I hope you show this to the pharmacist who were working there this week after 4pm. You as a pharmacist shouldn’t treat any of your clients differently. You should not discriminate someone based on the medications they are picking up. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy a lot; I have a bad illness. They’ve always been nice. But bc I’m picking up a new subscription they have to look down on me and talk to me in this weird “you’re a drug addict and I have to be firm and somewhat rude” even if I was or wasn’t a drug addict; we can tell YOU ARE being rude. You don’t know how people came to be in their positions of having to rely on pain medications. You should treat everyone with kindness. Do you know how hard it is to suffer unimaginable pain everyday of your life with out wanting to give up. Your disrespectful attitude could discourage someone out there and send them into a spiral. Please be aware that people who have to use pain medicine are human too.

They have five checkouts but four are just for show. Otherwise good place to get a wide variety of products at reasonable prices.

I had a great experience here. I was lost, looking for some things. The guy who help me was a great person, he speaked spanish, so It was great to deal with him

I had the pleasure of availing the customer service provided by Ritambra, and I cannot describe how delighted I am with the exceptional experience I had. She exceeded my expectations in every way from beginning to end. To make sure that every little detail was taken care of, she went above and beyond. The service itself was of exceptional quality. Additionally, the degree of communication throughout the procedure was outstanding. She made sure I was comfortable and informed at every step by giving me information and swiftly responding to my inquiries. This significantly improved my overall experience and gave me faith in their skills. Keep up the phenomenal work!

Hard to contact the Canada Post outlet here! No direct number, and you have to rely on store staff to direct your call there.

The post office has long hours, open 9am-9pm Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm Sat and noon - 4pm on Sundays

Terrible customer service in Farmacy. I cut my finger deeply and I went to ask if they can cure, just in case. They said no, so I asked for some first aid items to cure myself (gauze, desinfectant) and she told me they no provide anything like that and just use a regular band-aid even when I told her the cut was big and needed another thing.

I was in pain and feeling so bad and this experience made it worse. I'm new in the city and I don't have any idea where to go in these situations.

I've had it with this pharmacy. There have been a couple of people over the past several years who are awesome, but they don't seem to last long. Communication is terrible, I got the most condescending response for not knowing what they need (tell me the rules, I will play the game how you want me to) which ends up in me being cold turkeyedoff.of my meds again. The guy in the photo department (Adam) is very nice and patient but unfortunately the tools in his department terrible very slow and delay his work

They took my 1000$ from atm machine and pretend that they dont know anything when everyone was there by the machine. They wouldnt help or anything. Cuz they are the ones who stole it. Theybwouldnt check the camera or anything.

Great London Drugs barely any people at all and large parking lot outside. I wish there was a larger ice cream section. The chocolate section is massive and I really like Milka chocolates, kinder and Maltesers

Customer service in Photolab department is not at all good, not being an entitled customer, but they've no decency to answer any questions regarding their services.

There is a Canada Post Office inside if you missed a package delivery and received a date to pick it up. Be sure to bring proper photo identification with proof of residence. A driver’s license works best. There is a good selection of technology gadgets such as JBL bluetooth speakers with every model from the Clip to the Boombox. In their computer section they sell Laptops, iPads, printer ink, cat6 ethernet cables.and other cables. They also have a rewards program app you can download on your phone. Beauty section have a wide selection of hair dyes, makeup products. There is a photo place where you can get sized photos printed in a variety of sizes and it’s dirt cheap. However, this location often doesn’t have the things you’re looking for, like playing cards, or UNO. They have Cards Against Humanity and other types of cards but no classic playing cards. Other locations always have them in stock.

Went to send in two mail order that were paper and the cashier lady insisted I was mailing T-shirts and that it will be sent back if I was lying. I told her I’ve been sending my mail for the past two years and they only charge me paper cost at the other post offices. The lady insisted I was lying and that I was sending a T-shirt and now my mail has been sent back to me and the lady has wasted my time and my money and she accused me of sending some thing that was not paper. Her attitude was not friendly and she did not have good customer service

One of the female staff in pharmacy is absolutely disgusting. When I got there, it was already around 8. Normally, the pharmacy is already closed. However, she still serve customers with great attitude. Therefore, I wanted to ask her something about the location of the medicine. But when I got in, she suddenly turned her attitude and shouted at me. Other drug store staff will at least say something like "Sorry, we are closed. " Such double standard will only force community members leave this drug store and go other stores.

I am a regular at the London Drugs (Wessex location) and I had exceptional service from Winnie K in the Cosmetics department. She was very friendly, professional and had a lot of product knowledge. I appreciate the time she spent with me to go through some of my options. Her customer service was top notch. I have also let your head office know about her excellent service as well.

Called Canada post at this location at 8: 54 and told her that I’ll be 2 minutes late and if she could just wait 2 minutes for me. She said that no one is going to pay her overtime so if she doesn’t see me at 9 then she’ll just close the door. I’m work at a customer service place and I have never served a customer like that. I’m not saying that she SHOULD do it but I was upset that she wasn’t lenient because I told her that I just got off work so I’m rushing there right now and she couldn’t even space 2 minutes for me. I called the store on September 15th, 8: 54pm please have some better customer service

The Photo Lab is filled with incompetent staff. First an employee sent me a confirmation email for my order that never got printed. The employee helping me at the desk said my order was siting at the printer and it would be done by noon the next day. Went back the next day to be handed photos that weren't even mine, and then was told that they couldn't find me real order, and that I would have to resubmit it entirely, and that it wouldn't get printed until the following day. No thank you, I am taking my business elsewhere.

Probably the rudest staff in all London Fruga in Vancouver area. Staff rush through store, if they bump you they don’t acknowledge you. The tills are so slow moving and there is only one open, ever. The staff seem like they don’t want to be there.
I’d give zero stars but the post office is quick. So it’s more for them.

Getting printout done from here is frustrating, its okay to wait for 5 minutes but when they say they not received the mail. First time i take it as technical problem but everytime is a big problem. So i will never ever go for printouts at this place.

I notice customer service level especially at cashier, has been declining on my previous two visits. However, this store still offer great sales items in flyer.

Very helpful staff, as always. A great place to shop locally when I need something in particular and don't want to travel too far.

Jessica did a great service for me when I was porting my phone number from Telus to Public Mobile. I wish every place had such good staff as this lady. Thank you Jessica! Keep doing the awesome job.

I was very disappointed with the service from a young lady with blond hair in the electricity section. I bought a watch for my relative from Robson st.location where I was passed by. However, my relative didn’t like the watch so I would have to return it. I decided to return the watch at this store (Wessex st.location) because it is near my house. When I was returning the watch at this store, the lady asked me why did you return here not at the Robson store. Are you afraid to do that? That’s why you return it here. So I told her that I lived nearby this location that’s why and I was told by the London drugs representatives that I could return the product at any location within 15 days if my relative didn’t like it.
I was shocked and stunned by the question she asked because it was very rude and offensive to me.
I still didn’t understand why she treated me that way.
It never happens to me when I visit other locations.

Terrible. No one bats an eye your way when you're looking for help.
During rushes and a massive lineup for checkout only one till open.
When asking for a specific product when I FINALLY did get help she rudely replied "nope don't have it" and walked away. No mentioning of when an order will be placed next or if she could get it or if any other store did have it.
I worked for LD for 6 years, this place by far has the worst customer service.

I like London drugs they have a lot of crackers and the stuff are not that expensive there’s not a lot of section but I still enjoy shopping here.

I like London Drugs for its wide selection of BC-made products. This store is no exception. I was looking for some snacks and this store got most of them - hardbites, Bremner's and Golden Bonbon, etc. (go BC!) The staff here are friendly. The only time I had a rude customer service was during the coldest winter few years ago but that was the single isolated case, and I don't see the person anymore. Overall this is a good store for wide selection of products and reasonable customer services.

It has always been a struggle for me to find the right shade of drugstore brands foundation to match my skin tone. I live in the Metrotown area. I had made cosmetic purchases and returns in the past few weeks at the LD stores in either Metrotown or Brentwood. I received great customer service returning my cosmetic purchases at the Brentwood location. I didn’t want to return the foundation at the Metrotown location is because I was given the vibe that I am not welcomed to make my returns there. So I decided to return the makeup foundation at this LD location today despite the limited parking spots in their parking lot. The Asian lady at the cosmetic department was very friendly and helpful. She was very understanding and patient with me. I really appreciated her assistance with my other purchases even though I didn’t end up getting another brand of foundation. Her positive attitude and extraordinary customer service certainly win me over! Keep up the good work LD Wessex Team and Brentwood Team! Thank you!

The service was very bad. Yesterday I dropped off my prescription at 1pm, and I was going to pick up at 8: 40pm, but my medicine was not ready for me to pick up. I ordered ‘Cephalexin Susp (Teva) 250mg. The pharmacist said this kind the compound medicine need time to prepare. I couldn’t believe. In other pharmacy the wait time only 2or 3 hours. This service was so bad.

Amazing friendly staff, with great service. This is a smaller London drugs, but it is all the essentials and did I mention the great customer service? And knowledgeable manager

London Drug collect low quality product and 5 years warranty on their products is a big lie! Better to spend more money on better products in other shops with better customer service! Never buy again from London Drug!

Slowest checkout I have ever seen. 1 cashier lane open most of the time even there is a line ups, while there are 7 lane in total. Had to wait for 5 min until my turn when there are only 2 cuatomer ahead of me. 1 of the customer was having problem with thr item. Despite that, no additional lane open to compensate the line. There are 2 other people behind me btw.

Not sure what the other reviews are going on about since I actually thought that this location was better than most. Service was very helpful.

Staff are great just like all London Drugs however this place looks like their headoffice abandoned them, such disrepair, awenings are mouldy and falling apart. You can tell it's an ancient store and it looks like nobody looks after it. It's clean on the inside but it needs some major TLC. If I was the store manager I'd be embarrassed to say that

The staff were amazing here! Very kind woman at customer service helped me when I smashed my olive oil all over the floor. She quickly replaced my item, and all the other items that were covered in oil. Also three other staff members came out immediately to help clean it up. Really great job and thank you! This will be the London Drugs that I go to from now on.
