I have been using London drugs photo center for years and this go around I was very disappointed in the cards we received. The high resolution photos I sent in came out grainy and it took longer than expected for them to be ready. The manager did accommodate that with a discount.

The cashiers are super nice and knowledgeable while the computer dept and customer service people are a bit impatient even towards customers, whom have done nothing wrong.

On Monday, August 28 before noon we received hands down the worst customer service ever! We went to get passport pictures done & the person there to “help” was so rude it was almost comical because of how over the top foul she was behaving. There is no way management is unaware of that type of behaviour!

LD extras is the worst program I have ever seen. Completely user unfriendly. Can't log in, can't reset password can't do anything. Please hire a programmer to fix all the bugs. Its a mess!

DISGRACEFUL service! If it wasn't for the little $5 once a year, I would Never shop there! I have my receipt for a fill ins book that I think I have done. They can not look up past purchases (only needed to go back maybe 2) to verify for sure if I did buy it already and Horribly Worse Very Bad service, they say that if I return it, with my receipt even, that they will screw me over $5. DISGRACEFUL service london drugs! Sadly have to just do the book over again: (: (: (. I will Never buy certain things from there EVER again. VERY BAD service!

Never had a problem here before until i came in, in my pjs.i looked at makeup then went to the pad ile, a sad old worker came into the ile and we pointed out that there was empty boxes, she proceeded to say "you guys know ur on camera and i think you should leave" we had literally just got into the ile.i think this nasty old woman profiled me for looking the way i do.absolutely disgusting.i will be going back to get her name and file a complaint

Save you a massive amount of time and headaches do not go to this place for Apple Tech services

The lady that did my passport photos was very rude. When she was interacting with other customers she was nice to them but when it came to me, she was rude.

Cristina C did an amazing job helping me out pick out the perfect gifts for my siblings. She was so helpful and happy to help.

Terrible service from manager Karen. Complete disregard for a customers time. Completely unacceptable.

Consistently a great retailer with a vast selection of products. The camera department manager has helped our son "build" his camera "kit" and we are beyond thankful for his expertise.

Stood in your electronics department for 20 minutes while staff after staff member walked right past me instead of asking if I needed help and then helped people who showed up after me before even looking at me. Since you don't want my business I will go buy the dashcam I was going to buy from you at Canadian Tire.

They stole from me. Absolutely livid.

My baby girls first ever passport photos were rejected by Service Canada. We came in to have new photos taken. After inspecting, the lady absolutely refused to return my babys passport photos (which are priceless and intended for her scrapbook). She said they would be used for training purposes and then destroyed. I did not enter any verbal or written contract giving my permission for them to confiscate my personal property that was bought and paid for months ago. No "store policy" gives them the right to steal my personal property especially without it being communicated in any way beforehand. I would rather have paid someone else to redo the photos rather than give up her priceless first photos. I will never forget this.

The best customer service around. Love that they carry Stevia products like Chocolate, and Zevia pop, also Water Drops. Great products and service. Thanks.

Very rude and combative lady in post office, should be trained in customer service. She also needs re education on proper postal procedures as her knowledge is quite lacking.

They are Canadian, which is awesome, they carry natural and organic skin care, their points system is really good, they carry almost everything you could need plus customer service is great.

The pharmacist on hand was nice and answered our questions. My mom had fallen during a hike and we wanted advice for cleaning the wound. We were in and out and spent $12 on 3 items.

This pharmacy was really helpful. I found myself away from home longer then planned and they were great about getting refills done

Had a bad experience trying get my passport photo done. The lady kept touching me without my consent even after I asked her not to. She told me I had crooked shoulders, which is not her place to say anything about my body. I left in tears. Will not be going back to this particular London drugs for photo needs in the future. Will go elsewhere.

Picked up a photo-book I ordered online; it turned out fantastic! I do not have any issues with the product, the service left me feeling I was a "nothing". I went in to pick it up and didn't receive a smile and I felt like I was a bother to the cashier. I got "ID", it's $xx, debit. 'ok', and that was it.
