“ HI! How’s everything going! & Or MERRY CHRISTMAS “ coz it’s the holiday season! We’ve been there twice, just been there this morning. Seems store agents had no spirits, you don’t even hear any greetings, “ what’s going on, isn’t it should be with a smile at least. And if you’re asking them of something as if they were disturbed & answer you with unfriendly tone, ‘ hey! Agent are you okay. A week ago we went there coz we heard great stuff for gifts. We saw a Christmas decor online to add on to our Christmas village & it’s on our way, so decided to stop by instead. Nothing on display, So we asked sales agent for help & was told to customer service but on our way we’re met/approached by a loud voice (supervisor if I’m right) saying “We don’t do rainschecks anymore. Well then kudos to LONDON DRUGS Steveston coz we went there right away & got great help of checking the item. Thanks to Steveston London Drug Once again.

I found store manager understanding the problem and helpful.

But the staffs in photo department have lot of attitude and communication issues. Skillset needed to take passport photo is not there so avoid this altogether store if you want passport/govt id photos etc. They either don't want to put effort or want to put superficial effort or just do time pass there by loudly chit-chatting and ignoring customers altogether.

It is like "why you come here to take photos" and give us a work which we don't want to do. Such laidback attitude towards customers can happen in London Drugs only. I recommend totally avoid this centre for anything related to photo services

He listened to my story & immediately refunded the balance of this card
For his empathetic listening skills & quick resolve I’m grateful
I shared that I put my trust in that London Drugs store
That I
had been a long time customer & if couldn’t get resolve on this upsetting matter I would no longer shop there & would let the media know of this fraudulent activity taking place on
these prepaid cards that London Drugs store 101 was aware of for some time
I told Lorne that he needs to tell his supervisors they should no longer do business with these prepaid cards which puts customers @ risk of loosing there $’s
I shared my upset about a Xmas gift I purchased a Vanilla 1 Prepaid card $200
I told him my story that even though other peeps had previously informed me they could be fraudulent
I was assured by 2 Customer Service reps ahead of time that they were aware of this fraudulent activity in this store
However the card that they held for me to purchase was enclosed in sealed plastic case was not put out on the store floor where high chance of tampering could possibly occur
They informed me when I purchased & the card was successfully activated they checked ahead of time all Serial #’s matched the correct card before they let me purchase
However when this card was gifted to my family member who requested this as there Christmas gift
The minute it was used 2 make a small purchase the card was compromised & when that family members tried to get there balance by putting in card details it said card not valid #’s didn’t match card details
That family member called customer service @ Vanilla 1 for resolve
That Rep told family member card not valid compromised
I went back to the store today where I purchased it
Shared my total frustration & anger about this & asked for a refund back on method of payment

Nice selection of items and quite neat. Though, one of the employees who worked at the tech section, maybe he was having a bad day but did not have the best attitude and seemed careless when I asked for help. Otherwise, love the way the store is set up.

I had to renew my car insurance.
The employee was so helpful and explained about the process and helped me to get the further discount than ICBC renewal mail amount
And I have asked for my PR card photo at 1 hour photo (I took it from London Drug Victoria Dr location they gave me only digital copy and no physical copy) although this location didn't make the mistake Robyn (hopefully I get her name right) she took the photo again and print it for free and explain how it should be she was very professional amazing I was very impressed by how this location employee are, best London Drug location thank you

Omg the Canada Post has terrible service, I came here twice first I came with no ID so I understand they didn't give to me because I don't have physical ID on the second time I came and I brought my passport and the lady said I cannot give to you because you don't have a ID that matches the address and let me talk to my boss she went to explained to her boss “This lady came with no ID and want to take her package “ and I said excuse me I showed you my ID is passport not and government ID. It was so difficult to take my packages as as I don't have an address matched ID, I explained that I just recently move I don't have any ID that matches the address and the lady asked me for hydro Bill or rental agreement, and I'm like I live with my mom how can I have a rental or hydro bill or phone bill when everything is under her name.
Totally understand they are just doing their job, but I don't understand they keep insisting I should have a ID that matches the address I think the name is more important I showed her my PASSPORT is that hat not enoght OMG the Canada post here is ridiculous. They don't know how to verify a customer. Anyway I got my package but it was so difficult to take my packages and I'm like OMg I pay for these why take me so long to take it. I don't understand!
And the manager said name Christy I will give you this time but next time you should have an ID with the address on it and I'm like wow so I should be very thankful then lol this is ridiculous!

Report the old Asian lady working there for unprofessional attitude like making troubles of me and wasting my time. I call you guys last week to prepare my medication and give me a call, no one followed up but it’s okay. I called you guys to confirm and knew my medicine is ready to pick up and I been to your shop. Then the old lady couldn’t find my receipt and refused to let me pay and leave until she founded it out. After she looking for 5mins, I said “Can you print it out and let me pay please? I am running out of my time and I know how to use them, I don’t really need instructions. ” She mocked at me “Hehehe, print it out? ” And went to her colleague to ask her to find my receipt together? What the heck? Then she asked me for my driving license, service card and my VISA card, keep asking me all those dumb verification questions even I gave her my PR card. I was being polite and speaking in a proper volume because it’s in the pharmacy. But I have had it enough when she asked me to insert my SWIPE ONLY Mastercard, there is even no chip in the card at all and how the heck I inserted it and input password? If she doesn’t like me because I am having red hairs and with silver chains, she can tell me directly and let me leave. She doesn’t be like me to annoy others. Then her colleague came to solve problems. Oh my lord, I spent half an hour right there for a small simple thing that was supposed to be done in a minute.

Right so the London drug is great and staff here Very helpful. But the Canada Post has terrible service, as I don't have an address matched ID, the lady asked me for hydro Bill or rental agreement, who the hell pays hydro in their own name if they don't own the place? Anyway, showed her the rental agreement and she's like I don't understand the language, I asked her to take a look at the address and name on it then she calmed down.
Totally understand they are just doing their job, But rules are made for people, if there's other way to verify it, why take so much hassle? Like I asked her to check the phone number and got refused ‍️

I bought black ink today from the electronics section. I didn't know what to buy, so a staff helped me, and I bought it.

However, when I got home and checked, there was a problem with the ink, and it was the same number of ink as the one I used before, but nothing was printed.
When I went back there to exchange it, one of asian old man told me there was no problem with the ink and told me 'BRING YOUR PRINTER AND PROVE IT'.
The man said to me, 'This doesn't make sense' countless times. I will never come here again.

Don't waste your time here.

A very pushy cosmetic sales lady.
I took my mom for some facial products. She tried some samples offered by another sales 2 days prior. We are ready to spend $200 for a day cream and night cream.

But she "suggested" two products that totalled around $400. And she said she got her mom the same set be cos she love her mom. (I should too). I told her we have a budget and my mom is not going for beauty pageant. She said you will need eye creams, facial wash.does she not know some seniors do not have that kind of money? And she made me felt bad for not spending money for my mom.

Also when my mom asked about the expiry date of those products and if they had been opened. (because my mom don't read English and never got the product info explained. She didn't know what else to say.) she got very defensive and said this store is the best selling store. This product has a waiting list. My mom was asking an legitimate question. She could have just answered calmly.

Luckily her shift was up.and another sales "let" us buy what we set out to buy. I don't want to say her name but she know who she was.

I have tried many times to print photos here and even the black and white photos without any adjustments come out blue.

I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone when I call and have had such a headache trying to get my photos printed properly.

Good deal for photos. Robyn attends excellently to our photo requirements. She is efficient, organized and very helpful. The shop also offers gift items with customized photos. And these can be special and unique gifts this holiday season.

I have been at this location a few times but today's experience left a sour taste. Most of the associates in traditional (non-tech) section have all been very helpful, but their technology/computing dept are very unprofessional. I went in searching for some first party accessories as their website showed they were in stock at this particular location. The associate who assisted me from the tech section went and showed me a bunch of random third party accessories which weren't even the same product category. All the while, I stood next to their product label showing him the correct position on their shelf which held a cardboard display. After a bit of back and forth, the associate suggested I might be in the wrong location saying there is another London Drugs and suggested I check there instead. Before I left, I tried getting help from another associate from the technology section who without even bothering to check their system suggested I just order online and someone from the customer service desk would help me find it. I cannot recommend this location for your technology needs.

They say they’re sold out of Pokémon stuff so the store reps themselves can take the merchandise to resell. Makes it really hard for actual fans and collectors to get their hands on one.

Multi-level covered parking available. They have light bulb, battery, electronics, soft plastic recycling services. They also sell marriage licenses, and insurance. The Canada Post inside closes at 9pm which is awesome!

Printed a 12x18 poster and ordered a frame through the Photolab online system, I was told I’ll be getting text message or email when the item is ready to be picked up, waited 10 days and I had to call them to follow up to know that it is ready, no text or email or any kind of notification whatsoever. When I went to pickup only to find out there’s a huge crease on the printed item which is super obvious when you display it in the glass frame. Printing was $34.99, not worth it, very disappointed.

The customer service desk guy named Dave provided the best service I have ever experienced at any department store ever. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and even helped me carry my things to my car, as I have a terrible spine injury that prohibits me from carrying heavy objects. Dave was so strong and so helpful that I offered him a $20 cash tip, which he graciously refused. I wish he would've taken my money because he deserves to be appreciated and compensated for his hard work and unmatched integrity. I sincerely hope London Drugs is giving this strapping young gentleman a fair wage, and that he is recognized for his above-and-beyond customer service. 10/10 Every time I come in to this store I hope to see him, Sometimes I even come in when I don't need anything, except somebody to talk to who really cares.

Worst experience ever. Mr Ramzan N (insurance manager) was very rude and unprofessional of the insurance stuff. As I already purchased a 1-day insurance certificate a few days ago successfully from London Drugs as I met all the requirements. Today I was about to purchase another one, I have everything ready, and I even came twice because he advised me with some ridiculous reasons. At the second time, he still refused to do the insurance for me, so I have to go to another insurance broker to do this. It's a waste of time going to London Drugs twice. London Drugs are losing more and more customers with his low-standard service. Bye London Drugs

I was in the biggest rush and just off work. Needed 70 photo's printed asap for a bday. Was quoted 2 hrs but they got it done in 30 and I think the photo guy took a later lunch to get it done for me. So greatful. Thanks

Sold me a 200$ mouth guard that turned out to be used and worn by someone else. Product is dirty and disgusting and im past the time limit for returns. This is horrendous service. Should not be putting worn dirty items back on the shelf. This is disgusting and unhygienic.

The way these people operate is they run slow customer service, seems like they can’t understand basic English. I told them I did not receive my orders in simple English, they responded back they were more confused. They seriously need to stop obsessing about us and focus more on doing their jobs. Do not eat our substances! If you get my drift. I came on this page to tell the whole world about these people’s actions. Those who know me they know what I am getting at!

Just 3 stars because I am so disappointed with their service, I have gone their to print some pictures for special event, and I selected some of my pictures To print those. I have received a receipt which showed to come back after an hour to pick up. But I did not have extra time to stay their for an hour and came back home.
Next day when I visited there I grabbed my pictures and paid for those but guess what when i go back to home the effect of the pictures was cheap and my one photo was missing and there were two same pictures in there
Like seriously, then I was thinking to go there but wait for one picture should I wait for an hour and travel
It’s just wastage of money and time.

They had an employee coughing constantly. 5'9", 230 lbs, Asian. He had a mask but it was not covering his nose or mouth. This is the only store I've seen completely disregard public health orders to stay home when symptomatic. People are sacrificing their jobs and businesses to stop covid19 deaths and you are ruining their efforts.

Don't buy electronics from London Drugs. Staff, Richard, promised that I have 15 days to return a headset. The headset was never opened, and I went back on the same day after 2 hours to return the product. A rude manager declined my return due to hygienic reason. Forcing customer to take products that they cannot sell. Did not have problems returning cosmetics or food products before. JUST BEWARE OF ELECTRONICS - especially certified data and tree frog London Drug brands as they are literally trash.

There’s one extremely rude self checkout attendant, a short hair lady with glasses. She wasn’t trying to help when I asked and just told me ‘If you cannot understand go to the cashier’, and that’s even before I explained what was wrong. Then I tried to show her what exactly my question was, and she just interrupted by saying ‘You’re not listening’ and then walked away. One thing I don’t understand is, does your store hire this lady to help customers or do you hire her to show attitude? Very frustrated, will go other stores instead.

I used to love this London Drugs because I worked close by and visited often (couple times a week). I don't come to this location often, but was coming to the area. I came by to pick up an online order because it all the items I wanted to order. A few days later I realized one product expires in October! I ordered and picked up in early October. Good thing I checked and did not use the item on my face! I submitted an online feedback and was contacted by the store manager a few days later who offered to exchange the item and compensate me with a gift card. Since then, I've already went to my usual location (Downtown) and exchanged it for a different product (they didn't have the one I bought). It is a hassle for me to go back to this store to exchange. I've replied the store manager and have not heard back since. I'm so disappointed and can only advise to CHECK YOUR ITEMS!

I got a slip in the mail saying my sephora package was at the london drugs Canada Post, I got my boyfriend to go pick it up. They said it wasn't ready. My slip said it would be ready and he could literally see the box. The lady at the counter was really rude to him about it and then just completely walked away.

Woman working at the Canada post counter was very rude. Got a package slip delivered that stated the item could be picked up today after 6: 00pm. Went in at 7: 30pm and handed her the packing slip. She angrily said that it's not ready and that she's "working on it" and to come back tomorrow.

The cosmetics people are brutal. I hate coming to this location & avoid it at ALL costs and was reminded again exactly why! I called here yesterday to see if they carried a specific cosmetic brand. When the lady answered, she rudely said: " I'm with customer! Call back later! " And hung up. I just called right now; got transferred to cosmetics & whoever was working there picked up the phone, didn't say anything and immediately hung up. I called again and this time, someone actually spoke up. But of course, she had to be rude again. When I asked my question, she rudely informed me that she was with a client. I told her politely: " That's okay, I'll wait! " Surprisingly she didn't hang up on me & also, surprisingly! She actually came back on the phone to help me. I think they need to train their employees on customer service. I'm not sure what it is with this location, but they're brutally rude & racist too. The one and only time I stepped foot in this store, which happened to be in cosmetics where I was shopping; the experience was just beyond belief. Nobody asked me if I needed help, but I noticed when other Asian customers were around, they went out of their way to talk to them. I was with my Asian friend, but these people didn't know that we were together & they actually asked him if he needed any help! When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I actually went up to one of these ill-mannered ladies to ask where it was. She told me where it was; but as I walked away she said something to her co-worker in their language. Of course I had no idea they were talking about me, but my friend who was looking at something nearby heard. He told me that the lady said to the other person, something along the lines of: "How can she not see it; her eyes are so big".
I really don't understand why they had to make fun of the size of my eyes; but I can also understand why they're hating on the size of my eyes too. But anyway, these people don't have proper telephone etiquette and if you aren't Asian, youre insignificant as a customer. And if you have huge eyes, apparently they expect you to have better vision. If ironwood had what I was looking for, I would never have even been bothered with this location. The customer service at
ironwood is a thousand times better and I don't know if it's because they only hire people with class; or if it's because they extensively train their people on the importance of customer service & respect.

After one in-store experience alone and how people talked to me on the phone; I will never bother with this store again.

Huge sign saying price match any competitors but when I walked to the CS counter they said only limit to 2 items. The competitors had it in stock and no limit. They should list it as a fine print before I waited 10 mins at the line up.

I was a loyal customer of this location for over 3 years, however, I was very disappointed on my recent shopping experience. The employee 2801 (as written on the receipt, I believe she is a manager or supervisor) showed no respect, and provided bad service. The cashier was great as usual.

I went here today (Dec 27th) to buy 1 tooth brush. Since lines to both cashiers were crazy long and people had tones of stuff I went to lady at customer service who wasn’t busy and asked her if I can pay for one item at customer servise as this is what they actually offer to customer with only one item at any stores. She refused to help me and said that she’ll help next in line or “line will be mad at her” (and while I walked away she called next customer but she wasn’t helping them before I came and asked her for help, so I wasn’t cutting any line). Awful customer servise, this lady should do something else. On side note - I left store without tooth brush (I bought it at Price Smart couple minutes later)

Very sorry to say I won't be returning to this location. I've been coming to this location for 2-3 years to get prescriptions filled (and shopping while I wait) because the pharmacist that I usually speak to when dropping my prescription off to be filled has always been extremely thorough and kind. However two days ago I had my prescription filled and was shorted 40 pills. The bottle I received was completely full, no way more could be fit inside, so i called to see if a second bottle was left behind. It was confirmed by the pharmacist on the phone that there wasn't a bottle waiting, but I was assured that if I brought in my bottle to be counted they would give me the missing pills. I brought in my bottle the next day and they had a bottle of 35 pills waiting for me, I heard the ladies behind the counter fighting about it and one said that she counted the stock and that was what they were "over". I corrected the person who helped me, Leilana? , that no in fact I was missing 40 pills and she rudely yelled at me "Well, what do you want ME to do about it? ! "

I couldn't believe my ears. After being shorted medication that I was prescribed and paid for and taking time out of my day to come back to the store - the staff are yelling at me? I told her I wanted the pills I was prescribed. She came back with them eventually and told me "I'm not even going to count it. Just take them. " Unbelievable considering the issue in the first place was a counting mistake.

I need to be able to trust that my pharmacy is giving me the right dose, type and quantity of pills. This was just completely unprofessional.

THIS ASIAN MALE EMPLOYYEE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY PARCEL JUST BECAUSE MY QC ID IS WRITTEN ZILDA AND ON THE CANADA POST NOTICE WAS ZELDA AND LESS THAN A WEEK AGO, I CAME TO GET ANOTHER PARCEL THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE GAVE ME MY PARCEL WITH THE SAME 'ZELDA' ON THE NOTICE AND I DIDNT HAVE ANY ISSUES NOW I GET THIS.
