We recently brought a laptop in as it was having issues. We received excellent help from Kaiden, he was both friendly and knowledgeable! Love our Ladner LD!

The Pharmacy is terrible. Poor customer service, consistent issues with improper billing to extended health. Long lines and reduced hours.

Understaffed, lots of junk food that has no place in a drug store. Excellent staff in camera department and the only place to get Apple warranty work.

The Pharmacy is extremely busy - not their fault whatsoever. & They're all very pleasant. Ladner has an aging population. Nothing really to do with the COVID-19 virus. So give yourself ample time to request, wait, and pay. Perhaps go 1/2 a week before your Rx is about to run out.

The pharmacy has a bad habit of wasting peoples time.they tell me my prescription is ready at a certain time.so i come ten minutes after it’s supposed to be ready.only to be told i have to wait an additional 45 minutes.never coming here again after one to many wasted hours of my life.

I only wanted to ask where an item was located. The staff gave me a nasty face. I should shut my mouth and never ask any questions while the store is opened.

I have shopped in London drugs Ladner for years and I have never had this experience, I picked up a prescription and then got some Dr Scholls orthotics, I went to the self checkout and payed for them,
there was a man leaving in front of me and he set the alarm off he was told to proceed, I went and the alarm went off I pulled the recipe out but she took my bag off me and put it over the scanner nothing happens has I payed for everything and then she proceed to look in my bag, why did she not just view the recipe was it necessary to make me look like I had stolen something because that is what it felt like it was embarrassing
