I find myself visiting this store a lot. Maybe it’s because it always seems so well stocked or perhaps it’s because they hire the nicest people there.

Whatever it is, I always have such a pleasant shopping experience It makes me want to return again and again.

Went here for passport photos and Carson from the tech department was SO NICE. I'm guessing he's a teenager, very young looking but so helpful, knowledgeable and fast! I was blown away by his maturity and excellent customer service. We just moved from Vancouver, and I've noticed such a big difference in service here. Is everyone just nicer and more helpful in the Okanagan? Very happy with this London Drugs!

I recently went here and was pleasantly surprised by the great service. On the 9th of November, I came here and an employee kid verbally harrassed based on my heritage. Thankfully, his coworker physically restrained him and afterwards, apologized on his behalf. Lovely guy and helped me find what I needed. Thanks, Nathan! I talked to manager John afterwards who was also very courteous. Keep shining rainbows! Go will smith!

I had a very mixed experience at London Drugs on February 10th. One of your workers told me to put on a mask and stifle my freedoms. Later, I was LAUGHED AT by an employee in the tech department after I asked politely how to download more RAM. I consider myself a REASONABLE MAN, but I almost hit him! I am a computer scientist of over 40 years! So when he patronizingly tried to explain to me that I can't download more RUM, he clearly had no training!

Walked into the camera department to pick up photos of my niece and an ethnic-looking employee looked like he was mocking me in his native language. Unacceptable behavior. Employees should know the customer is always right.

John, one of the managers at the Vernon London Drugs was AMAZING. He assisted us with sourcing and ordering a product that this store does not usually carry. His customer service was above & beyond our expectations.

We are very pleased with our in-store experiences, and we look forward to shopping again here.

More expensive than almost anywhere else for most groceries and things. I'm in for the photo processing regularly. If price is your concern, you can get film developed and scanned for much better prices elsewhere. High quality prints. Will be back.

Decent selection of vegan chocolate here, including the plant based vegan “milk” chocolate hazelnut bars which are amazing! Decent amount of parking. They also have choco no no’s and no whey bars. One entrance. Quiet store. Good location.

I love London Drugs because they have nerds work in their tech and photography areas. Resulting in that they have opinions and knowledge surrounding the product I inquire about. Awesome!

Called ahead to ask how long to expect a MacBook repair to take, as I was coming from out of town (2 hours from the store). I was told 7 -10 days. I went to the store the next day and was told the time was actually "indeterminate" possibly months, and at least >3 weeks. I asked to take the computer back after it was assessed and return it when the part came in, but was told that was "impossible" and that it would have to stay at the store. I offered to pay for the replacement part in advance, in the case that apple refuses to warranty it, but was told they would keep that money even if apple did warrantee the computer. Customer agent snickered that I should try getting that back from Apple. Wasted a whole day and travel costs. Apple provided zero support for their product, gave different (and ultimately wrong) info every time I called. Stay away from Apple - it's overpriced garbage with planned obsolescence and terrible customer service. Staff at LD provided no help and wrong information. It wasn't the first computer I have bought from LD Vernon, but it will be my last.
