Three months ago, I was after a PS5 at London Drugs. Met Alireza, a super helpful tech guru. His advice was on point, got the PS5 instantly. Somehow, never left a review. Two days ago, my mom needed prints – guess who was there? Yep, Alireza, helping her like a pro. Huge thanks to Alireza for being great and patient.

My wife wanted me to buy 2 Twenty dollar xmass scratch and win packages while she went to the rest room. I asked the Woman I would like two. She received help and gave me 2 packs. I showed my wife and they were not the holiday packages. We had not left the store and they would not exchange them for the holiday ones. I talked to the manager and said sorry that's the policy. What a joke. 5 minutes after buying them they would not exchange them. Bad customer service.

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Twice now prescriptions haven’t been ready after being faxed over. First time was 6 hours prior, next was the day before. The whole point of faxing it is so it is ready for when I pick up. Love LD and shop there frequently, but pharmacy has to step their s*** up, otherwise people will drop like flies and go to other pharmacies.

Customer service experience was amazing! The manager came through in a big way and took care of my issue in a quick and professional manner. I had an issue with a product and they were so kind and willing to take it up with the manufacturer for me. I will always recommend this London drugs. Thank you!

I usually go to this branch to buy a camera or Lens. The staff very polite and I have a good experience with Braden for several times. He is a kind and nice person and whenever I go to buy a camera or lens, Braden does the job very quickly and searches to find the best for me. He respects to the customer and takes time for the customer. I think he knows the principles of customer orientation and he values ​​of customer.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever had dealings with over my 70+ years. When my doctor faxes a prescription to the store, it shouldn’t take 1 week to get it filled. Unacceptable. If the pharmacists also plan to make appts and recommend/prescribe medication this will force me to move all my prescriptions elsewhere, If they can’t fill a prescription in a timely manner, they shouldn’t be making appointments.

Overall this store has a great selection of products and friendly store associates with excellent customer service. The only rude customer service that I ever experienced was from this one East lady at the beauty section who treated people with a judgemental attitude if they didn’t purchase over a certain amount. Other than that I would highly recommend! The friendly and helpful customer service is what keeps me a loyal customer at this store.

Pharmacy is a joke! My doctor sent in my prescriptions (x2) in on Thursday. I came in today to pick it up (Tuesday) and it wasn’t even entered in the system. The girl said it would be another 30 mins. I gave them 49 mins and it still wasn’t ready. I will NEVER have my prescriptions sent to LD ever again.

Overall this store has a great selection of products and friendly store associates with excellent customer service. I'm a huge fan of London Drugs, so it really saddens me that their worst location is now my local. To begin with, this is not a large store, and the selection is therefore not the best. In and of itself, this isn't enough to give their entire location a pass, but they've proven themselves to be useless in a variety of other ways, as well. Their passport photos are so bad that they can make a six-year-old look like Uncle Fester in a wig. Their photo finishing is always slo-mo, in comparison with every other location. And their pharmacy closes at seven o'clock. In so many ways, this location may as well not exist, 'cause you end up going somewhere else, no matter what you need.

Buyer beware! A bag of chips for $4.49 was ringing up at $4.99 at the till, after confirming the incorrect price I informed the front end supervisor they would be free, they stated “so what you mean to say is you want scanners code of practice”.
Management has informed/taught all the cashiers to only do scanners code of practice when asked from the customer and not be a given. This is very wrong and does not align with what scop is for!

I bought an air cooler for $50 and they charge me $9.50 levy. The air cooler just a toy fan but they thought it is an air conditioner. The customer service told that he can not correct it and only can gave me a return.

Beats shoppers drugmart for prices. Cosmetic section is nice and huge lots to choose from. MJ and Shelly are wonderful and very helpful in Cosmetic dept. Bita isn't so much. I think its great if you concentrate on one customer instead of trying to serve 3 at same time and being rude about it

I recently moved to Coquitlam after living in Ontario and I chose this as my pharmacy for the convenience of location to my home and workplace. This store is disgusting, always disorganized and the floors are caked in dirt.

3 times now I have had issues with prescriptions being filled on time. I take my health seriously, and ensure I get a represcription a week before my meds run out to give the staff enough time to fill. I work in retail so I understand giving people enough time to do the job.

I sent a prescription on Sunday and called on Sunday to refill another prescription. I went in on Thursday, both were sitting there unfilled, but the person Infront of me in line filled a prescription from that morning I overheard. This is unacceptable. I went in today, and still one prescription was not filled. This is a huge waste of my time and now I have to come back for a THIRD time to get my medication. I do not mess around with my health and the fact that you are "health care" providers yet fail to have any urgency with prescriptions is alarming. Robyn was the only nice person I encountered in the 3 days and she agreed with me that this level of disregard is unacceptable. Please hire more people, train your staff and make changes. I will not be filling prescriptions here and will be actively telling everyone I work with and know to not come here as you do not care about the wellbeing of your clients. You should be ashamed of your disorganization.

We bought two large, red patio umbrellas today and received outstanding service from the store manager, who pesornally took each heavy umbrella to our truck and helped us load them. Many thanks for excellent service always from this store; I guess it starts at the top.

I went to pick up my prints at the Photo Lab and had to wait in line for 20-25 minutes while multiple individuals ahead of me had passport photos taken. There has to be a better way of triaging out the big jobs from the quick pick-ups.

Please keep the faxed prescription properly, I wonder they will do the same for their own prescription. Now I need to wait until next week until I can speak to a physician again. I am taking nerve pain medication after rear end car accident and I need to experience this pain for another week because of the person who treated someone's prescription anyhow.

I saw the physician through the phone on Wednesday, April 20th and I was told that the physician will fax the prescription to this location.

I got phone call from this pharmacy on Thursday, I was working so I couldn't pick up the phone. There was no voicemail left.

I called them on the same day, they said they will look into it and call me back.

Nobody called me so I called them back on Saturday April 23rd. They said they don't have a prescription of mine.

I wonder who called me on Thursday? I am not even in their system.
My girlfriend had a similar experience.
I really don't mind if it is easy to get a prescription, I am seeing walk in physician and I need to wait until next week Wednesday.

The quality of the passport photos that they take are not good at all. I don't recommend taking passport photos here. I disliked the contrast, colour and the quality of their photo. They took it again, but it was still not good! I think I wasted my time and money there!

This rating is for the LD pharmacy team. First, even though all staff appeared busy, one of them actually looked up and acknowledged me and adviced that someone will help me shortly. Whereas with other pharmacies I've gone to.erm, Shoppers, I know they see someone waiting but can't be bothered to even say hello.
I was then helped out by Jarvis at the drop-off desk who was so nice and explained the prescriptions in great detail. I heard him speak to the customer after myself who was firing up questions like a machine gun, but he handled her inquiries with great professionalism and kindness!

Re: Infant Passport Photos

We called in advance to confirm that this location does infant passport photos. The notified us that we could bring our 1mo old in her car seat to get the photos taken.

Upon arrival the next morning, they informed us that it wouldn't work due to shadows and wouldn't bother trying, even with our daughter out of her car seat being held in our hands behind a white blanket.

No harm that this doesn't work, it would just be good to train staff that infants under a certain age need specific camera equipment for "laying down" photos, and to convey this to customers before they drive all the way there.

They won't tell you when your photos are done in the form of an email or text message. You're going to have to hunt them down on when the photos will be ready. Keep checking into the store is what these guys told me. Didn't get a refund or have my photos without charge even after it took 4 phone calls before I finally reached the photo-lab and 2 weeks for the photos even though I was told 5 days. Go to kerrisdale cameras or a local place to develop your film.this is not the place to do it. I shouldn't have had to pay for these photos and I want a refund.edit: they gave me a refund and i greatly appreciate it.thank you for rectifying this for me.

Horrible experience today with the cashier working at customer service desk this morning: Makayla L. She was rude, condescending and belittled me because the store has incorrectly advertised a promotion and I simply asked them to honour it. Although her manager approved it without question, she huffed and puffed at me and then at the end threw me the receipt and acted like I was a complete nuisance to her. This was beyond shocking to me being that I’ve worked for 10 years and have been in customer service and operations for 20+ years and run a team of 120 people… I would never allow any of my employee to treat customers this way- especially during a time in our lives where you simply don’t know what people are battling in their personal lives and it’s ALWAYS better to be kind. Shame on the staff for allowing this to happen.

This staff said the products need to be matched with all Images shown on the coupons when I went to check out.

I explained this is not the meaning of the wordings, but she insist need to match with the image.
If as you said, is that I can only buy the diaper in size 2? But these coupons are the welcome gift for newborn from London Drugs! No Logic at all!

Then she seems notice that she may be wrong, said she not yet review on all the coupon but the Aveeno one must match with the Image, also the Dove one.

I told her to clarify with her manger, she just stood there doing nothing and insist not process the coupons for me.

It is ridiculous and waste my time!

Then I immediately drive to the Lougheed mall London Drugs and used all the coupons
successfully. The staff at Lougheed also agree with me this is not make sense to purchase as the image shown on the coupons.

After that I went back to Coquitlam centre London Drugs and complained this case to the staff at customer Service counter, She also feels surprise and sorry what her colleague done this to me.

I thanks for her caring, but really angry about that one rejected me without logic and training! I does not mind you lack of training, but the attitude, even refusing to ask the others to clarify!

The order for my prescription did not arrive when I was completely out of stock but Barb, Nashin and the team worked really hard to make sure I found the medication at a different location. If it wasn’t for their hard work, I could’ve gotten sick. This is a great pharmacy and the team here is fantastic. Megan, Fatima, Olivia, John, Barb, Nashin and many more.

This store is an absolute waste of my life. I spent two hours sitting at the photo booth picking out photos to get printed only to come back a few days later on the computer told me to to find out that my order never went through. And all the support staff could deal with shrug and say sorry.

What ever happened to 1 hour photo. That’s what I grew up to. However I understand there may be delays, I think there should be a better way to advise customers of approximation when we can expect pick up. I ordered 1 enlarged print, the “track order” option on the app is useless as it just tells me it has been received. Dropped by the store to see if maybe it would be ready or status, provided order number, it didn’t even come up in their system. The guy working referred to their chart and said it should take about an hour but could be more. Couldn’t tell me and said if it takes more than a day, then it’s a problem on their end. Should I have to wait more than a day to see? Now I don’t know when I can expect it to be ready, I just have to wait for an email to tell me when it’s ready for pick up.

Bought some boost $14 wireless earbuds. AFTER I paid for them they hand me a copy of their return policy. Tried out the ear buds and they are terrible. They don't even reliably work. Asked if I could put the $14 towards a $100 pair. The answer was no. Not sure what planet this store's management was on. I mean who turns down more money just to make customer LESS happy?

Ordered a large print on Kauai paper via Photoloab, a week passed without an update, called in and been told their printer is broken and the order should go out in about a week. Another week passed without update, called in again and was told the paper is out-of-stock. I guess the next issue would be the ink going out-of-stock, maybe power outage, maybe staff issues.

The frustrating part is lack of the communications. I had to be the one to chase after them to get the update, zero communications from Photolab or the store whatsoever.

If you value your time, order from anywhere else.

I have been going to the Coquitlam Centre Pharmacy for several years now. Their Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians are extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I really appreciate their professionalism and efficiency and would highly recommend them for filling your prescriptions!

Had a great experience in the computer department today. Both staff members helped me out with all my needs when Bestbuy's Geek squad had no clue what they were talking about. Staff were wearing masks and there is hand sanitizer throughout store along with plexiglas barriers to prevent spread of covid19. Thanks guys for making my day.

Photos look washed out and colors were incorrect. I got a response "it's not going to look the same as the actual picture you took". From a kid working there. I requested re-print and waited for 30 min. They brought out the same photos and told me they were the reprints. Never going back.

Curbside pickup was not convenient. Took 40 minutes to show up. 30 min in I called in and it seemed like photolab wasnt notified at all by the number you are supposed to call. Also they didnt seem very apologetic.

Really bad experiance here. I was trying to buy myself some nice earings or a necklace with my birthday money this morning and it was absolutely impossible. I had been browsing for no more than 5 minutes and 2 ladies fairly harshly said I better not be trying on the jewellery.when obviously aI was not. Send woman who was heavier set, brown hair and blue glasses said that and then I said yes of course not. (I can read signs, plus i have common sense) and she went on the say it again and everything has changed.just completely unnecessary and she said it in a rude way. She then said there was another mirror where i did not see and also more jewelry. So i went to look at those and she continued bothering me.saying they limit browsing and blah blah.
I dont understand how theunexpect anyone to buy anything when the employees bother people like this. Especially since i was not trying anything on (I would understand if they were actually polite or nice about it, or if I was touching and trying everything on), i was in there for barely 5 minutes, and ready to spend 50 dollars on nice jewellery! So they definatly lost a sale. I hope that a manager sees this as I am not wasting anymore time in that store. And I hope that woman realizes how terrible she is at her job.

I was at the pharmacy today and I would describe the service there as the WORST service I have ever received. The old Asian woman (who I can't even believe is the "manager" at the pharmacy) is very arrogant and rude. I was there waiting with my young child for at least half an hour to just ask a question, and she was taking her time and chatting with the customer in front of me. She looked and saw that I was waiting several times and did not say anything at all. After a while, I interrupted her chat and said that I only have a question and have been waiting for a long time and asked if there are any other staff members who can help me. Even the customer who was talking to her said maybe she wants to address my question first, but this rude and arrogant pharmacist said "no it's ok". There were two other staff members walking around at the back (I assume they were doing something) but they only had one person (the rude woman) behind the counter to help everyone with consultation as well as the prescription drop off.
It's a pity because my wife and I have been going to this store for many years and the staff are generally very nice and helpful. I have even personally spoken to the store manager, Rob, who is also a nice gentleman. It is such a shame that one arrogant and rude person can ruin the experience and damage the reputation of the entire store.

A awkward online purchase pickup experience. The customer central ask me to show the order number, I showed the confirmation email. She can’t find it coz they used a total different number system. Then she asked what I ordered, I told some items. Then she asked how big is my order. What? At last, she got my name and find my items. It is the most awkward pickup process I met.

We got photo album with the pictures taken during our trips in 2019 for Christmas. There are repeated photos on the same page, several pictures are missing, some are cropped in such a way that you can see only the bottom part of the photo etc. Our son's girlfriend spent a lot of time selecting and arranging the photos. When she talked to LD representative about this, the answer was "It is what it is". If you need a photo album - go somewhere else.

Was looking for an item that was on sale and showed sold out at all LD locations in the province. I called around a few LD locations without any success. Eventually I made a call to the Coquitlam Centre store and was helped by Luke. Luke took my phone number and said he would try to find the item I was looking for and call me back. Within the hour Luke had located this sales item, called back and put it on hold for me until I could pick it up later in the day. Not only was Luke professional and courteous, he went away above and beyond with his outstanding customer service. Thanks Luke.

I recently got into film photography (disposables, 35mm.) and London drugs has been the BEST place for me to not only buy cameras but to also get my photos developed at a reasonable price and quickly too. I’m not sure if he will see this review but David, who works in the photo department has been awesome and gives lots of great tips for aspiring photographers. He even recognizes me when I walk in which makes me want to come back to London Drugs to get more cameras and photos developed. I will definitely be a customer at London Drugs (specifically for the photo lab) for many years to come. Great customer service!

I have noticed a decline in service. My medications are complicated and need someone who really knows what they are doing. Today a male pharmacist was rude and aggressive when I needed some advice on switching to a different cough medicine. This only happens with one male employee, he questions everything I say to him. It upset me very much and I am considering switching pharmacies.

The only time I go here is if I see something I like in a flyer.

Unfortunately they NEVER have my product and rarely offer rain checks.

Most everything else you will find is just overpriced if you take the time to compare.

The return policy simply stinks.

Bought a TV here. Worked when in store. Guy took it away, we paid and then met outside to have guy load it in my van. Got it home and it is broken.screen totally messed up. Been throught the ringer with customer care and MANY WEEKS of back and forth (not to mention interest on visa card), and store says we broke TV not their problem. No exchange or refund. I had to bring TV for them to "investigate" (more than 30 min travel time), and it is still there! We have to go get it! AV manager actually told me he would do nothing for me and said "call your visa" not our problem. Store manager had Samsung look at it and said it is not their fault. And of course London Drugs won't take any blame; and said it must have been us who damaged it-even though TV was out of our sight for several minutes between paying and the clerk loading it. I will never buy anything here again. This company does not care about or offer good customer care! Only care about their own bottom line.

Came in looking for a replacement cord for my laptop. I brought in the old cable to make sure I get the right one. The lady working there was of absolute no help when I asked for it and just brushed me off. After trying to look by myself for a few minutes I gave up because the customer service was horrible.

I’m new to the area and had quite a few questions regarding the compass machine. A lovely young lady at the customer service desk help me to get a compass card and load money onto it. She gave me a brochure that explained how to register the card however when I got home I had difficulties setting it up. I came back the next day and was fortunate enough that she was there again. She helped me register my card in store. If only all stores had this type of customer service. Management at this store please give her the acknowledgment she needs. She was working both Monday night and was there Tuesday during the day, wish I knew her name.

Terrible customer service. Attempted to exchange a broken espresso machine one day old. Was denied for reasons which I can see where they were coming from. The store associate dropped the heavy machine back into the box furthering the damage. Assistant manager steve asked me if I wanted them to put it all back in the box after telling me to deal with breville (obviously I'm going to need it packed back up). 20 minutes later still struggling to put the machine back into the now butchered box. Finally they gave up, I came in with a damaged machine in a single box. Walked out with an even more damaged machine, a taped up box and multiple bags because they couldn't put everything back together. After calling them out for dropping my machine and not putting it back the way I brought it in, the managers response was: "it was already broken it's not going to matter if the associate dropped it when you send it to breville". Unacceptable costumer service, I am now stuck with a day old broken espresso maker in multiple pieces thanks to me trying to get a simple exchange.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit crowded. Many shopping options to choose. Price is a bit higher than competitors, price for on sales items is ok. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Located inside Coquitlam shopping center. Easy access.

This location used to have very nice employees who always did their best to help customers. However, the current employees at the customer service are not even close to being properly trained. I was waiting to checkout at the customer service this morning. Three white ladies were there chatting, and I was the only customer at the moment. They all saw me but no one even acknowledged me. Two of them then walked away, the other one started doing something on a computer. Guess I didnt exist because I am NOT white.
