Amazing customer service from Kiar and everyone in the phone department. Came in today with phone not working and Kiar was able to fix this rapidly. Grateful!

The red headed woman who usually works at the self checkout, 9 times out of 10 always has a short attitude with myself and a few others customers I’ve Witnessed. She is short and talked to me like I’m an idiot and I don’t appreciate her tone towards me at all. She is short and always so disrespectful when the situation was easy to fix and could have been worded much nicer. I ended up just moving to customer service and the lady there was wonderful and super helpful. I work In retail myself at a local store here and I’m always so shocked to deal with her attitude towards customers. Very unfortunate to have her ruin our experience because we love shopping here and I understand everyone has bad days but this woman seems to be angry every day. I went into the store and was harassed by the employees while shopping. There was 4 employees around us while we’re were browsing, and wouldn’t leave us alone.

I had a very pleasing experience at the London drugs today. I was assisted by Reggie and I came in looking for a product that most likely wasn't in stock. Reggie assisted me in looking in three sections until we fou d a comparable product that worked for me. Even though we didn't land on the product I came for the service really made my day five stars for Reggie

Customer service at London Drugs is fantastic.
In addition, Regi, the Customer service at Gibson location, helped me patiently with my request and I really appreciate it.

This store in my opinion has gone downhill - the staff are wonderful but it is very frustrating when returning from a day at the hospital in Vancouver and you have to drive to Sechelt to get a simple prescription filled at 6: 15pm - time to look at Shoppers Drug Mart model to improve your business.

I had a very bad experience with this location this morning. I called just simply asking if they were doing passport photos as I live in Halfmoon bay and Gibson’s is a long drive away. Every time customer service redirected me to the photo lab and after it would ring for 5 minutes they would just hangup. I did this 4 times and finally after calling for 20 minutes I said very nicely “I’m sorry but I keep getting redirected and they keep hanging up” and she rudely cut me off and told me they are too busy with actual customers and do not have time to answer my question.

Workers are quite rude (especially the Blonde woman who works in the makeup department) everytime i come in im accused of stealing im followed around and threatened with authorities and have heard them say awful things about me (appearance, style, clothing, orientation etc…) and have heard them say such things about friends. I have also been kicked out while standing in line and shopping the only good thing is that they carry my medications which they have also judged me for
