The pharmacy here has some of the best staff I’ve dealt with. They’re proactive, always provide a friendly and kind service, and they keep in consideration any requirements from patients. I’m truly happy with their service.

Thank you to Darryl F.at the photoshop. He was very understanding today when I picked up some photos my husband had printed. I appreciate him following LD procedures, while being flexible to ensure photos end up in the right hands. It meant a lot as they were pictures of our departed cat. LONDON DRUGS WILL LOSE MONEY DUE TO ITS FEMALE SECURITY GUARD!

Walked in today to get 2 compass cards as a Christmas gift for family members but noticed the compass machine was not there anymore. So i asked the security guard if they still got the machine in store to which she said "You mean the lottery? " I said "No im looking for the machine that sells sky train tickets" to which again she said "Yes lottery" I said "No this has nothing to do with lottery, I need compass cards. " Get this she then has the nerve to ask me who its for? Acting like she was a cop interrogating me. All I could think about was "Its none of your business". I then left and ignored her as I was trying to figure out if shes trying to mock me with an attitude of authority. I found the compass machine myself and she then follows me asking more questions telling me to go to customer service even tho i found what I needed. I don't know what kind of drugs this woman takes or what kind of drugs she needs to take but she has no business asking customers personal questions acting like a high authority figure. Plus why are you even working a mans job and acting like one? Its so ridiculous how they hire women as security guards nowadays, they are unfit for such a job and should be left to a man who is actually able to handle it. London drugs should realize that hiring such unprofessional people means loosing customers which means your losing money.

AVOID THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY ON CHRISTMAS!

I am so happy! I went in for foundation and spoke with Alexa L.at the makeup counter about my concerns. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose products that are going to work for me. This was a great experience especially since I'm just getting back into makeup after about ten years away.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Nisha and a girl in cosmetics have 0 customer service. If a customer is asking where an item is which says it is in stock, you help them find where it is. Instead of pointing and being like did you look there and there, yes I did and I couldn’t find it. Not that hard to walk and help a customer find an item that is in stock. If you’re busy, then say so and page another coworker. Not that hard. Manager. Please train your staff properly. I need to be treated like a human being and not a dog.

Carissa (I believe) at the tech/photos department was so kind, quick, and efficient at her tasks even when she was the only person on floor with others waiting. She helped me out with my passport photos. Great admiration for her hard work!

Pharmacy is an absolute fiasco. Six staff behind the counter, one supposedly working the counter, one on the phone, two wandering around and two filling prescriptions.
Customers that had been waiting 30 mins in line justly irritated when told to come back the next day. Staff response was to slam the gate and call a manager.
Managers response was specifically unapologetic and unprofessional.
Up to this point I had been a loyal London Drugs customer especially of this store for over 25 years.
Zero customer service, should be ashamed of themselves. You lost a customer.

This store has some products you wouldn't find anywhere else, they do have some clothes, groceries, electronics, need passport photos done, you can even get car insurance, lotto, pharmacy, pet stuff, it is one of the stores that carries my tp I use. Only a few stores carry it.

Usually a pleasant shopping experience. I have purchased many PC related items there over the years and a go to place for my cologne. However, in the past, there has been a few occasions where management and staff were very unprofessional and uncooperative which forced me to write complaints to their corporate headquarters to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Also there have been several instances where advertised specials were unavailable at the location. Hence the 4 stars.

I was in this store last week and was astounded by the collection of furniture and other home accessories carried by this store. Me and my wife were assisted by a gentleman named Ashray.the tables we wanted to buy were not in the stock at the store, but Ashray assured us that he would arrange them for us. He took my contact details and the very next morning we got a call from him saying that the tables are ready for pickup. I have been to other stores in the neighbourhood but never experienced such a wonderful customer service. Very professional and helpful.

Personally, I never had any troubles with the pharmacy. But maybe it's because I have just a puffer. When Covid started, I was told they would not be able to get my inhaler, and had no idea how long it would take. So they recommended I try another pharmacy and they would send the records as soon as I told them who I set up with.

On the other hand for other things, I have actually secret shopped this location years ago. They did well, and still do.

Selling products that don’t work as listed and then refusing to refund in any way shape or form aside from an exchange for the same product.

I went through 3 of the same headsets that list they are compatible with my gaming console on the box as well as your website. They are functionally unusable as they cause the controller to disconnect from the console mid game as well as do not provide sufficient volume for either regular listening or communications. The only solution provided was to purchase an upgraded headset for almost 100$ more as they don’t allow a downgrade, in store credit or return of any kind. Very disappointing customer service with the manager not dealing with me personally and simply relayed everything through a floor worker which is unfortunate because everyone else in that department was very courteous.

I like this London drugs. The pharmacy staff are very nice and handled my prescription transfer with ease. They have also filled an emergency prescription for me and let me know what to do when my insurance ran out. Thanks y'all!

I've sometimes gotten a sale price even when the sale is over. It would be nice if they opened more tills when it's busy. Usually there is only a couple open plus the service counter.

I was looking for high end headphones for my son to replace an older set he used as an electric guitar monitor.
Navraj walked me directly to the Audio Technica ATH-M50BT.
I went home and did my research. I ended up buying 2 pairs from the London Drugs at Coquitlam Centre because I happened to be in the mall. Like all LD computer and photography staff, they were also helpful.
But I just wanted to tip my hat to Navraj at the New West location for nailing my needs.
I'm using the second pair hardwired to my electric piano. I also use them with my phone via Bluetooth 5.0.they sound absolutely unbelievable.

I agree with the zero stars for the pharmacy. When filling my prescription, they let it sit there and didn't even call me, then after talking my medication for sometime, I started not feeling well. Called to ask about it, (and I was told I pay a $10 professional fee, that's why they only talk to you if you buy if from their pharmacy!) and I got more 'ums' than any other words! Glad you do your job so well.
Fill up anywhere but here.

I am type 1 diabetic. I ran out of my metformin three days ago and called the pharmacy to fill my prescription. 99% of the time I pick up my medicine. Unfortunately this time neither me nor my wife can pick up the medicine as we are ill. We are also very old seniors. London drugs promised to deliver my medicine on day one. So far my medicine has not arrived. Each day I call the pharmacy the assistant Manager says that they came to my house to deliver but no one is home. I am 100% sure they are not coming to m y home. I asked to speak to the Manager but she would not put him on. Tomorrow is the fourth day I will have to go to without my medicine. What a careless incompetent, and inconsiderate assistant Manager.

Went in with a girlfriend with intentions of purchasing multiple electronic items all the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.spent a couple thousand dollars but was in and out of London drugs within an hour and a half period of time. Ended up leaving with two laptops two webcams two wireless mice one Canon printer one cell phone with plan and a makeup mirror from The beauty department. Thank you so much for all the help and for taking in all specifics into consideration when choosing the best product for each of us. Neither of us enjoy shopping in general and is usually painful process but going into London drugs made things easy as pie. I will definitely be going back to purchase any electronics in the future thanks to my girlfriend who demanded that we go to London drugs to purchase any electronics that was on our wish list.

Wont go back here ever. Terrible customer service, I was told that since I didnt have my receipt I couldnt exchange an album that was damaged before purchase because the employee said they didnt want to dig through receipts because it would take too long. WOW! Yep you have now lost all my business congrats!

Great place! Great management! No hassles on returns and are always very helpful when it comes to checking the computer system for when new stock is coming in.

The manager literally have me his business card during the TP crisis and gave me times on when the orders were to come in (and asked me to phone and confirm).

0 stars for the Pharmacy here. They seem to have a lot of people behind the counter at the Pharmacy but they can't seem to keep track of their records and they never seem to have my prescription ready even when I CALL AHEAD OF TIME.

Today my husband went in to pick up my prescription for me and they told him I need to get another prescription in order to get my refill. I DO NOT. My prescription is for a 90 day supply. The last time they only gave me 30 days, and on my receipt it clearly states there's 60 days supply remaining to be dispensed to me. There are two transactions this pharmacy billed to my insurance and they got their money x2 but they won't give me my prescription? !?

I placed an online order over 3 weeks ago and they seem to have misplaced it. I have called every week requesting information on my package and not once have I got a call back like I was promised. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I have never been so upset with an online order. I would recommend NEVER dealing with London Drugs because you will just get played around. Give me a refund you crooks. WORST SERVICE EVER

I bought Skullcandy Sesh IP55 wireless ear buds on recommendations of your sales person
At that low price - the only thing that attracted me was - Sweat, Water and Dust resistance, after trying for a few days, I'm using this ear buds leaving expensive ones aside.
The only thing is battery life is of approximately 4hrs & stand by is 7hrs - wish battery life was more that is the only set back otherwise sound is better than expensive set & very less distortion

I am a person who is hard of hearing and have a hard time finding headphones that go loud enough. I went to the store and discussed my issue with the electronics staff. They told me that the over ear head phones may work well for me due to there ability to cancel sounds out. At no time did they tell me that I can’t return them! Obviously they did not work for me. There is no returns on over the ear headphones. The claim is for cleanliness. But they do not go in my ear! So then I guess there is no return on hats or ear muffs either!

Great customer service by Aashray G. This is the second time he assisted me. He helped me choosing a perfect camera according to my needs. He had extensive knowledge about the cameras and lenses. The Computer Technician & Repair Service is outstanding at this location, but management needs to give them more time for repair and servicing rather than retail and sales. Repair service is overstretched, but still does an amazing job considering!

The best "local" drug store. A variety of products and lota of helpful staff. A good place to get decent electronics if you're in a pinch, though the pricing isn't super competitive.

One of the few retailers to carry Whittaker's chocolate bars from New Zealand, which alone makes them worthy of 5 stars.

Did on online order for a store pickup on a Dyson tower fan Got home and found that it was used, they took a demo and put it back in the box and sold it as new. This is the second time that they've done this to me. Last time it was a Roku media player. The Roku was hard to find at that time and since it doesn't have moving parts, I didn't worry about it. I live close by so have shopped here for many years and have found that the people who work here are friendly and helpful. Still can't believe that they would do this.

Rude! Few weeks ago went to this location with whole family about renewing our car insurance. Their lady staff stood silent waiting for us to initiate the conversation. My partner asked if she would renew our insurance, but the lady demanded my partner to say 'please' implying that we were rude. Oh lord, embarrassing situation to be in with our kids around. Renewal was done but we'll never go there again. We were handed a scribbles on non icbc related booklet promoting a real estate business for guy named alex something.disorganized, all over the place what I would describe this place.

Called in to ask about my birth control. Pharmacist kept using medical terms that was foreign to me, and when I asked for further explanations she repeated but this time louder and more rude. Was put on hold for 1 hour, 3 times, but the direct conversations only lasted 10 minutes. Would like to have more of an empathetic pharmacist with clear instructions.

Bought a camera and it had issues with it and simply wanted to get refund for it.less than 10days of purchase, it showed problem and the camera section guy didnt process it and instead asked me to go to the originally purchased branch. Did so and the other branch person say They could have done it from there. Had busy rush time for this hassel and inconvenience. The way he responded was akward too. Saying Looks like something forced. Which sounds like blaming user. For checking the camera, he opened it up and never put it back and send me back to the other branch. Dont buy any especially CAMERA from this branch!

As someone who had worked for London drugs for years, I’m really not a fan of this store. The cosmetics manager is a real piece of work. The first time I encountered her I had an item ring up far more than the shelf label. I brought it up and mentioned the scanning code of practice (bc wide law) and she started to argue it with me. I told her it was a bc wide policy and it’s not up to her to decide and I’d like to see her manager. She gave me the $10 off and was rude from then on. I’ve avoided her since but last week I came to exchange an eyeliner. I bought brown and wanted to change it to black. She said I couldn’t because I didn’t have my receipt. I ended up arguring about how I just wanted to exchange and it is in their store policy and I wanted to see the manager. She told me the head office would send me a cheque for price of liner. I argued against and she gave me store credit on a gift card and made me purchase the new one. I got home and the liner was dried out and unusable. So I took it back again, and again she said I couldn’t exchange. She finally allowed me to get another liner and she opened it before I bought it to prove to me it would work. She is a petty woman and I really dislike her. She’s not a good sales associate, she’s rude, doesn’t listen to policy, and makes you feel like your a nuisance in her department.

Last week i visited to buy earphones and I was not sure which one I should buy? A guy named Rithik suggested me Sony earphones and they are working so good as well as he’s so nice and respectful. This employee knows his job.
