain all about the problem I was having with the product but they ignored the fact that I bought it from their place and ask me to return it to the company‍️‍️ And when asked for the reason they haven’t cleared me out. I was soo soo much disappointed.never gonna buy any electronic appliances from this store

Friendly clerks. Used the online order with in-store pick-up. Order was accurate, nicely bagged and ready quite quickly.

Wonderful customer service from the associate Celeste! Super efficient and she was kind enough to place an item on hold at the Mission location since they were out of stock. Part of the reason why I always go back to London drugs is the great customer service.

Great staff! Rudy has helped me numerous times in the camera department and I really appreciate all of the advice that I have received from them. They also make returns hassle free.

What a joke the mailing department had to wait two weeks to get it and it said it was there it was hidden I was not very happy at all and I'm on crutches

Customer service was top notch. Ordered 120 of an 8x10 photo of a grad reunion to be printed while the event was in progress. The lab mgr stayed late to make sure we were looked after. So pleased with product, service & price.

Typical London drugs. Decent quality, good sales. Really make sure you ask about prices on things, as their discount or sale signs can be very misleading and not give the full price straight up. The staff also doesn't seem to interested in fixing it.

Could not recommend this place more, specifically the tech shop. Staff were super helpful in processing my apple care case!

Customer service by employee name Eleanor is very awful in photo electronics dept. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is never polite while talking. This happened with me twice. I will never ever go in that dept and also she is bringing such disgrace to the company's name. There is another employee name Rudy is very good and I started dealing with him. I went back to that dept to buy but she was there so left without buying. Company's mgt has to look into and try to resolve this. While she is there, customer service in that dept is gonna declined.
