Womens multivitamin vegetarian formula everywhere else plus online $16, but london drugs has it at $26. Ceramic teapot $12 but wholesale price at $3 etc

I was stressed because wrestling with a strange ‘iPad not charging’ issue on 2 iPads. Same issue had occurred on each iPad within 24 hours of each other. Technician Jeremey efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem on both. Very professional and friendly service. I can’t thank them enough!

I stopped by at the pharmacy after my laser eye surgery to pick up the prescription the clinic sent to them and the staff was unfriendly. They made me wait 30 min and I am still waiting the text to tell me that my prescription was ready as they didn’t have my phone number on file.
They were disorganized and rude.

Again another great experience. I used to work for this company and now a customer. I guess my kids will follow!
Variety is great. Very clean and high level of management standard and customer service. Retail business is challenging and this type of great business and their employees must be supported by everyone. Prefer to buy from them than US companies. By buying from London drugs, you create and/or maintain local economy and the supply chain, so DONT HESITATE and buy from locals.

Review Added 2021: Had a pickup at the post office.at 5 Pm (busy time). 2 people where efficiently working. No line up.beautiful! So went to the computer department and bought an iPad. Great customer service. The Pharmacy is operating with high standard and their people are acting with courtesy. I don't expect less than what I saw today in this store. Thanks

Great presentation, good customer service in general and nice parking lot. 2 stars are for the post office only.
This store is a busy one and having a new post office at this location is just a big wasting time.
There is always a lineup and the lack of personnel is definitely obvious. They have a huge work load and canada post doesn't help them by not doing the delivery on purpose. In fact they just leave a note to pick-up the parcel at this location! And they drop off 300 to 500 parcels at london drugs! So these poor employees are doing the job for canada post delivery guy!
I wish I could choose my previous pickup location but CP is sending my parcels only at this location.
Solution: Asking CP to have the job done by his drivers or just hire more people please.

I had to drive there three times in a snowstorm to pick up one prescription. They said on the second trip there was one left and refused to sell it to me on the third trip because there is a "shortage" and I'm supposed to call the doctor

The one star is for the pharmacy as they messed up something. They had me booked for a TDAP vaccine but never sent any reminders before. I missed the appointment and couldn't reschedule anytime soon. I went to shoppers drug who said that I couldn't get a vaccine because London drugs had put it in my record that I had already gotten it. This was extremely careless on behalf of the pharmacy as there was an incorrect entry in my health record. I hope that they can learn from this experience.

Awful experience at the icbc counter here, lady was very rude towards us when asking to set up auto insurance. She then went on to ask us do we have a car, and get your paper work out. To which we asked what paper work does she need and she said bluntly “your paperwork” after getting out ALL our paperwork that we think she might need. She told us that it was going to be too complicated for her to set up our insurance so go somewhere else, as her manager had left. Do not go here for auto insurance! One of the worst costumer experience We have ever had.

I fix my parents computers, phone or anything they can't fix themselves. They ask me to buy from london drugs because they have good experience and they get points. However, I was trying to buy wd 2tb my passport to backup for the new computer we bought from London drugs. Walmart and best buy has it for 79.99, and 89.99. The manager, Jason, refused price matching, eventhough it's their policy. You lost three costumers.

And yes, they did have it at Walmart for 79.99

I moved to North Vancouver a year ago, and because of convenience, the London Drugs Pharmacy is the easiest to pick up from. It is awful. Absolutely the worst ran pharmacy, and maybe even, poorly tan business, in general. In the 12 or 13 times I’ve had to pick up my medication in this year, I would say over half of those times I’ve had to wait at least a half hour, if I demand a rush, and if I’m polite, and just let them do their job, 4 days and even up to a week, to get a text, that my prescription is ready. So after the first couple times they say, oh give us 2 hours, come back, not ready, wait 30 minutes, sometimes more. I think, ok, I’ll sign up for the self serve locker. Worst mistake ever. Now not only can they not fill your prescription when they say, they can’t even find it. After 10-15 minutes, they will come back and say, are you signed up for the serve locker? And then off they go to search again. Ok, so now I know to give myself an extra hour of standing around for this errand. Then to top it off, they will say they are out of a medication, double the capsules, for the same milligrams, and charge you $50 more. This has happened to me twice. I even asked if they had it in stock, they go look, yes it’s in stock, then 2 hours later, sorry we are out of stock and we want you to pay more! When I picked up my last prescription, a lady before me stormed out and swore. And then I told the staff, that I will never, ever come back. Im done with the LD North Vancouver Pharmacy and will tell everyone and anyone every frustrating time Im have to deal with them.

I like shopping at London Drugs. I have only been to a few locations, whichever is convenient for me at the time. The North Van location is one of the best stores. In my opinion, when a store is busy it means they are doing something right. I’ve worked in service industry, so I can understand shortage of staff during this difficult time can cause frustation to everyone especially customers. London Drugs isn’t the only company experiencing this issue! I received the best service from Maryam at the Cosmetic department last week. I was looking for a La Roche sunscreen product which was out of stock at all LD stores. I could tell on the phone she was extremely busy, but she took the time to help me anyway. Long story short, I drove 28km just to make a purchase at this store and to show my appreciation for all of her help. Stay calm and be kind to one another!

London Drugs on Lonsdale is a great store with fabulous selection. I find most employees to be friendly and helpful.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the insurance counter is always extremely slow and the workers there have terrible customer service, the the pharmacy is always too busy.

Otherwise it’s a great store!

Visit as of August 2022. Freshly painted parking lot! Love it. Plenty of parking space but trust me, all these spots is sometimes occupied on busy days. One of the best locations of London drugs. Store is well kept and usually the items I buy are alwways stocked. Most staff are friendly. I also use postal service once in awhile. I like that even though there is a self checkout, the cashiers are still well staffed so there is hardly any wait in the line as you pay. Great store to shop to! Lots of other services offered as well.

Everyone working at this location is friendly and helpful, from cashiers to beauty to pharmacy. I probably deal with the Beauty counter and pharmacy the most. Everyone is super helpful and nice. Laurel (from beauty) helped me today and she was so helpful and sweet. The beauty department often has really good promotions like “buy $75 and get $15” off and 10 Pinots rewards which keep me going back. Way better than Sephora.

Cosmetic Department rude and unprofessional costumer service!

I was asking about a product from one of them, she just did not let me to continue, interrupted me and turned to another customer.
Later, her colleague approached me and offered a help which I thanked her and said I know what I’m looking for. She mentioned “make sure you scan the product on the way go out” which was too rude and disrespectful.
What kind of customer service is this?
I rather shop from somewhere else despite this location is too close to me.

I’ve seen all kinds of sketchy things happen here. Have seen a dog get left all day by the entrance, only to have the staff do nothing about it. Once was denied service because of a racist staff member (was trying to get my insurance done for the month?) it’s better not to go here… there’s a better London drugs in west van

I am a senior who had the same old TV for years until it quit on my this weekend. I went up to London Drugs to get a new one. Once I got there I was horrified that I had no idea how to get the new ones working (where the heck do you put those red/yellow and white thingies that I think connect to cable?) I was so lucky to get Ernie K who was one of the best salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. He was very patient and explained everything as best as he could and even did a super wrapping job with temporary handles as I do not have a car. Thank you Ernie for making this whole trip into another planet to me much more enjoyable

I was just at London Drugs Canada Post and was assisted by Abdhal.
I would like to start off by how rude and unhelpful he was.
The parcel that was sent to me had a different first name from my legal first name but the last name was correct. Thus I showed him my BC Hydro bill that matched the address on the parcel. He told me that it will not work because that didn't have the same name as the parcel. Instead of looking for a different way to assist me, he kept saying no repetitively and acted very unprofessionally. He had a very rude and unwelcoming presence and was not helpful. I will never recommend anyone to use this location. Simply the worst customer service experience!

Was having a pretty terrible day to start off until I came into your store this past Friday and was greeted immediately by Paul H in the electronics department. He was able to help me find what I was looking for fast and gave me some great insight on the product I was searching for. Great Service and an awesome experience which made my day a whole lot better over all! Great to see people actually enjoy helping customers and giving them a personalized feel good experience! I've never really been to London Drugs because I always felt that Bestbuy had the best service and staff when it came to electronics, but a month ago I thought I would go to London drugs to see if I could get a better deal. While I was unable to get a lower price, I did get outstanding service from their tech manager Paul H. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make a more informed decision when I purchased the new LG OLED TV and sound system. I ultimately ended up spending more than I planned to but Paul explained that benefits of the better model and I ended up being very happy with my purchase and felt that it was worth it.

I’ve been here several times, and Every-time I wait more than 30 min in the line-up to get my medication, so last time, I called customer service and asked them to resolve this issue, and she said; yeah, we’re usually busy in the pharmacy department!
So if there is no need to resolve this issue, I prefer to go to another pharmacy.
I used to be a customer of London Drug when I lived in Langley, so I recently moved to North Vancouver, and I had the same expectation when I compare it with Langley.
London drug in Langely was very organized, and I never wait more than 5 min to get my medication.

I hope this review helps London drug to resolve this issue in future. However, I will ask my family doctor to change the pharmacy because it seems that they had many customers, and I don't want to waste my time in the line-up anymore.

Nate is super helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and went extra mile to help me to get the applecare to replace my damage ipad to a new one. He also patiently help me to backup and transfer all data. He showed me step by step what to do. Great service.

I would like to give many thanks to Anthony (computer technician). He repaired my wife's laptop and my desktop computer in a short time frame.
He was extremely knowledgeable and spent the time to explain what his recommendations were. He also upgraded the hard drives to solid state drives and the price was exactly what he quoted us.

The pharmacy can't even get a fax from doctors. Their response "we're super busy, ask them to resend it". If they can't figure out how to receive a fax after 3 tries, how can they be trusted to fill a subscription?

I went to London Drugs to pick up a couple of cosmetic items I needed to replenish. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and the cosmetician was less than helpful. I didn’t buy anything, and decided to shop elsewhere … but felt like if i had spoken Farsi, I would have the customer service that I have always had at London Drugs in the past.

Hoping I can find somewhere else to get photos developed. Instead of sending one email with both the digital prints and saying you can pick them up they send two with confusing wording so you assume they are ready to pick up. Wasted my time and once I pick my prints up I'm not coming back

I was so impressed by Paul T, Computer Dept Manager at the Lonsdale London Drugs. As I was walking to the department he greeted me nicely and asked if he could help. I came in to ask a question on an iPad that I brought in and buy some stuff. He couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful with my question and fixed the problem I was having very quickly and showed me what to do for next time.

What a great experience. So happy to have a retailer that has such personable staff close by to where I live! Thanks Paul.

Great service from Paul today! I was trying to figure out what stereo to go with and he explained all the details I needed while serving 2 other customers. He’s very knowledgeable and patient with customers. I’ll definitely be back to see him about a computer.

London Drugs is way too busy; they get over 700 prescriptions per store per day. I was told by a LD pharmacists that they had not received the fax prescription from my clinic so they advised me to come to pick it up 5 hours later. I called my clinic and they said the prescription had been faxed over an hour ago. So I called LD again, they found the prescription but when my husband went to pick it up, they had lost it? ! My guess is that they prefer blaming the clinics or the fax getting lost in the ether rather then telling clients that they are the 350th in line, which would certainly motivated them go somewhere else. We had to call the physician’s office and London Drugs Pharmacy over 3 times each to finally obtain our prescription, 5.5 hours later. Needless to say, we will not be returning to LD for our prescriptions; we will support our local family owned drugstore instead.

Rather than have an employee bark at and startle people who are unaware they need to line up, try having better signage and partitioning to guide the customers coming from the far right of the parking lot. One doesn't deserve to be yelled at just because they missed the line positioned outside of their peripheral vision. It's already stressful enough with COVID-19 and the holidays without having to deal with such rudeness. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Last week I got my passport done by Paul and what a great experience! He explained what to expect when applying and made sure my photo would pass 100%. If you need your photo done.ask for Paul and thanks again!

Phone lines are constantly full. No online chat or help available. All I wanna know is when my photos are going to be ready. 2 days is fine 3 even. I just need to know. Curbside pickup is fine too but it’s not gonna work is you can’t get ahold of anyone.

Omg they are so bad in many levels, it takes a life time for them to answer their phone and takes a life time to transfer the call, their electronic staff are clueless of any pre orders or stuck or product knowledge and everything else is a joke, I am on the phone with them as I'm writing this and I've been on hold for 12 minutes now, their pharmacy is keeping their doors open. ‍️ good location bad staff

Oct. 28th, 2020 - I just had the best experience receiving help from Paul Hughes, a member of the London Drug staff at the Lonsdale, North Vancouver, location. I purchased sim cards for 2 cell phones from London Drugs. The phones were for my sister and brother-in-law while visiting Vancouver. On their departure, I tried to cancel the accounts, but I had left all of the account info, and passwords, with them. I had no luck tracking down an agent to assist me - the company's business model is to do everything online, or through a community forum, neither of which I could access without the passwords. The website online bot would arrange for an agent to phone me if I could verify my id with the passwords I didn't have. After a frustrating hour of trying various ways to deal with the problem, I contacted London Drugs, who really have no relationship with this phone company, apart from selling the Sim cards. Paul was the epitome of patience in contacting an agent of the company for me and arranging for cancelling the automatic billing to my charge card. I am so grateful. Thank you Paul! (I also had a really good experience with the staff at London Drugs who helped me purchase the sim cards initially).

Great neighbourhood London Drugs. Nicely lit and lots of selection. There's a nice camera and electronics department. Directional arrows down all the aisles, but they are kind of narrow. There are newer stores around, but this one has a local friendly feel.

In an attempt to save time, I used the online ordering facility. Despite the two hour pickup claim on the website, and my ordering only things that were in the store stock, it took a two days for them to get my order ready (they email when the order is ready for pickup). Next, due to them limiting the number of people inside, I had to wait in line to get into the store for my pickup. I told joe security who was guarding the lineup that I just had to pick up my order however, his response was "back of the line". 20 minutes later when I got into the store, they couldn't find my order and I had to wait another 15 min for staff to search in the back for it. After ordering and paying online I would expect be in and out in under 5 min. Instead, it took twice as long to get my online order than it would have for me to do the shopping, checkout and pay in the store. I don't think they get the point of online ordering for pickup.
Most other stores that allow online ordering will either bring out the order or allow a quick pickup. Very disappointing.
I like the store and have been treated well when I've shopped there in the past but, this review is to show that they've dropped the ball when it comes to online ordering. I can only see using it when ordering things that aren't in the store. Either way, I won't be ordering online with London Drugs again.

With all respects for doctors and nurses, they are other trades that are still working and could not stay home. For that reason maybe they can Not show up in normal business hours and have to buy their stuff after 7: 00 pm! It will be great if you consider them As the group that can use the store on those hours as well.

I find most of the supervisors or managers very rude lately. We realize it’s a stressful time but remember we are still customers that depend on your assistance. We are also stressed out with shortened hours and physical distancing.

Will never set foot in this London drugs or any other again. When we asked the cashier about the price of something we were buying he went and got a supervisor who suggested that we were thief's as the cashier had not rung the purchase in. Since the cost seemed too low we asked and where accused of trying to steal it. Really. Never never will I walk in a London drugs again in my life just trying to do the right thing. Plus even things on sale are more expensive than most other stores regular prices. The parking lot looked like a dump and was littered with rubber gloves. They could at the very least clean up the parking lot every few hours.

Would absolutely not recommend going to this store for anything related to AppleCare. I recently had my iPhone replaced here and the inexperienced staff caused me to lose everything saved on my previous device. If you guys do not know what you are doing please do not represent Apple.

Don't go get any help from Patrick at this store in the computer department. Some manager he is, wow, the worst attitude ever, Doesn't care about anyone but himself and gives no advise if he thinks that you are asking for help but unsure of buying or not. I looked at his assistant manager named Christian, and he is just as bad. This department needs an overhaul and needs to have these two reps retrained to provide better assistance and customer service. I will not buy anything here and went to BEST BUY and got the help and assistance I needed and bought equipment for our office as we are starting a new company and needed to get IT supplies.

5 star based on the store aside from the ICBC department. Unfortunately they take away from the rest of the friendly atmosphere. The times I’ve been there, they treat me as if I’m doing them an injustice by being there. Extremely poor service and absolutely miserable staff. You need anything else the rest of the store can provide I’d say go there. Take you business elsewhere though if you’re doing an icbc transaction, you’ll be remarkably disappointed.

Went to return some button batteries but I didn’t notice the blister pack was slightly opened. Though not enough to get a battery out or in. They refused to refund. Of the $1,000’s of dollars I’ve spent there I can’t get a refund on a $4.00 battery.
Poor customer service.

Had a very disturbing experience at our local London Drugs. We had ordered a photo book from their photo lab and after picking it up and opening our package at home, we found two detailed invoices for other people's orders in addition to our own. May not sound like a big deal but they contained full names, phone numbers and email addresses, and also had thumbnails of the order - photos from their holiday abroad. As an IT analyst, I know this is more than sufficient information to conduct a phishing or other type of information retrieval attack. I contacted the people affected as a courtesy and shredded their invoices - they would have never known that we had gotten access to their personal information. Also called the store manager and told him of our experience - we were assured it would be investigated. Thought I should also post about this - you never know how your personal information can be compromised without even doing anything considered risky.

I would give 0 if I could. Dealt with a guy named Jose in the post office. He was rudest & unprofessional person they could use In post office. He didn't know anything about sending a package to US and gave me wrong direction for tracking package actually he didn't give me my label. So I don't have a clue where my package is and after I went there to asm what should I do he ignored me and said I was not working here the day you came in. At the end he said you could what ever you want. Poor service!

The floor staff and cashiers are great, but the woman at customer service this afternoon should not be interacting with customers at all. She first ignored me, then was completely unhelpful and rude simultaneously. I can see from previous reviews that I am not her first victim. A mystery why she is there.

The service here is always fantastic, namely in the electronics department. All the workers there are very knowledgeable.

Pharmacy is also very fast and helpful, taking the time to explain prescriptions. Great store.
