London drugs photo lab employees are very rude and are lazy with printing your images. Took them 6 hours to not even print my photos, after not getting any sort of confirmation I went to the store, meanwhile they are telling me they had printer issues but other people were picking up their Insta prints. Use Walmart 1hour Insta prints it will save you time.

The pharmacist at this store is PHENOMENAL at their job and such a nice person! He is also funny and great to talk to. I never got his name, but he wears glasses and has a pony tale. The first day I had my prescription filled here, I was nervous. The pharmacist made me laugh and feel comfortable instantly. He also is extremely knowledgeable with his work and helpful with prescriptions. He makes me look forward to filling my prescriptions at this store!

I have a horrible experience every single time that I come here, I can’t even simply look around the store without being followed & when I did try to purchase something they denied my status. For a store that is located on First Nations land, they need to learn how to do better.

I generally experience good service here. I like that London Drugs is Canadian owned. The people at the pharmacy are wonderful.

I needed a passport pic last minute and walked in 15 minutes before closing. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to get it done for me but Brandon took the time to do it, which was greatly appreciated, great customer service! L thank you

I was entirely unsure about Fitbit's but my mom and daughter were trying to convince me to get one. Brandon was the absolutely most wonderful employee that I have dealt with ANYWHERE!
I would go back to LD duncan just to ask his advice regarding anything!

The pharmacy manager here is lovely. I was having some troubles with transferring over my prescription to them when I moved from the lower mainland and he ended up being such a big help. I really appreciate all the time he took to make sure everything was just right.

My friend and I came here for a silly little time and we’re DELIGHTED to see the Barbie collection and then lovely Jillian came over and helped us for like literally 20 minutes and she knew so much and was so so helpful she gave us a super good demo and showed us so much cool stuff and tips and she was just as excited as us about the Barbie collection and it made the whole experience delightful we literally love her

1st class service. Purchased a new chromebook, transferred data from our old laptop to the new one. We were impressed with all the staff involved. Thx to Jaydon and his manager for the sales part, Jakob and Max the tech for an overall excellent customer experience. Highly recommend.

They literally have every thing you need from prescriptions to t.v's house hold products cleaning and collectable cards nice people great service.

Don’t come here for cosmetics or perfumes! The older lady here is so rude she treated us so poorly it was astounding. Was about to buy 200$ perfume and cosmetics and couldn’t justify handing money over to someone so inept at their job.

Just the fact that their Post Office counter is open until 8 pm most days is pretty incredible. I don't even try to go to the one on Ingram St.anymore, they changed their opening hours way too many times and are not reliable.

Jillian in the makeup department is an absolute gem. She was able to answer my questions with extensive knowledge in a professional and kind manner. 10/10 would recommend her services.

Brandon was amazingly helpful and made me laugh so hard that I peed my pants. 10/10, would buy new underwear again.

I have to go for my prescription every day after my left knee had to be replaced due to the pandemic. I have always used London Drugs for all of our personal needs, my partner, now my fiancée after 40yrs together!
She was diagnosed with MS back in 85-86. J had fainted due to a complication with her disease and she fell backward and striking her head on a concrete slab floor! As we were in a conversation at that very moment and I reacted with in seconds to administer CPR I did get her heart started but very faint, J was in a coma for about 12 to 14 weeks and the ICU specialist doctor insisted that she was brain dead, I of course knew that she is a fighter and I never gave up as I fought her family, childhood friends and all of the ICU medical team! I knew she was still with me and with the support of all the different London drugs pharmacy's, especially the Duncan, BC location! The fight to save her life cost us everything!
J just turned 62 and I will be 60 in May and with the support from
LD 's team who have gone above and beyond to help with the costs as well as delivering every time her cocktail of drugs were needed they made sure I remembered and even delivered at no cost to us as she has to live in assisted living with full care. It is so hard for both of us after 40yrs of living together! Her brain is healing extremely well but she is still in her wheel chair. I really dont know what we would have done without the exceptional care and services from the whole team from the Duncan LD Pharmacy. It is so very hard for me to keep my chin up after loosing everything we had worked for all of our lives!
Thank you Dean, Dave and the whole team for going above and beyond with your caring and exceptional service.
You always keep my spirits up and I can never thank you enough!

THE BEST photography shop in Duncan. They have every type of reproduction and production of any photo you have and fast and knowledgeable and communicative skills!

The store has aisles that are usually cleared and easy to navigate with a power chair. The staff are very polite and friendly.

Need a prescription tonight for wheezing. Dr ordered it about 6pm. Checked website. Store closes 9 pm. Phone at 6: 50 and am told they have prescription but they close in 10 minutes. I guess I’ll wheeze another night. Thanks not London Drugs.

Went in today to print of photos. Probably $100 worth. 3 young men standing around, chatting with each other. I asked for help after having an unsuccessful 15 minutes on the antiquated machines, trying to do it myself. I was told they were busy and would be out shortly. Nobody in attendance for the time I was on the machine. Poor customer
Care. Is that not taught anymore? I guess I will be taking my custom to Walmart. Poor show you 3, poor show indeed.

Technician looked through my explicit private photos (4 folders deep) while doing a physical repair on my macbook. The tech manager tried to play off that it’s normal for the program to open all your pics during a repair, but it was ONLY explicit photos accessed. Also went on my social media accounts. Employee did admit to it, and London drugs did fire them, and the investigations employee from Ontario I worked with (Lisa M) did her best to remedy the situation, but I would never take my computer here again nor recommend to anyone unfortunately.
