Their security people are racist too NATIVE PEOPLE ALOT. Especially when they judge others on their looks or clothing. I went in with Mt brother after us enjoying dinner so my hands were full and my brother was grabbing pop so I had to put my phone in my purse which was full, and grabbed the bag for my brother to put his pop in while holding a wendys drink, om the phone and holding his bag.and my mom sent me something I dig.for my phone but couldn't find. Hence! * (Were indigenous people, and my brother is in the hospital for cancer so closet place he can go, he his also a heavy person (BIGGER), and he can't shower much due to a line that is in his shoulder to his blood near his heart.and he's isn't allow to take it out till his done his chemo so it's in there toll they allowed him to go home but he isn't anytime.soon) * but he was wearing a those t-shirt uh* (woman beater shirt) * cause he's over weight and he likes his baggy shirts alos if he wears clothes that will make his line icthy on his chest they put in him and is not taking out. So he has a bandages on it but it's noticeable. BUT IN BETWEEN I STARTED TO GET FOLLOW, I WANDER OFF TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. THE PEOPLE FOLLOWED ME TOO POINT I TOLD MY BROTHER AND I WAS GONNA STAND BY THE DOOR SINCE I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AND DIDN'T WANT THEM TO BE FOLLOWING ME WHEN I DONT NEED TO STEAL. **THIS and they stood by the check out line watching me.while I was standing there stuffing my face with a cheeseburger I got from Wendy's! Looking at me.we went back another time and they did the expected same thing to both of us* obviously both times I said something to them and they don't know they're not.but when he were in the store for more than 15 mins they started too. Which was unnecessary for, but it's definitely a racist people! Never went back. Horrible!

I was racial profiled. Followed all the way to the Electronics section by the security guard. I went to purchase some apple products, I showed the guy which apple product I wanted. He came offer me a cheaper dollar store version of what I wanted. I EVEN SHOWED HIM What product I WANTED and he tried to deter me to a different NON Apple product. If a customer shows you what they want then that’s what they want. Treat all with respect

Jesse a camera specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the cameras i was interested in! He seems to enjoy his work and enjoy a communication with the customers! Definitely a example of how a Staff should behave towards the customers!

Really disappointed with the PhotoLab at London Drugs. I had small size adjustments made to photos to accommodate the multiple photo frames I have. When I put an order in again for a different project I was told that there was a custom size processing fee. That makes sense, sure no problem, I would pay the extra fee for my order as a whole. But when I was told what the fee was and that it would be applied to every photo. Turning my under $5 photos into $25. I had to cancel the order. Turning a photo that is 4x4inch ($. 49) into a 3x3inch ($4.49) makes zero sense.

Ordered a portable air-conditioner from London Drugs; they have Atlas/Corporate Couriers handling their deliveries who are extremely erratic and unreliable. They (Atlas) seem to expect you to be available 9 - 5 with no guarantee that they will show up. And no drivers on Fridays, apparently. Seems like the customer working for them rather than the other way around. LD please find a better third party delivery company!

I left a 5 star review a few weeks ago because Yash did an amazing job helping me with a tv purchase and delivery. Since then something came up that was no fault of London Drugs and Yash is taking care of me. This is the highest level of service I have ever got from a retail store. To emphasize this I went to add another review, but it would only let me edit my last review, so I Im logging into my secondary account in order to leave this one. If any Manager wants to hear first hand from me, Yash has my phone number and please call.

Today I had a terrible experience at this London drugs location, I bought a blender yesterday that is very difficult to operate and did not work, a lady who is a supervisor gave a very bad customer service and told me that I could go buy the appliance at Canadian Tire, and that the The brand that I had bought is cheap. It made me feel as if my money was worthless in the store for having bought something cheap. When this lady approached me for the first time, she didn't even greet me. I had to start the conversation by telling her how are you? On the contrary, Mani and Dani were very kind to me and they treated me in the best way. London drugs I love your store but you should teach your employees how to treat customers even if they only go to spend 1 dollar in your store.if an appliance is not working or is diffito operate just change it or have different options to offer to your customers.

The Pharmacy here is not very well run.
They often mix up prescriptions and they won’t let you know when you need to get another prescription for a refill until it’s too late- by then you have run out of your medication. They have often let my prescription sit there unfilled for days after I have requested it. The communication with their clients is very poor.
At times the pharmacy assistants have been unprofessional by speaking so loudly about personal information in front of everyone standing in line.
They have cut the pharmacy hours so there is limited time for medication pick up. They open late and close early in comparison to Shoppers drug mart. On top of all that - you have to pay $5.00 to park in the underground parking and it is not reimbursed.
Definitely choose another pharmacy because this one is not up to par unfortunately.
Edited to add: 2 months later and things are still not any better.
I went there again today after being told my prescription would be ready at 11am - I got delayed at work and quickly ran over there on my lunch break at 12: 30…. It was still NOT filled!
When I finally did pick it up they had me waiting there for another 10min scrambling around looking for another prescription that had already been picked up days earlier.
Shouldn’t they have this already in their records?
Seems they are extremely disorganized bumbling around not knowing what the other worker is doing.
Their professionalism and service has drastically taken a nose dive in this past year. Very disappointed with the entire Pharmacy department.

The PhotoLab team is made up of some great people- I’ve consistently had kind and helpful individuals whenever I’m there and in a bind. Thank you guys!

I came in to purchase earbuds, which I did. Although I had knowledgeable help right away,
It wasn't until my transaction was rung through the till and paid for that he told me they were not returnable once they were taken out of the packaging. I had no intention of returning them. However, policies like that should be told to the customer prior to making a purchase. I will be hesitant to make similar purchases here again. I will add that I was also looking to purchase a new camera. But I will look into store policies before I purchase it from anywhere.

Went here to get a lens, was standing in front of display for a few seconds when a salesman said something. I removed my headphones so I can hear clearer and said "pardon? ", he said "if you removed your headset, you can hear me! " while aggresively gesturing. I WALKED OUT, WROTE THIS REVIEW AND BOUGHT MY LENS AT HENRY'S RIGHT NEXTDOOR.

Do not do any ID photos in here. They give you insanely small digital copies. Government website asks for larger size, their digital copy did not even reach the minimum requirement. You have to drive half hour to come for a change and they are not familiar with the system they have, first they will give you the right size but for wrong ID. They also keep saying they don’t know what’s going on and keep asking if you are the one who make mistakes. After all, real deal breaker is their attitude. Lyndon drugs’ staff training is really bad and their staffs do not even feel sorry for making mistakes. Like your time and money is wasted for good.

Awesome London Drugs is a great place to get cosmetic products cold drinks ie red Bull, Powerade, vitamin water, water ect. Hygiene products health care products and other items cameras, film, you can develop your pictures there too and they have some houseware products too…. They also give points for every dollar you spend and you get rewards with your phone number it’s easy and cool when you get 5-10 off after you collect the points…. You can share your rewards with your family and friends just as long as you use your phone number….
My kids and I go to London Drugs for almost everything except food, they do have snacks available but can’t get groceries shopping done here because they’re food items are limited

Go to LD on Broadway and Cambie and was accosted by one of their staff because she did not like the feedback I provided in another retail store she works in. Has no sense of how to conduct herself in a professional manner. Had difficulties with their pharmacy assistant who gave me their recommendation based on his experience and now I get accosted by their clerk who works at the post office. Where do they hire their employees?

Its a decent London drugs selection of verity. They got the summer stuff out now for the time being. Its in a handy location next to the Canada Line and city hall.

The parkade is paid and quite expensive starting from 6 cad an hour and not paid by them. So funny even Dollarama pays the parkade. Slow service, tired employees probably bad management I would not prefer to go again and don’t recommend

Yash in the Tech Department provides top shelf service! I bought a large TV from the 525 West Broadway store recently and Yash helped me check store stock before coming in, processed the sale when I arrived, and setup delivery very quickly. Yash is also very friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend the 525 West Broadway store for electronics thanks to Yash and his Team.

On march 5 around 2: 30 pm I was looking to buy a used camera. There were three sales associates there I asked to buy sony a6000 used. One of the sales associates helped me could not find the used camera that I want and he passed one to one of other Korean sales representative his attitude was very cynical and cold. I asked about shutter count for the other used camera he told me he can't find out about that. I asked him the businesses card he said we don’t have business card and just gave me blank business card. I never had this kind experience in other London drugs Location. I am just wondering is he treat other costumes like that? It is really impossible to find out shutter count for the used camera? For me it is difficult to recommend this location camera department especially that Korean sales representative.

Avoid this store and their Photolab. They`ve lost my precious VHS tapes that I`ve cherished for 35 years! I gave them to digitalize and they lost it. Their Photolab Manager was very passive aggressive towards me. I`m crushed, they lost my precious memories so I`ll probably have to sue them

Fire the current, or hire, a merchandiser! This store is a mess. It is impossible to find anything and when you ask staff, they’re just like ‘we’re out of stock’ even if they’re showing for 20+ units online.

*update /second review:
Haven’t been there in 5 months and went to pick up an online order… everyone seemed lost and took longer to get someone to grab my order than if I had just gone in there and shop for all the items myself. Lesson learned.this location’s staff has no hope.

I’m regular customer of London drugs and Yesterday noticed one very tall guard in store doing wonderful customer service at the entrance gate by offering baskets to the customers and helping them in finding the products…. Very courteous and attentive. Good work!

Great price friendly advice very helpful staff. Great deals but alot of their items are usually out of stock and their is always homeless trapesing around in their either begging customers for money or stealing stuff. And londondrugs don't seem to care. Lol
