The employee who is an old indian lady saw me holding a blender I intend to buy, i was just roaming around the store to check other stuffs for a bit, she saw me, followed me through out the store while I walked to the cash register, there was two people in front of me, then suddenly she came and asked me to go with her because “she can help me” and open another cashier stall. This store makes me really uncomfortable every time I visit. Like can you give your customer peace of mind to browse and shop?

This location is my go to London Drugs for basically everything as its nice and close in the neighborhood. All the staff is friendly in each department and very helpful when I need help finding something. I frequently use the Canada post office inside this London drugs to mail my packages and each time it was handled professionally. Michelle is very experienced and helpful at the post office and is very fast in having my package ready to ship. She even reminds me of any promotions or new updates about Canada post during the holiday season which is great! I'm always super pleased with my shopping experience when I come here every time.

Terrible terrible experience here. Paid for a bag at the self checkout and grabbed one to put my grocery in but the staff came up to me said i was stealing bag from them. When I showed her the receipt for bag charge she still didn't believe me saying this isn't your receipt. She called another staff member who then saw my receipt and said you are correct you paid for a bag. Didn't expect being accused of stealing when I walked in here.

All the customer service representative is helpfulness here, do not recommend at all. I will give 0 if I can. Waste me 30 minutes waiting for help and no one wants to help me with finding mask. End up go somewhere shopping.

I don‘t remember their names. I tried to find it by myself but I can’t, so I asked one of the staff working there, she said I need to go to the customer services desk, they have all the mask. Then I go to the customer services desk, the lady in the customer services desk and one cashier said I need to go to the aisle 12 to find it by myself, they can’t help me, even though I told them I tried but I can’t find it. I went back to aisle 12, I still can’t find the mask I want, so I asked another lady who working in beauty section, she explained to me that she was the only one in beauty section so she can’t leave, she tried to ask customer service representative for help, I stand there for more than 15 minutes but no one comes. I keep asking her how long I need to wait as my baby is in the car and he is so hungry. That lady helped me to search in the computer, they do have the mask in stock. I went to ask other staff for help, the man didn’t even want to listen to me. He said it maybe system error, it doesn’t mean anything if the computer showing the mask is in stock lol, without trying. No respect at all.

I am really upset for the experience in this London Drug. I don’t want to go there again to waste my time. I searched in the website, so I drive 15 minutes from Metrotown to there for the mask, I can’t even feel like I treated as a customer…. Except the lady who worked in beauty section

Had a great experience at the photo lab of London Drugs today. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was working on Saturday July 29th at 2: 25pm, he said he was off at 5: 30pm.

There is another popular photography studio down the street that does passport photos beside a denture and tax business. But they were so busy they couldn't give me a time to come back. Plus their cost was a bit higher. So I decided to go to London Drugs as my face was already done with full on makeup. I didn't want to redo my look or come back at another time.

The gentleman that took my pic was super patient and kind, I didn't feel rushed and he let me retake a few to see which picture I prefered. The camera had a flash mount attached to it, so your face looks flawless, no filter needed: P

He was non-judgemental and super fast in developing the pics as well. 2 hard copies with taxes came to $17.91! Plus all sorts of payments are accepted at LD:) The pictures are enclosed in an envelope and stamped at the back. If you need a digital copy, it's $4. But you don't really need digital copies for a Canadian passport renewal.

Highly recommended to come here!

I was looking to buy soda stream refill tank and this London Drugs location had an ad saying the tank is $35.99 or swap with an empty tank for $19.99. It also has another price label with a bar code that says $39.99. Obviously I wanted to buy at $35.99 and asked why there are 2 prices. And general manager went to check on the 2 labels, and right off the bat had an attitude that I was being “difficult” or something and he’s doing me a huge favour for honouring just one tank at that price (I wanted 2 tanks). By the way, I was never rude with that manager, I simply asked for the lower price and why there are 2 conflicting prices. He could have explained why there are 2 different prices, or if he could or could not offer the lower price, etc. Instead, of delivering customer, he delivered an attitude. If I can give a no star, I would.

Gary, LD Apple technician, at LD on Victoria/41st has always provided, expert, kind and thoughtful service. I brought in my computer last Monday. And Gary did a diagnostic on the computer as well as a few checkups. He dowloaded a fan app for overheating. My computer is getting older but i want to keep using it until i can no longer do updates for financial and sustainable concerns. I know i am in good hands with Gary's help and expertise. Thank you

Worst photo lab to ever exist the only good part is the older male manager who actually knows what he’s doing everytime i get charged a random amount i have to tell the worker the correct number, they always say they’ll call never once have they ever, they are slow and make up random times it takes to complete photos.the one lady exposed my film and ruined the whole roll and was extremely rude afterwards blaming me even tho it was her mistake and didn’t do anything to make it better, it’s horrible but i keep coming back cause of the guy manager is super nice

The pharmacy is slow and understaffed. Doctor faxed a prescription over to them on a Monday. I assumed that was ample time. I went the following Monday to pick it up (also waited in line for 45 mins) for them to tell me it was not ready and if I could come back for it. 2 days later.but I needed it that night so then, the pharmacist told to go to Shoppers Drug Mart instead LOL? TLDR: Don't get your prescriptions filled here unless you like to stand in line for 45+ mins and then be told to go elsewhere because they close soon and can't fill your prescription within 7 days of it being faxed over.

This is by far the least professional pharmacy I have ever been to. 2 times in a row, they have missed filling my prescription. Not a phone call, no warning, just complete incompetence. My medication is one that needs to be taken daily, and the least they can do is let me know that they are out of stock so that it can be faxed to another location. I don't generally leave reviews but because this is now the 2nd time in two weeks this has happened, I thought it might be wise to let others know that if you have prescriptions that need to be provided in a timely manner then don't go here.

This pharmacy struggles to even stay open reasonable hours. There is a customer washroom in the store, but they never have it open ever. They will tell you to go to Starbucks so they don't have to concern themselves with keeping a clean washroom. The pharmacists are nice people, but this location is being mismanaged in a few areas. There are a couple rude employees at the insurance desk for one example. Hopefully they can make some staffing improvements in the near term. Parking at this store is horrible. Very many accidents in this parking lot so beware.

I am a regular shopper at this location for more than ten years and generally the experience has been good.

However, I had a great experience last month when I purchased an X-box model that was on sale. The sales person S. M, very patiently helped me in finding the item I was looking for. She truly went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent customer experience.

This is a late post. Bought some adaptors for my computer and Akram gave me great advise on the products. He patiently showed me the different options until I was able to choose the right one.

While I was busy choosing, my son went to the toy section. He met George, who happens to play soccer as well. The next thing I knew, he bought my son a soccer ball. I never expected that.

Super thank you to these awesome gentlemen who made our day.

I was there waiting to pay and I saw how the manager at this location (Bonny) was being so patient with an Asian senior. She took her time listen and help her. I was about to loose it and I was not dealing with this senior, so as a lesson to me I need to be kinder like Bonny. All this as Bonny is being asked to help here and there. We need more Bonny’s in this world people!

5 huge stars for the patient and helpful pharmacists at this location. The lineups to drop off and pick up can get pretty wild but it’s so helpful when before assisting the pharmacists tell you the wait time so you can decide whether you’d like to wait or walk away. I really appreciate that proactiveness. In addition they take the time to answer my questions on my parents’ medications thoroughly and are just genuinely nice and helpful people despite the hoards of people.

I’m giving this review a 1 star for poor customer service and poor management.

This store has got to provide support for the postal clerks. If they did, I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I arrived to ship my packages at 8: 10pm (tonight) only to find the gate of the post office closed shut. The post office is supposed to be open till 9pm. Apparently there was a customer inside who had been waiting for 45 mins to ship her 14 boxes and was complaining and being mouthy to the postal clerk because she helped 5 customers before her large shipment. I asked the postal clerk if she was closed she said yes because she had to help this customer, that it will take a long time and if I can come back tomorrow. I went to the customer service counter to voice my concern and the customer service rep called a supervisor to find out what was going on. I was told by that supervisor who came down to investigate, that the other postal clerk was off at 7pm, that the postal clerk was new and that she thought she could shut the gate when she was very busy. I was also told by that supervisor that it’s not busy at this time, which I’m afraid is not true. I ship packages from this location almost every 2 days if not everyday, between 730 and 9pm and I am usually waiting in line for at least 15-20 mins always with 1 employee working.

Why isn’t there 2 employees working till closing? And if one of the two employees were off at 7pm then why isn’t there another employee on the floor cross trained for the post office for situations like this? I saw an electronics clerk and earlier a self checkout employee just standing around. People were waiting in line at the post office and NO ONE was there to help this poor lady.

I used to ship my packages from the Gastown LD until I moved to the neighborhood a year ago. There was always 1 person on the floor who was cross-trained to help the post office and that location needs everyone on the floor because that store is very challenging.

After all that was said and done, I waited almost 45 minutes to ship 4 packages…which is terrible! It took the postal clerk 5 minutes to accept, enter data and print out my receipt.

If you cannot schedule 2 postal clerks till closing then you should cross train someone so they can help with the long waits.

The one star for this review is actually for the pharmacy. They're always very very slow with getting through their line and generally do not have good patient service and support. They've lost my prescriptions a few times and it's always a 20-30 minute wait in line to just ask about it. Getting through on the phone can be dicey too unless you just press 2 saying you're a doctor. The expensive dispensing fee of $10 is not worth this terrible service. Costco pharmacy now delivers prescriptions as part of their $4.49 dispensing fee- no lines, no wait, and better customer service when you do need to call them.

The front store staff are always very friendly and helpful. Their rotating seasonal section is usually interesting.

A very pleasant place to shop, parking is sometimes hard.

I called in to get an item place on hold last week. I was not able to make it in and the policy at this london drugs is only for one day. I came in today with a picture in my phone to ask for help looking for the product. A very nice asian young lady by the name of vivien remembered my call and guided me to the product! I have a hard time seeing and Vivien stayed with me until i finished. She was very funny and communication very well. I recommend coming here if you need good help. I came again today and she was @3 cashier and welcome me every time I come in.

Gary the computer technician here had the most in-depth knowledge of computers and troubleshooting. I brought my MacBook in with an intermittent battery issue. He explained and help me figure out what problems I was facing in a instant, I’m glad the service I got was quick and useful! I gained great information and knowledge about the internals of MacBooks. He’s a great computer service technician here. I recommend check this out if you have computer problems!

Horrible photography service. I just came here because I was in a rush, I needed a digital copy to submit for my pr card, I don’t even need a printed copy, so when the lady asked me if I need a printed one or both, I said well actually I need digital only, she asked again “printed or both? ” I was just trying to say that well I can pay whatever but basically I need digital only so you do not even need to give me the printed one, just to save some papers, but she just kept repeating “printed or both” like I do not understand english. And then after 3 times, she dropped down the camera like “we don’t do that”. And I was like “okay i’ll get both then”. The entire photo taking process was unpleasant! Just so I know next time, at least I will not come to this specific london drugs photography

I haven’t had issues shopping here before until today. I was here to recycle some of my burnt out lightbulb and to purchase some new ones. I looked at the lightbulb aisle and didn’t seem to find what I need so I decide to go ask a staff if they would know. I found this tall Asian man that was walking down the aisle. He was walking quite quickly, so I started behind him while saying “excuse me” a few times to grab his attention. He just kept walking away until he was stopped by another customer asking him to grab an item off the top shelf for her. I waited until he finished serving that customer and then I walked towards him and said “excuse me, do you know if…” and he just cut me right off and told me step 2 meters away from him in a very rude manner. By the way, I was wearing a mask that covers both my nose and mouth, and he was physically closer to that customer that stopped him than he was to me. I understand that it is COVID time and everyone is scared, but he continued to say something about “it has already been 2 years…”. I assume he means that COVID has already been around for 2 years, and why aren’t we automatically standing 2 meters away from him?
He then took me to the aisle where the lightbulbs were and said this is where and lightbulbs are and walked away…
Honestly, I don’t need you to take me to that aisle, I know where the aisle is! If he is that scared of COVID-19, just don’t work! Stay home! If you decide to work, then don’t give the customers this type of service. I was so upset that I just walked out the store, but the more I thought about it, the more upset I got, so walked back in the store and talked to the customer service lady. That lady was very kind and and asked if I would like to speak with a manager (or assistant manager), which I did. COVID-19 is not the reason for rude services. I personally work in a customer service field as well, and I have customers approaching me everyday at work asking for help as well. I don’t treat my customers this way and I don’t expect to be treated like this either.

This review is for the pharmacy. While most of the staff are professional and polite, the manager or head pharmacist ANGELA D.is unacceptably rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I have personally experienced and witnessed her "attitude" towards customers who choose to patronize this pharmacy. If she is so burnt out that she is incapable of a basic level of customer service, perhaps she should just retire and let a younger, more energetic and service-oriented team member step up.

Absolutely pathetic service in the photography department. My vintage film camera was BROKEN and is unfixable by this locations staff, just a week or so after they sent me photos from someone else's order before sending my own photo. What an invasion of privacy of the person who trusted this location and whose photos are still available for my viewing. Does someone else have my photos? We will never know. Spent over 40$ at this location for horrible service and a destroyed camera. Worst London Drugs I have stepped foot in.

The Staff took my photo for my Pr application then told me to wait, then proceeded to help other customers which lead me to wait over 30 minutes until I lined up again and asked her to finish my photo. Even during covid this was my worst service experience.

I have placed close to 100 online orders with victoria and 41 london drugs and somehow get it done with a 30 minutes Absolutely amazing. Although I have some issue with cancelation in my order and Vivienne was happy to help me through the process on phone.regular come in to buy lottery and i’m not sure if more then one vivyen work here but i see another viviyen at customer service very understanding and happy and have a large knowledge.

Canada Post was recently added to this location. You can now pickup deliveries here. Pharmacy can be very busy at times. Plenty of parking available. Convenient location to go shopping and eat afterwards around the neighbourhood.

The pharmacy staff are very judgemental and if you take up too much of their time can be just as rude. Not to mention they take hours to fill a prescription and finding parking is awful. Wouldn't recommend this place.

This 1 star is for the Pharmacy department.

Awful time management and I swear it's getting worse as time goes on.

They are never on time and I waited for almost 2 hours for 7 little pills. The only reason I waited is because they told me it was about 30 mins wait time but ended up far later. This is not uncommon.

There are a few staff members that are completely rude and I've even had one back talk me and hang up on me after I was trying to explain a major mix up on their behalf. She refused to acknowledge the mix up and help me fix it.

After 2 years of dealing with these issues I have decided to move to a different pharmacy.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean, neat and tidy.
I will give four stars for staff and cleanliness but I am afraid I will give only one star for the pharmacy department. The wait time is too long. The shortest time for a prescription is more than two hours. Used to be within 20 mins but now it seems it takes forever.

Usually I like shopping at this location, but there's one employee who works here named Chris. He doesn't seem to do anything besides follow people around the store for no reason. Other times, he's just standing around talking and laughing with other employees. He is not much help.

Bought a TV from London Drug's website that said it was new, but came as an open box/refurbished item.

The manager here told me that shouldn't have happened and made amends. Luckily he helped me swap one right away and even compensated me for my time and hassle for making a trip to the store.

I look forward to coming here to shop knowing London Drugs will take care of me.

It's clean I suppose? But trying to get anything from the post office takes ages. It's never staffed, and trying to get someone to let you get your own parcel usually involves waiting in line to get someone to pick up the phone, than going back to tell them that no one has come yet. I don't see why they even have a post office there, seeing as they don't seem to want to run it.

After receiving inconsistent and poor service for over a month, I feel it's time to write this. Firstly, weekend staff always seem to be flustered and in a rush; no greet, courtesy, nor acknowledgment. Being "busy" is no excuse! Compared to weekday staff who appear efficient and relaxed.

Senior management in electronics department is always surly with a "I'm better than you" attitude. Again, no courtesy, or greet to anyone in the line. Not acceptable. Even a self-checkout machine is more friendly. A more junior staff asked to go on break and the senior seemingly scolded him for not assisting in the queue. The senior failed to call for help, so it's his fault to begin with.

Doesn't matter what time of day I go, only checkout 4 is open. Rarely do they seem to open a 2nd checkout. Does the line up need to extend to the aisle or what?

The biggest disappointment comes from the parcel pickup. I've had good service for 5 months, even with Canada Post's Xmas backlog, and suddenly the service nose-dived. I get supplies through Amazon, but delivery time could be anytime in the day. I refuse to have parcels sitting outside the house, so I select this location as the pick-up point. When my parcel arrives in the store for pick-up, the store is supposed to take an extra step which notifies Amazon to send me a barcode. They failed to do this for over a month and it makes the process troublesome. I've already notified Amazon on this issue, but this pick-up point needs to pick up the slack. Why bother being an Amazon pick-up point, if they're going to make it difficult? Is this location going to be able to handle a full-service post office at this rate?

I dare people to try the Amazon pick-up point here and see what happens.

The only good things I can say about this store is their shelves are well stocked and prices are correct. I grab my items, go to self-check, then leave.

Visited the insurance services department at 9pm today to set my car status to storage. The lady responding in a near-shouting phase that I need to have my license plate returned in order to do this. I did not know that (my fault) and had my car stored in my garage. She then said in a condescending tone that I can't park the car on the streets or at a friend's house. I replied back that it's stored in my garage. She glanced at my insurance documents and questioned if I am the owner of the house. I replied yes.

Then I left to retrieve my license plate, came back in about 15 minutes. Long story short, I ended up just cancelling my insurance and getting a refund. Throughout my conversation with the lady, she was basically shouting back the entire time. She must have had a rough day, but i'm shocked at how someone could be this condescending/angry.

I've renewed my insurance at this LD location every year and even had my marriage license done here. A bit disappointed at the whole experience. I hope nobody else has to go through this kind of situation.

Folks here are great, especially the cashiers, but the pharmacy is so poorly managed that both my husband and I have to argue with them almost every time to ensure we receive all of our prescription and aren't overcharged. Every time there is an error with our prescriptions, we have to go over it in detail with them, let them call our doctors, and THEN they'll admit the mistake was on their end. Customer-facing staff are usually fine, but something in their computer system is deeply flawed. Go to Pharmasave if you need a regular prescription filled.

I intended to use self service to print out some id photos for immigration application. I shown the photo requirement to a staff and asked him to help me choose an appropriate size on the screen and he did. Then another staff who was a senior man looked at my self service receipt and asked me what the purpose was for the photo and I told him it was for immigration. So, before I picked up the wrong sized photos, everything seemed alright and nobody told me self service cannot be used to print out any immigration photos! When I told them the photos printed wrong, the senior staff was just like forgetting me at all and he explained like I was an idiot. The photos cost 3 bucks only, but it caused me to waste time for waiting the wrong product. What a joke!

We made an order two days ago and the advertising promises to get the package ready the same day. The guy who picked up the phone when we called didn't know what to do with our order and didn't contact us to ask for instructions or anything. Job hasn't been done yet. I would recommend you going somewhere else.

Always liked this London Drugs. I like that it is walking distance to my place. Also a good place to fill my prescriptions and shop while they are filled. I like some of the deals they have on chocolate and gluten free oats.

I have found the staff friendly and helpful. I even recently returned an iPad case from way back and they gave me store credit. Was blown away by how helpful they were. Always like browsing the tech and camera sections.

I am very disappointed with the customer service they provide to the customers. Specially of employee named Stephen K. He does not have manners to talk with customers. If anyone had any question you must clear that. It does't mean that Canada post is closed then you can't clear the doubt of customer. If store is open and you are present there, you must clear the doubt of customer. I can understand that you cannot proceed application after time but this is not the way to deal with customers. I will rate him Big Zero. He made my mood off today. This is my first time I ever feel so displeased.

This 1-star review is for the terribly managed pharmacy department at this location. Every one of my experiences here (at least 3 in the past year) and the interactions with the pharmacy staff have been atrocious. First, I have never experienced such unwillingness from a pharmacy to request a prescription refill be transferred to their location. I often pick up my initial prescription at another London Drugs location since it is right next to the clinic, and request any refills at the Victoria Dr location as-needed. Every single time I’ve made a refill request involving a transfer, I was met with unnecessary attitude and the request was treated as a major inconvenience/annoyance for staff. I was even told on one occasion that they would not make this request on my behalf. This has never been an issue for me at any other pharmacy (either London Drugs or Shoppers). I have also been made to feel uncomfortable by the pharmacist making unprofessional comments on my prescribed medications. These comments were unrelated to dosage, medical history, drug interactions, or any other relevant subject other than personal judgments. Completely inappropriate. Avoid this location, there are so many other pharmacies that operate with professionalism & courtesy! After my most recent experience I will go out of my way to take my prescription elsewhere!

Went to photo department with my husband on May 30,2019 at around 9: 30pm. We were happy and excited to get some photo prints. We asked for help from this woman which i believe is in charge in that department. The way she responds of our simple questions were surprisingly rude and unfriendly. She was provoking us, lucky her I am 8 months pregnant and avoiding trouble that may cause stress. We dont know if she had a stress day but as an employee you are representing your company, and with that kind of manners to customers, you are pushing away customers not to come back. If this matter will not be address, that kind of rude service will continue. Not coming back anymore.

Such a convenient location. They have a really good selection of everything - I especially love the chocolate/candy, and snacks selection. This is also a location for Canada Post parcel pick ups, and they also have a Compass vending machine which is so convenient considering the number of bus stops that are around here. They've also added 3 self checkout stations (accepts cards only). Most employees are friendly and efficient. I also really appreciate the complimentary WiFi. Honestly one of my favourite drugstores!

Pharmacist Navdeep was unnecessarily abrupt and unfriendly when I approached with my Rx order one hour before closing. I understand it may be a long day for her, but get her off the Rx desk if she cannot be polite to customers.

This location has a large selection of choices, sometimes it does look like a mixture of everything is just put on those top shelves. I have used the photo lab, the service in picking up the photos was not great to find more than one salesperson here is a constant problem, the same goes for cashiers, they have numerous stalls yet only one is ever open until they call for people. The fully staffed cosmetic desk should be a check out point and they should be getting on that overhead speaker inviting customers over in between there mirror checks and lip stick applying. I have yet to see them move from behind the counter. I have the awards program but am not impressed, no matter how much I spend counts for nothing only the fact I visited the store does?
