What the actual hell? I have tried calling for my prescription but all I got was someone hanging up on me, then the line goes busy and now a leave a message at the end of the line. What is wrong with you people?

Customers love consistency. One thing this London drugs in particular doesn't have. They were "low" on sim cards so decided you can't buy a unregistered sim. I needed to replace mine, so now the only option for me is o get a new number. A huge hassle even Koodo themselves recommended I I here. Staff is constantly turning over and no one knows anything about that policies.

This place employs a r@cist her name is Sylvia and they way she treats people of color even her own coworkers and doesn’t even try to hide it. The customer service here was already awful but now they have Sylvia who likes to bully people who doesn’t have the same skin color as her. Never going here again except maybe to see if Sylvia is still working there and report the manager whoever he is to head office.

3 days to fill smal simple perscriptin and was not filled. They lost it then found it and said I should have called everyday as policy. Pharmacist raised her voice and got irate at me when I said can you fill today. After spending a tone of money at this store for the past 30 years I will never buy anything here again.

Horrible experience! Looking for a fan (says it's in stock at this location online), asked an employee where I could find it, he did not know so he told me to wait in line at the customer service desk. After standing there for 10 minutes, the person working at customer service called for help as it was busy, the same employee that couldn't find the fan showed up to help, I told him I'm still trying to find the fan and he said "ok" and just started helping the person behind me in line so my daughter and I left the store as we could not get any help. Will go somewhere else.

I find their online service for ordering is sketchy. Sign up for notifications when product comes in, and you never get a notification.
Customer service at the photo lab is something left to be desired. Alwa6s find them to be short and borderline rude.

Ordered on line and had product delivered to Penticton at no cost, unlike most other larger stores. Lovely to get individual old fashioned personal treatment and recommend all to shop there. Even got a thank you note from staff

If you are in a rush, I don’t recommend using Penticton London Drugs Photo Center. They forgot to send the digital photos to us although we reminded them many times.

I got my free tetanus booster. The pharmacist was very quick with the paperwork and processing. She was thorough when providing me information about the vaccine. I liked the London Drug bandage. Overall it was a satisfactory experience. Would come here to get all my vaccines including the rabies shot.

While I cannot speak to anyone else's experience at this store, but I will say that it has always been my pleasure to deal with the staff in the Penticton location, several times a week since they have opened. The pharmacy has accommodated every single request and inquiry I have ever made efficiently, on time and professionally. As for the electronics department, the staff have always answered my questions thoroughly and have gone above and beyond for me numerous times. Brian and the staff in the repair department are extremely capable and just yesterday finished repairing my computer. I personally will not take my electronics anywhere else, and I have bought all my tv's and various DVD and CD players there, over many yea.rs. I cannot say enough about the staff in every department. Top drawer across the board. Well done!

Walked into their computer/electronics section. Wandered around, obviously looking at the phones.very interested in purchasing a phone.no one offered to help so I left. Bought a phone from Staples instead. Two stars go to the pharmacy department-great selection ️

Came in here near the end of day looking to get a cell phone and plan for my senior mother.

I felt bad for the poor guy who was helping me, as he had 5 minutes left on his shift, and ended up staying an extra 20 minutes to make sure I was set up and good to go. If it was me in his shoes, I would have been upset, but he was more than happy to see it through, even though I told him I would have been happy to get a different person to finish the sale.

I have shopped at this location for over 16 years, and they've always been a great part of the community. I remember buying my first cell phone here when I was a teenager, and here I am years later. Two big thumbs up to this location, and the great staff that work here.

London Drugs has most anything you could want! The clerks knew which row and approximate location each item was! Check-out staff were friendly & good. What ruined my experience was how expensive most things were. I was sure pinched when I got my total of over $100.
And I only left with a few items. Wow.

Over the years we have gone to London Drugs it not only a place to purchase prescriptions and medical supply it has an array of products and cameras Televisions Computers it's just an all round great place to shop and avoid crowds of people their staff very knowledgable of there products and very very helpful and patient.

They have good prices. The only drawback is it gets a bit crowded, so go early in the morning. They open at 9: 30

Tech support desk is awesome - very helpful and patient. Really helped me sort out a technical issue that I had been struggling with.

I had purchased receiver that had been mistakenly advertised as a 4k upscaling model. As soon as I arrived home, I placed my old amp which was better in all ways except the upscaling option for sale, and it sold instantly. After I discovered the advertised info was incorrect, I dealt with Cathy Bailey, the electronics manager and she was able to trade the amp I had purchased to a more pricey model that had the option I was wanting for no additional cost. I was unhappy with the misrepresentation, but very happy with outcome Cathy had provided for me.

Pharmacist was very unhelpful, semi rude, & acted like he didn't know what he was talking about. I asked the pharmacist for antibiotic ear drops after my overseas doctor instructed me to do so. Not only would he not help me with getting the prescription he told me to bad.go put olive oil in your ear.

Would like to thank Cathy Pires for saving the day.
I created a slide show for my best friends sons Celebration of Life and needed to send it to Vancouver. The file was to large to email and I didn't have enough time to send it via mail or courier. Cathy took the time to create a file through London Drugs system that can email larger files which allowed me to forward the slide show for his Celebration the following day.
Thank you so much Cathy, you saved the Day and a lot of stress for my Friend on a very sad day!

Awesome service by the staff and manager of the electronics department!

My dad was in hospital without a phone charger and I am in California with no way to get him one. The clerk in electronics helped me find and on-line order a charger for in-store pickup, then the electronics dept manager delivered it to the hospital.

My dad had his charger in a couple of hours

I don't know what goes on at this location but their customer service is brutal. I tried calling on a monday afternoon and was on hold for over an hour before i hung up. Tuesday they answered their phones but didn't have the product i was looking for in stock and didn't offer to order it in.wednesday i was on hold for a half hour again, hung up and called the westbank location.they answered immediately, didn't have my product but offered to order it in and have it available for friday night.not wanting to drive to westbank i politely thanked them and declined, called penticton back, asked them if they could order it and, the person i spoke with said it was possible but not until next week.cool.

Hand sanitizer was on sale today, with a limit of 4. I picked up my limit and a few other items, but the young, female clerk at the till was rude and condescending, told me the limit was 2. When I said I thought it was 4, she gave me a dismissive "Nooo. " After I paid and walked away I checked the sign again - the limit was 4. I told her and she didn't believe me. Came to look at the sign, then said it used to be 2. No apology. Said I could now buy two more if I wanted, but of course she already had another customer at the till with a long line behind. Not impressed with London Drugs and will take my business elsewhere.

Nathan. W was a huge help and very nice, very happy with his expertise and passion for what he is doing, definately the personification of excellent customer service.
