Campbell River, bc location-
pharmacy.
Incredibly incompetent. We have
given them 6 months of the same
prescription, to rectify their mistakes
and get their stuff together. No
matter how much time we give them
to fill a prescription, it is never ready.
Sometimes we have been told we
Would have to wait another day
These are time sensitive meds. We
are transparent in our needs, we are
told they will be met (one day
missed is detrimental), with extra
time given to fill, and we are
disappointed every time. And then
when calmly questioned, we are
treated poor.
I have never experienced such
incompetence while supposedly
taking care of people's health.what the heck. It seems like the
pharmacy needs new people who
like their jobs.
Moving on.
And in a time when reviews are almost everything. Way to go.

I had come for a computer repair and Frank greeted me, he went above and beyond what is expected to make sure he helped me in this situation as much as possible… he made my day, and drew a smile in my face, deserves his position without a doubt and should be recognized for his incredible attitude, I will 100% come back just because of him

The prices at London Drugs are obscenely high, i.e, a bottle of NiQuil at London Drugs costs $17.99, the exact same bottle at Walmart is $11.98. The other problem with this store is their pharmacy closes way before the actual store does, 7: 00pm on weekdays and 5: 00pm on weekends, which is why I buy my pharmacy items at Walmart as even some over the counter pharmacy items are locked up when their pharmacy is closed at London Drugs.
Reply to owner: It was the exact same product and same size bottle, both prices at your pharmacy and Walmart were the regular price and when I mentioned the drastic price difference to one of your pharmacists and a front checkout employee, no one offered to price match the item. The above item was just an example of the routinely higher prices you charge for products in your store in general compared to Walmart and other stores in the area, other than the items you have on sale in your weekly flyer, you charge way more than your competitors for the majority of products in your store which is why I hardly ever shop in your store.
