I dropped photos off to be developed and went to pick them up before work today, waited at the photo lab, 3 other employees walked passed me, no one was at the till and apparently the woman who works at the photo lab doesn't have a radio because the other employees where talking about her but none offered any help in trying to get her or my photos. I'm now going to be late to work and won't be able to get my photos another 5 days

It's worth going to buy something like a maple cookie as a gift. Cheaper than souvenir shops.

I ask the management to pay attention to the excellent work of Vitor Arruda (store 002). He does a great job of supporting and helping clients. Despite the fact that there was an unpleasant situation with the purchase of a laptop, he was able to figure it out and help me. I am grateful that there are such workers.

This location contains easily the least professional photo lab department I have dealt with. They are difficult to reach and, unfortunately, even more unpleasant to communicate with — particularly the photo technician.

Very good Service，they know they feel sorry when the line is too long，which makes you feel not bad.

We used the self check-out and the wrong price showed up. There was no one to help us so we went to check the price ourselves. We then went to the cashier to pay. Firstly, he did not greet us and he simply started to scan the items. This was rude. Secondly, he then accusing said, "Were you at the self check-out before? " while rolling his eyes. We were too appalled to answer because he clearly said that to embarrass us. Would he have been so disrespectful if we were older businessmen in suits? Then he called someone to check the price for us on a couple of items. Since this took a long time, we left. His attitude was unjustifiable and deterred me from returning to shop again.

Also, the price tag for certain Christmas items on the bottom rack faced the floor so it was difficult for anyone to see. It did not make sense for the staff to put the price tag like that. Price tags should be positioned to help customers to shop.

At first I just thought it would be a drug store, but it's a lot more! Go and check it out!

This was a very small but convenient store in this area. It carries the basic necessities for everyday plus some food items. Place was clean and well organized but the staff had issues for sure. They argued about a few things in front of customers and older worker seemed to want things her way. It was odd to see but did not get in my way.

Pretty busy and slightly dirty location, but overall not bad.

Selection is good here but got some pretty rude and condescending customer service from one old man with a ponytail. Not sure why.

Worst pharmacy ever. I got a cold and asked for help from an old white male pharmacist. I explained my symptoms, but he seemed annoyed by me and told me that they don’t have many medicines in stock here, so I should continue to take what I am taking now. He was talking to the previous customer normally, so I think he is just a racist. The store is near my company, but I go to another pharmacy, even if it's far away.

Went to the apple service centre. *Peter* was excellent at customer service. Really appreciate the cooperation and quick solution.

Had a terrible experience in this store today. I was just looking at some of the products that i was planning to buy and was trying to see how they looked by slightly moving the box so i can change the angle in a way where i can see the components without having to lean and block the way. I noticed some employee approach me and accuse me of stealing and damaging the products with no proof (there was no damage to the products nor any stolen products). I cant believe this is how they treat their customers. I dont think i will be shopping in that store again.

Crooked security guards and practices! Use illegal ways such as manhandling you and illegally detaining you.

The store overall is good, but I wish they would be more open to the customer's request. I was there to get a photo taken, I told the staff member I only want the digital copy and she said it comes with a physical copy. Same thing happened a year ago too. Basically it's a waste of everyone's time. Sticking to the digital format only, in this case, would save some material costs and labor. It was a customer who came in after me, and he got the same response. Nothing against the employee, she was polite and professional, I am sure she follows some company policy that doesn't make much sense. I left the photos there which I am sure they will go into the garbage bin. Waste of money, paper, ink etc.

Only time I've ever been to one. Decent selection of things. Only wish there was a better way to get to lower floor if you have a stroller. Elevator needs staff to get key

Great London drugs, it’s big and always ready for whatever you need. The service it’s not the best specially at the printing booth.

This was the drugstore I used the most when I lived in Vancouver. The store was well located and had a good selection of products. The space in front of the store was spacious, making it a great meeting place as well.

A very clean branch, like many other London drugs places. Staff are very lovely and helpful. A great variety of products in two floors.

The help I received from Taylor at the post office at Granville St, London drugs was very much appreciated.

Racist freaking staff! Jordan p 2005 and worse supervisor nikhil p 2019. They assume we were from another country because of our skin colour and their defense "he is from another country also" and for cherry on top they wouldnt give us email or number to contact their boss. They say its also "store policy to assume where people are from" their words and "this is how we do it here in canada" very very disappointing experience

I brought my Friends Little brother to this London drugs to buy Pokémon stuffs, but the cashier was really mean to us, other staff was helpful

Tried calling the photo lab 3, they left me on hold for 10 minutes each time and then hung up on. Finally got through to the photo lab after waiting for a half hour only to be put on hold again for 25 minutes while I listened to them without any updates, all for them to have seemingly lost my photos. They said they’d call back tomorrow, but it’s a Monday well before they close and someone should be there who knows what they’re talking about. Hopefully they haven’t lost my photos completely.

London Drugs is my favourite drug store and I frequent this location regularly although it's really small. It gets busy and can be a little difficult to maneuver in the aisles. Despite that it has what I need and friendly cashiers who move the people through effectively.

Pretty good store with everything you need, also a very good location as it’s in the middle of everything. Overall clean and friendly staff who are always happy to help. Can’t complain here!

Showed up 5: 50pm to renew car insurance, the person working behind the counter told me they close at 6pm and he already turned his computer off, told me to come back another day.

I am not surprised why there’s still a lot of bad reviews about the rudeness of some employees who worked at this location. It was my first time after many many years of not visiting this location and I would say it was the biggest disappointment and I am not pleased with the person at the middle cashier today March 22,2022 around eight pm. Brentwood location is big difference when it comes to employees attitudes and service delivery. Brentwood location has way better service than this location. If your employee doesn’t fit on the role, then better find something that fits the organization.

I know the layout, so it was a simple in and out. What I wanted was in stock, and usually is.

The recent rain had destroyed my cell phone and I was in this store searching for an emergency replacement. I explained my plight to the dept.manager. His response was that they only have contracted plans and do not sell unlock phones. Later when I return to this store for other items, I discovered that we were standing right in front of their display case for unlocked phones. TOTALLY UNHELPFUL!
