Staff at this store were so patient during the Xmas chaos. Helped me out a bunch so can't say enough good things

Everyone in the pharmacy is always understanding and helpful no matter what. They are fast and always make sure you are comfortable. They are very professional and I’ve never felt judged. I needed 3 prescriptions filled today and they did it fast and were kind like always. They are well informed and can always answer any questions. I wouldn’t go to any other pharmacy.

This is the most horrible place the security personnel mostly the ladies follow people around accuse them of stealing but they have never asked but employees or their LPO staff to see if they stole something. The staff are good it's just the female secretary guards they are picking people based on looks. Things like tattoos or just the fact that they don't like a person then make them look like criminals. But the rest of the staff have no problems with them

Nice place to shop, the only thing I didn't like about shopping there was one of the clerks was a little rude.

Worst customer service ever, clueless to what’s going on and n the store.
No one knew the name of management on staff.

Assistant manger also clueless and unable to help answer a simple question or provide managements name that had just left for the day.

I have the most respect for the staff for ever they always do what they can for you and your health I sincerely thank you for watching out for me

Sad to hearing that is last day for jason here at post office.very friendly guy, very good service! And hey guys they very understaff be nice.

I thought this place was going to be better with the manager Scott assuring me that his new staff was being trained properly and were to be people friendly. I went twice last week to check it out. Very disapointed. Staff were either not at their posts or could not be found at all. I searched the entire first floor for a staff member to help me find an item for my wife in cosmetic dept. Could not find anyone so i returned to the cosmetic counter and a gentleman was standing there looking very much like he did not want to be there. I asked him if he could locate mascara he said he didnt know what that was i said your working here right? He replied he was filling in for a short time so i asked a female customer and she went right to the item and gave it to me. Now im disabled in an electric scooter off to the side of the counter and all of a sudden a bunch of people were directed to this counter from the main entrance check out. As the staff member began checking out stuff for the long line up female staff member showed up behind the counter so he starts to leave they spoke out of earshot then the guy comes back to the cosmetic counter and attends the ten or so people who were diverted too his counter. I sat and observed this clown fest for nearly one and a half hours. Then i started getting upset. Finally i said to the guy are you for real or is this s@*it show normal procedure here? He replied that the person assigned to cosmetics was ot showing up for work and he didnt have a ckue what he was doing. This was absolute chaos! This london drugs is shameful avoid it if you can!

The workers in the pharmacy here are extremely rude, almost as if they don't want you there. I went in asking for a specific anti biotic covered by pharmacare. The lady who didn't seem to understand instructions, said that it wasn't covered by pharmacare. I went to Rexall, and yes, it was covered. I do not live in this area so maybe they assumed I don't have knowledge. I'd try anywhere else but here except for a snack or maybe electronics. They might be the rudest pharmacists I've ever encountered.

Very clean & staff was friendly and helpful & don't have to wait long in the line up for the cashier.

Convenient location, large selection of products, nice to have a post office in the neighborhood.
