They're nice and I'm sure they're doing their best, but the lack of staff makes for a hectic, confused, and unpleasant pharmacy experience.

The staff at this LD are beyond 5 stars. I had an emergency prescription to fill as I was too ill to make it to my regular pharmacy. It was filled within 20 minutes and they were even so sweet and kind when I was extremely sick and vomited in the back of the store. They made sure to give me privacy and care and make sure I was okay and filled my prescription so quickly. It was a really embarrassing experience but everyone was amazing about it and they deserve the world.

The manager, Chris, and employees of the cosmetic department were very friendly and supportive in donating a large collection of items for women in need. In initially seeking out the manager, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be using this London Drugs for future purchases.

Just transferred all prescriptions from here after several frustrating interactions with pharmacy. I understand staff shortages and supply issues but the last three times we waited in line with many other people not one person was able to actually get their prescriptions once they reached the counter. Every single person was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour or in twenty minutes BUT when we came back later it still was not ready! Perhaps if more people transfer their meds elsewhere this pharmacy will catch up and be able to serve their customers as they used to. I feel bad the the people at the counter as they get everyone’s wrath. No doubt this doesn’t help to keep staff

When you use the filters on website they still show out of stock items or items they don’t actually carry

Did not even want to give one star, in photo department. I went to try and order some prints for photos, and the computer terminal would not do what I chose, it was one problem after another, and ended up being there over an hour, and could not get my photos printed and ordered. I gave up, and the staff helped once or twice with problems, but unfortunately the wrong thing kept happening, for example, there was over 200 copies ordered which I did not select.and deleting all those extra copies was not responding well at all. The staff were so busy with other customers, I gave up waiting for help, and could not stay any longer. I hope they will give the computer terminals some maintenance so they would work better.

Purchased something online for in store pickup. They claim it would be ready within 2 hours and I'd be notified, waited 6 hours before going to the store myself only to find they didn't actually have the item I want in store, and that because I ordered it online, I won't be able to get a refund for it right away. I won't be buying anything from their website ever again, what a useless service.

Edit: ok so I got my refund back already, maybe an hour after cancelling my order. They get one star back for that.

Used them to fix my phone they sent it away without telling me and left me with out a phone for a week and a half when they told me it would last three four days. On top of that i had to call 5 times before someone in tech picked up never using this store for anything other then toilet paper in the future

They messed up with my iPhone after 14 days of waiting for the replacement they try to fix it instead of replacing it which has warranty under apple care. Frustrating to deal with this people waste of time. I end up going to Surrey Guildford Mall, go to real apple store easy they replaced it with no stress. Sales staff are racist and rude.

This pharmacy is too busy (even at off-peak times) and seems disorganized. I'd recommend finding a different drugstore.

HORRIBLE customer service. Waited around for 10 minutes for a transaction in the electronics department to finish, then watched as the 'worker' left his station, completely ignoring me. What kind of service is that? !? !?

Philip S.provided excellent service to my mother on Thursday evening (August 20). "He recognized my description of the small TV I wanted, fetched it up from the basement, checked me out without having to line up, and took it out to the car for me. FYI careful when buying and dealing in some store to avoid headache. Frustrating with electronics we retuned the 21” ACER monitor & Tower broken and exchanged to Mac. Next we purchased Acer Nitro Gaming Monitor price is $189.99 on sale but without any explanation from this staff, soon he hand my receipt the price change to $195.66 I didn’t know that theres this $6.00 extra charge for the sales person who assisted us. Last year September with my glitchy XR phone that has warranty under apple long story but they messed up completely that i need to take it to Surrey Guildford Mall to get replace easy. The Instructions from apple support is take to drop off authorized seller (Lobdon Drugs) for replacement but they tried to fixed it. They call me after 11 days to pickup I noticed they never replaced the phone and it went worst. I don’t trust them anymore time consuming waste of money stressful to deal with their sales staff.

Had a really unfortunate experience at the pharmacy this morning. The worker was so cold to me when I asked her a question, laughed, was very judgmental and did not help me at all, pointing to where the product was, which it wasn’t and someone else had to come out and help me. I asked if I was able to purchase the product at the counter because I felt a little nervous and embarrassed to go up to a male at the front counter and she rudely told me I had to go to the front. It was a really uncomfortable and frustrating experience and I left feeling really embarrassed.

This place does passport photos beautifully, painlessly and with godspeed! Friendly, courteous staff, willing to help. It took under 5 minutes time. A bit of a scramble getting in as my child used the wheelchair ramp from the lot and the fella monitoring the door wasn't obvious in that he wore no 'signage' so he just looked like a guy standing there and we kind of caught shyte with him because we headed in thru the door not realizing that a c19-protocol had been established down the sidewalk. He seemed rather annoyed so we shrugged it off to him maybe having a stressful day. Sorry dude. Bigger signage maybe for those walking in off the lot? We did wear our medicon-masks though and did that physical distancing thing as well! Better days!

This is the nearest store to me so i can walk to it. I find the staff very helpful and lots of good sales.photo dept.is very fast. I like this store and am a loyal customer.

Tried their online ordering. Item ordered was available but not at this location. They were not able to get their act together and fulfill my order. Staff sounded desperate and I therefore decided to cancel the order. But this is not the worst of their online business. A second item I ordered was incorrectly fulfilled. They gave me an item of a smaller size compared to what I ordered and paid for. Very disappointed with their online service.

I recently visited this store to get my Macbook Pro fixed. I was greeted by really great employees who wanted to help me out as much as possible. They were also able to get my Macbook Pro back to me within a week, which was fantastic! Overall, my experience with the electronic repair part of the store was exactly what I hoped for. One thing to note is that they will charge $50 for labor, but otherwise you are in capable hands. I highly recommend this store if you need your laptop fixed.

I was at the make=up counter on Sunday Oct. 27 about 1: 30. I was trying to find a new sunscreen and the clerk there helped me find a really good one. What I thought would take a long time didn't take long at all. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. A real keeper!

Been there twice recently to seek for advice on medicine for my wife and child. The male doctor with glasses just think he’s much better than giving advice on medication so he asked me to wait for a pharmacist. I stood there for half an hour with my child standing beside me, and the pharmacists were just talking to each other and laughing, completely ignoring that there were people waiting in the line. Much worse than shopper drug mart where the doctor are always willing to give advice on which medicine I should take. Will never go there again.

I came in here for the first time looking to purchase a laptop as mine had crashed and i desperately needed one for school. I already knew which lap top I wanted after looking online. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by customer service. There was an older lady with glasses in the tv area and I asked her where I could find the laptops and she rudely stated "in the lap top section". Gave me no direction or bothered to show me just treated me like I was young and dumb. I couldn't believe her attitude. I then walked away and went and found it near the back of the store. After talking to a very helpful employee about the lap top i was interested in he went to check if they had it in stock. I was then on the phone discussing with my husband about the lap top I was getting when the supervisor came over to INTERRUPT me regarding my service dog. So I promptly got off the phone to answer address her. I couldn't believe this rude behaviour toward me for no reason happened again with a different employee. So I asked if she was the supervisor and she said yes so I began to tell her about the attitude I received by the first lady at the front and she CUT ME OFF, not letting me finish and bothered to care what I had to say, walked away saying shed find me a paper to fill out. Honestly what the heck is going on? After this I just left obviously not bothering to purchase the $600 lap top and bought it elsewhere. I suggest some changes be made regarding staff, until then I will never be back. But thank you to the only helpful and normally nice guy in the laptop department.

Have been shopping at this store for more than 10 years. Prescriptions, computers and everything in between. Return policy is great. No mistakes on prescriptions, no shorting. Staff are always very nice. And now you have recycling for chip bags, etc! I recommend
