Only two employees in the pharmacy I just need to ask the vitamins and the lady is just ignoring my presence I do not recommend this pharmacy if there’s other pharmacy better go there instead

Don’t visit this London Drugs for your prescriptions. The people are rude and they do not value your time. Ask them how long you expect to have to wait. Then, wait twice that and when you follow up, be told that it’s too bad, maybe you can come by another day to pick up.

There are way better pharmacies in town than this one.

You can find bargains and deals at London Drugs. I visited the one at Ironwood Plaza and found the even Carrie some Dutch cookies as well as gluten-free. The store was clean the stuff for friendly and my experience I found everything I needed.

Waited for service for more than 15 minutes while the employee help another, knowing I was there waiting he turn to the couple that came after me, in fact just walk in and ask how can I help and never acknowledge me, the couple was so shock and ask him did you help the guy who we met here as yet. I would never go there again just because of his service or lack of.

Online ordering is a great. I have nothing but good words for that at this store.
Shoutout to Michael who went above and beyond to help me transfer items from another store so I could get my order.

Quite frankly the worst customer experience I have ever received. The checkout lady (kid) was rude and could care less about her job or the customer. Of course I emailed head office and of course they never responded, even gave them the name of the employee. All good, will never return to London Drugs. Lots of other options out there. I have noticed other comments about staff here. Perhaps the Manager should be aware of what is going on in their store as opposed to giving canned responses.

One of the rare places where you can get competent service. I was looking something up on my phone, and one of the reps came and asked if I needed help, and answered all the questions most other stores tell you to check the website for.

The staffs need training or to be fired
It was on Mar 26th, a Sunday night around 6: 50 PM; I was standing in London Drug Ironwood store and reading a book on sale since I need buy it for my kids as a gift. Suddenly, a Caucasian staff, who is over 6.2 feet height, rushed out and shouts at me from back loudly: ”You cannot read it here! You have to buy it and read it home! ”. He was so rude and offensive. There are no other customers around, and I did not hamper anyone, besides, no sign there to forbid clients to touch the books. He stared at me and his eyes were full of hatred. I do not know why he was so mad at me? I am just a polite Asian customer wearing mask. As a book lover, I buy books around almost all book stores in BC every month, if not every week. Although I can buy them online easily and on an even more low-cost price, I enjoy the physical book shopping.
I was an old customer of London Drugs for 20 years. Although I could shop other stores, I used to like LD’s service and nostalgia style. All my good experience on London Drug shattered overnight. I cannot believe this incident happens in 2023 in Canada. Even in a developing country this seldom happens nowadays, Since retails are struggling to survive. I hope headquarter of London Drugs send Mister Shoppers to this location to investigate ASAP. You are spending money hiring bad staffs to tarnish your valuable brand and drive away your loyal clients and helping your competitors. People come here is not only to shop commodities, but also to experience the service and respect. Bad experience last longer than good ones, if not forever.
I will never shop at this London Drug branch again. If I have to, I’d rather choose London Drug branch at No3. Road, for they treat Asian customers relative friendly there.

Needed a antibiotic prescription as soon as possible after waiting for about 3 hours from a telemedicine appointment. I tried calling London Drugs Pharmacy to speak with someone to have it ready since it has reduced its hours due to staff shortages. I had no luck getting through and customer service transferred me twice to no avail. I
Finally got through and mentioned to the pharmacist I’ve been trying to get in touch with a you & I got this “‍️” Went to pick it up. There were 5 pharmacists and still had to wait in line and few other people waiting to get a prescription refilled.

This plaza has wonderful staff in store. But the plaza manager of this mall location has not been working properly against the homeless people who are continuing to harass us the customers who are being harassed for money. These people change often and make the place look bad safety hazard for family’s businesses alike. The management company leaves area dirty with these people littering these beggars sit there from sun rise to sun set!

I came here on the evening of January 27th with my son. The manager in electronics department working at 9: 30 kept following my son around and being very rude, by asking him to leave because he was using the computer for too long. I cannot believe he was so rude to my son who was just testing out the computers. That was not how you should treat any customer.

Got an expired item, brought it back to the store, and the Customer Specialist was so skeptical. Her customer service was terrible; she threw the receipt to me and bye after all checks. How could it possibly happen? Was it my fault for pickup an expired item? Better check your inventory next time.

I love this London Drugs. I find it’s always clean, quiet, with a relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Love the selection. And Great ‘reward’ offers if you sign up. I always have 5$ off coupons.

Parking - plenty of spots as it's located in a plaza

Environment - clean and organized

Stock - mostly filled with some rare occasions where items are sold out

Staff - Most of the staffs are friendly. There has been two encounters where a cashier used a rude tone and said that reusable bags were not allowed (but no signs were put up anywhere in the store about that) and no other staffs had issues with reusable bags ever, prior and after this experience. The other occasion was from the Tech department where the employee seem to brush customers away by saying no to everything and none is stock for things you've asked for without even checking. The managers and supervisors are friendly.

Overall - Good store to shop at.

I went mainly for the electronics section and was surprised by their variety of different products. They may not have a wide selection of each product, but what they have is all name brand products.

Never had a problem with LD, even with returns. Have shopped there for about 28 years now. Recently bought two pricey items and the service (both male and female) was above and beyond really. For me the five stars are certainly justified.

Customer service at the photo lab department is extremely poor.

I came here for the first time to get my film developed and the man that worked there was very impatient. I was also told that my order would be finished by next morning. I tried to call a couple times the next day to double check if my order was ready and I got hung up on twice. When I got there, they told me my order wasn't ready and that it would be another 24 hours. At this point, I just wanted a refund and get my film developed elsewhere. The guy then went upstairs to double check on my order and said they can have it ready in 10 minutes. I'm writing this as I'm waiting in the parking lot.

This is my first time writing a review on an establishment. Just a very frustrating and unfortunate experience.

If you're looking to get your film developed, just go to Kerrisdale Cameras; prices are much more reasonable and the agents there are very knowledgeable and patient.

Every feedback matters, had a very disappointing experience with the gentleman from the electronic section mainly about his attitude as it is very unacceptable. I spoke with the manager I hope the person gets a coaching opportunity. I understand procedures can be difficult and we all have bad days but it's never good to take it out on the customer but I do agree not all customers are right but I believe in customer education.

Here's the deal LD.there was a time when I would phone you to confirm inventory, someone would answer the phone and verify the SKU. Now, I sit on hold for ages.

So what should I do, drive all the way out to your store only to find out the computer accessory I need is out of stock, or just order the item from Amazon?

Typical London Drugs but for one reason, I will avoid shopping at this location. I picked up a few empty cardboard boxes for mailing. These boxes were going to be discarded and going to the waste. When I finished shopping, I lined up with a few items to pay. The cashier asked if I got these boxes from the store and I said yes. She said I wasn't allowed to take any, or at least not for free. I told her it's just garbage to them and they're going to be trashed. She disagreed and shook her head. I was ready to leave them behind but she gave me a dirty look as I left the store with the boxes.

Love getting my film developed here! Internet upload is super handy and they do it all very fast!

So I came here looking for cable extension for my webcam, they didn't have what I needed.but the service was do good the lady that helped searched her competitors and found what I needed. P. S that store was Best Buy and the service was awful wouldn't help me was condinsending idiot (geek squad sucks).

The London Drugs pharmacy is great. They are very thorough and keep on top of my medications and offer sit downs to discuss anything regarding health.

Such a bad manager should get fired right away i bought a head set and i didn't even wear it and the next day i came to return it and they said it was used but i never opened it and the manager started yelling at me for that worst place to go to

Their customer service representatives are very inconsistent and it drives me crazy. I presented an online coupon for a product and as I have used online coupons at different stores before, I didn't think this would be an issue. However, when I presented the coupon to the cashier, they had to call a customer service representative over to process the coupon. But for some reason, this customer service rep was very skeptical for some reason and took a good 2 minutes to carefully read the online coupon. They then said that they would honour the coupon but that an online coupon was not sufficient and she wanted me to provide a paper copy. (It didn't say to provide a paper copy anywhere on the email I received with the coupon.) They explained that they needed a paper copy in order to keep track of the coupon. This I understood, but what bugged me was this was not stated on the coupon so how would I have known this?
I then returned on a different day with a printed copy and of course, I get another customer service representative. I present the paper copy of the coupon and right away they say that this is not valid as it does not have a barcode. Are you kidding me? I have one customer service rep telling me one thing, and then other customer service rep telling me something else. I just want to use my coupon.

Rude and unprofessional service ever. I went here three times to get my prescriptions. They made me come back again and again until I agree to fill the very expensive one. Done with London Drug's Pharmacy Ironwood location. Disgusting.

No price matching at all, they NEVER match other places in pricing. I used to love shopping at London Drugs but the standards in all areas have dropped considerably. Prices are to way high, (cheaper online) the staff should be less rude. OK what's the deal with staff looking so dirty, the clothing they wear, is it ever washed at all? Why in different stores is there gross moldy smell to them or have a wet floor always, the washrooms are just a horror in general are your stores ever cleaned properly?

The pharmacy and ICBC kiosk here are terrible but the camera guys rock! We experienced great service before Christmas and on boxing day. Go and talk to Claude and his manager. Both are great.

Terrible as usual. Every London drugs has a feeling of emptiness to it. The employees running around and doing everything but helping customers. I left when I couldn't even get someone to even answer a question for me.
