These big box store pharmacies are not the best. They think its hilarious wasting your time. You can hear them laughong loudly.

Came here twice now to buy gravol and it’s 615 on a Saturday and it’s locked up. Barely any meds in stock. Can’t say it’s a supply issue as shoppers is always fully stocked. No decongestants. All the cold medicine is locked up. This a DRUG store and I can’t buy any. Not sure how this store can stay open for much longer. Super disappointed.

Picked my online order. Great service. The staff is caring and dedicated. I even got a thank you note with my small order.

Longer than estimated wait times on photo labs. Waited 2 weeks for my online photos to deliver and they still haven’t arrived. Wouldn’t go back to this location for my next photo developments.

Come in to pick up my photos that I've already paid for but I gotta wait half an hour to get customer service cause there's only one rep working the entire camera, electronic, photo area. Not acceptable

The people at the photo lab were great on night of 9Aug 2022. Very helpful staff. They understood the problem I had with the acceptance of the photos for my passport. They took the time and effort to get me a perfect picture. Highly recommended if you want to get your passport pictures to pass.

I got what I wanted, replacement for broken tv remote. Surprised by some good offers they have, like drones or electric powered bicycles. Hope will get some in the future.

Worst London drugs ive ever been to rude staff I just waited 25 min to buy an ac because the guy was dealing with a difficult customer so I went shopped around bought some stuff from the makeup counter with my husband's card as I always do.finally I can go to the other side of the store to purchase the ac and this pos refuses to sell the ac to me because my card has my husband's name on it.all my cards are my husband's the worst part of all was 10 min prior I bought other stuff u grocery shop by clothes ect ect ect never have I experienced this all the cards are not only in my purse but on my phone.don't think I'd know all the cars info n passwords if they didn't belong to me

If you need Apple warranty service. Go anywhere but here. Poor customer service (employee did not listen and put my phone into recovery despite a direct ask not to). Phone was bricked because of her. Manager was good at excuses though none helped me. Wasted my afternoon and gave me a brick phone to take to apple and again wait to have fixed correctly. Why even accept apple warranty if your employee has no skills and makes the problem worse?

I went to London Drugs but wait to long for them to recheck my pre-orders at desk. I am disabled and cannot stand on ankle for very long. Was almost amputated. If i stand to long i suffer and couch bound for days afterwards!

Pharmacy is slow and unreliable. "It will be ready in the morning" I call in the morning and they say "we will have half of it ready In an hour". And even that was a lie. They have a kid running the whole place and then a useless old women that just wastes your time.

Don’t book Apple repairs here. I booked an appointment at 11: 40. I dropped off the phone and they told me it’d be hours before they would start on it. I spoke to the guy who did Apple repairs directly. He didn’t have any repairs he was working on, he just wasn’t going to start on my device until later. I asked why I booked an appointment at a specific time if he wasn’t going to honor it. He said, “that’s not how it works”.

I had such a great experience shopping here. Tammy P gave me outstanding service and was so incredibly personable. I will definitely be coming back here.

I called in and asked about the availability of a product they said they had it and I drove in only for them to tell me no we don’t have it. Clearly they don’t care to take the time to actually check for their customers

Poor service. Should not be allowed to be contracted as a Canada Post Pickup service (overflow from actual post office). Numerous issues with postal deliveries. Staff have no clue about Canada Post operations, and are not employees-they are London Drugs staff. Recently, Canada Post delivered a package there valuing several hundred dollars, and the store lost my package. Now, I have a headache to deal with it. Canada Post, their distribution center and the seller have been investigating; yet, London Drugs has no clue about where the package is even though they signed off on receiving it. Avoid this store for any parcels, they will often turn you away not realizing when they actually have your package because they don't know how to check in the system. Other times, packages will go missing and may show up months later when they're doing inventory. Stay away.

I’m very impressed with the customer service at this London Drugs location! I came into the camera section on the weekend needing help setting up my mobile phone and was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and care exhibited by staff in the department. In particular, Tony was very helpful and patient in helping set up my phone as I am not very good with technology. He thoroughly explained its features, and even went the extra mile by giving my device a clean before returning it back to me. Overall a great experience and I can’t wait to come back!

This business about "supply lines are safe" and no need to hoard, is being proved wrong. I haven't seen anything but empty shelve for allergy meds.for weeks and weeks. Is it price gouging if a store only has the most expensive items available?

A big shout out to the Cloverdale location. The staff are so helpful by going the extra mile to make sure you are taken care. You get a nice smile as you pass by the staff members. It's like a small town atmosphere that is so often missing elsewhere. Last night I needed help with the scanner at the photo center & the staff immediately called for another person to assist-& that person showed up in seconds. Then a question to another staff about the self-serve checkout & accessing coupons brought me a second amazing clerk. She jumped in and made sure I knew all the tips & tricks to get the coupon deals that I did not previously know about. Thank you!

I requested a call back from customer service in regards to their one hour photo service. I asked her if they will be able to develop a picture in one hour on christmas eve day and the lady literally said "I don't know" and hung up on me. I cannot believe she has a job and works in customer service. Thanks for the help London Drugs.

I waited on hold for a while, then requested a call back and waited only to be treated like that. Over a simple question.

I ended up calling back an hour later, and spoke with a different lady who was more than helpful.

Bought an item online for in store pickup. The sales rep was new, there was a bit of difficulty, but worked out in the store. However, I was charged twice on my credit card. Contacted Head office via email, they were extremely helpful, straightened everything out. Then, to my utter amazement, head office contacted me again a few days later to ensure that everything was in order and to see if they could be of further assistance. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Many other stores could learn from London Drugs. This is a Great place to shop.

Had my IPhone serviced at the computer repair department and the service was excellent. The job was done quickly and done well. I was so happy not to have to wait, all done within just a couple of hours.

Until recently, I used Costco for my pharmaceuticals and have now switched to London Drugs because I get better and faster service. Unfortunately I am not so impressed with not having a serviced till this evening. I had accumulated a buggy full of groceries and the last thing I wanted to do was to handle an unfamiliar self service cashier and so left the unpurchased items.

Brittany in the electronics department is a real pleasure to work with. Excellent at her job and amazing customer service!

Poor customer service. Other customers greeted and asked right in front of us if they are finding everything ok. Ignoring customers such as us and poor customer service doesn't bring back customers.

March 31,2019 shopped at this location. The staff are down right lazy and not friendly at all. They just act like they are doing their job. The customers that come here want to trample over you.it's like they have never been in a store before. What a freaking joke of a store. You got it not returning!

Going there for electronics usually when other places are on sale. Great staff and knowledgeable in the computer/electronics department. Super friendly and much more useful than staff at Best Buy.

Won’t returning to this location, ended up waiting 25+ minutes since there was only one employee that could assist with phones who was helping someone else. Went to Tom Harris TELUS instead
