I called in to their electronics repair department to get my phone battery replaced. I just wanted to know if they had that battery in stock. They ask me to wait and I got put on a 5 minute hold, the system transfers me back to the main reception and they transfer me back to the electronics repair, I wait for another 5 minutes while the phone is ringing and the line gets cut off.

Sounds like these guys don’t really want the business. Just save your time, don’t expect much. Would have taken 1-2 minutes to answer my question.

The electronics / phone department by far the worst experience I have ever had! Waited over a week to get my phone back, with no repairs done, asking them if it would make more sense for me to go directly to apple to speed up the process. They responded with no, we have a better relationship and if we send it off it would come back quicker, also telling me since the back of the phone was replaced that apple wouldn't fix the phone unless they sent it. All in all they made us spend money on a diagnostic which we already knew was the battery, waited over a week and still got a broken phone back! Completely useless employee. Never would go back again

Zaki in the Tech Customer service was excellent today. Helped me find Bluetooth earphones for my new Android phone them up and tested them with me. Now that's Customer Service!

Had a hard time finding the product I needed, a portable power bank in this case. When staff eventually came to help me things went smoothly enough until I was finished. On my way out of the store I had security follow me through the scanners and when there was no alarm the man stopped me and asked to see my receipt.

Extremely offensive behavior and likely not even allowed, considering there was no alarm and if he'd been watching me he'd have seen me walk directly from the till to the exit. I'll never go back, and in the meantime I can only hope that man tries to stop a violent criminal some day and that it goes terribly for him.

In June, 23 I sent photos to he printed for an event that day. I understood it was short notice, When PU found only some were printed. The photo tech explained that sometimes the server doesn't download them all. Glitch. Helpful man. Since I left it to the last minute no time to resend. I had some images and all was good. Always helpful, pleasant staff.

Usually, I've had great experiences at this store, but my recent attempt to return a necklace left me quite disappointed. Last night, when I went to return the necklace with the tags still on and the receipt in hand, I encountered an unhelpful and impolite attitude from the lady in the beauty department. Not only did she inform me that they don't accept returns, but she also chuckled when I mentioned that this return policy wasn't communicated to me during the purchase, and that the store's display was inadequate. I can understand some items like earrings not being returnable, but the policy for a necklace seemed perplexing. Moreover, I felt that the woman's laughter and condescending behavior were unnecessary. I might consider shopping on Amazon next time instead.

I deal mostly with the post office in the rear of the store. Who have wonderful knowledgeable staff, always ready to help/assist your postal needs. I have done a lot of business with this particular store. Staff are always friendly, courteous and if they don't know the answer to my specific query, they will find someone that does. Great store great staff, through & through.

Whoa! Scott F just helped me with a gopro purchase. It is so refreshing speaking to someone face to face who has an incredible knowledge of all the requirements including sd card speed, record time etc. So much better than guessing on online marketplaces

I received the best service when purchasing a phone and when receiving my passport photos. London Drugs is very lucky to employ 2 remarkable workers with outstanding customer service skills.

Consistently excellent service over 30 years. The staff is family to us. Would not shop anywhere else. Convenient location and one-Stop shopping. Pharmacy is top notch.

My iPhone needed some help. Dropped in and saw Sarah G at the Service Desk. Wonderful young Lady that treated me like I was the only customer that mattered. Showed me a couple things about my phone that I didn’t know. So knowledgeable! I left it to be repaired and went home to wait the 2 hours they had said. Within 20 minutes I received a call from the Tech, Harpreet, confirming he had my phone and would be working on it. Not long after, Harpreet called again to tell me that the work was done, and that I could pick up my phone. Nothing but Professionalism and respect from the Staff and I would not hesitate to have future service done here. Thanks TLD!

Highly recommend this store for Apple repair services. Got my MacBook Air repaired here after some water damage. Major thanks to Harpreet for his fantastic customer skills and for getting my MacBook back to me in less than a day.

Manager would not honor a product with sale signage underneath because the product was placed there to fill the hole by LD staff instead of them taking the signs down. Customer service would have been to honor the price and have a happy customer versus making up reasons not to honor it and leave a customer feeling frustrated.

Don’t recommend getting your laptop fixed here. Had a damaged keyboard and trackpad, and paid $50 for them to tell me that I could use a wired/wireless keyboard and mouse, only to find out that the ports weren’t working.

When I returned an item that was not working correctly I felt chastised by the person behind the counter because “you get what you pay for” were his words. I said why does London Drugs sell them if that’s how you feel. It reminded me why I have started to prefer online shopping at places like Amazon. Courtesy and hassle free when you make a return.

I had a wonderful experience with the tech department when I needed to fix my phone. That was really fast to get my it fixed. The tech guys were friendly and helpful.
On a different occasion I got a Google nest from the store and again, the tech department employees were there to answer my questions and helping picking the right product.

Bought Madden 23 for PS5 online on December 20 and then picked it up today. I was so excited because it was the first PS5 game I bought. I came home and the game was not factory sealed (red flag) and the actual disc was missing. I contacted the store and after se back and forth, the supervisor advised that the disc was in the store (totally not suspicious). They provided me with the disc and tried it on my PS5. The game could not be read. Got a full refund but not buying anything from this place again.

Bought the same game from Best Buy; factory sealed (includes disc lol) and works fine. Buyer beware.

Once again London Drugs in Maple Ridge has come up trumps! My prescription is ready and we have Covid in our home. London Drugs said, "Hey no problem, we will deliver! " They are the best drug store anywhere!
