Professional, friendly and compassionate staff! Came here to buy bottle water, Tylenol, Kleenex and Vicks. I was greeted when I entered the store with a warm Hello. Here name was Evette. When I checked out; she was fast and so nice. She asked, “if there was anything else I needed”? Put everything in my bag and she went around to hand it to me ; said “ Have a wonderful day”. I will definitely be coming back here to shop for my medication and miscellaneous items. Shoppers Drug Mart has the worst customer service. It’s always slow and the staff are nonexistent. I always have to use the self service check out. Thank you London Drugs and your exceptional customer service!

The pharmacy manager Ryan T.is very nice, and help me rush my medicine when i just came out of hospital and i am not feeling well.and he speak chinese too! I will be back!

Got a nice customer experience.well organized but add more options in baby section.

One person at refund counter and there was line up of 6 people. Supervisior RAJAN was there but only observing and talking not helping in anyway.
