I usually go to Shoppers for any quick purchases but recently I have been going to LD as they have a bigger selection of items.my recent experience was sweet, I was in a rush and one of the service associates, Sonia, was patient with helping find the items I was looking for and even told me about a promotion on one of the items that reduced my bill.great service and kind people!

Customer service associate Sonia rude to disabled customers, wants disabled customers to do their own price check, barks at you for wanting a price check, shopping at Lougheed location from now on

Racial profiling. If you’re a person of colour especially black they will follow you around the store and assume you’re stealing. I was accused of stealing today when I wasn’t and was told I wasn’t welcome at the store anymore for something I did not do. Very disappointed since I’ve been shopping here for quite a while, it seems like I can’t peacefully do that without being followed or even accused of stealing. Do better and at-least try to make your store a safe place for people to shop especially poc. It’s not okay how I was treated today and I hope nobody ever feels how I felt today at this store.

We went to this London Drugs for PR photos, the staff there is really professional and well knowledge about what the requirements of the PR photos. His staff number is 73498. He was supper patient and well guiding us to make the pose and hair be more qualified to the approvals level. He also helped us double checked the stamp behind the photos at the end and made sure we walk away with exactly what we needed. We highly appreciate his time and efforts assisting us with this matter.

Store manager is rude to customers

Witnessed the bald manager try to take a bunch of a customers items from her basket back to stock, and when she told him it was her’s, he responded in a very rude tone, “How was I supposed to know that? ”

Whether or not you were in a bad mood, that kind of behaviour is unacceptable especially from the store manager of all people…

I visited this London Drug store on November 12th in the morning. I do not know the rep’s name in the photography & camera department, but he gave me incorrect information and his attitude to a customer was slow, rude and not supportive at all. Even his manager (supervisor) was pretty much the same. The store was quite slow though. I felt uncomfortable and I thought that I did do something wrong to them. I was very disappointed at their unfriendly services. I like London Drug stores to visit and look around; however, I won’t visit the Brentwood branch anymore.

My first impression of this London Drugs store was that it is slightly dated. I was there to purchase a soundbar for my new TV, and the sales worker at the electronics section did a fine job introducing me to the different brands and current discounts associated with the soundbars. In the end, I purchased the Sony soundbar with subwoofer, which was on sale. I was even offered to help carry out to the parking lot from the in-mall store. I thought that was very kind and helpful. But that was not all! Four days later, I saw a steeper discounted price from BestBuys of the same model, so I came back to this London Drugs electronics store and another sales worker helped with a price match. Overall, I could not be happier with the purchase experience. Thank you for taking the time caring for your customers! Will surely return again.

Went to this location to get Tylenol as it said online that this store had the particular Tylenol we were looking for. When we couldn’t find it on the shelves, we asked the customer service lady (she had a goth like appearance with black hair, black eye shadow, black lipstick etc.) and showed her a picture of the item we were looking for but she rudely told us that the Pharmacy was closed so she couldn’t access the inventory. Then when we asked for a rain check, she again rudely told me to scroll back to the picture we showed her so she can see the sku number or something. I’ve asked rain checks in other location and we usually don’t get rudely told to scroll through our pictures to see the sku number. We usually don’t even need to show any picture to the worker.

We also felt she was quite racist and discriminatory as we observed her servicing a white couple before us with completely opposite demeanour and attitude. Night and day!

And then, after experiencing that, we decided not to check out our purchases with her and decided to line up at another cashier. But, this worker was just as rude. She sharply asked us if we had LD extras (are we in a military?) and she threw the receipt to us when we were done. I’ve always thought that it isn’t so hard to gently hand over the receipt to the customer?

Anyway, we will never come back to this location. I don’t need to spend my money in places such as this.

Tip to the manager: Looking at the other poor and similar reviews of this location, maybe try screening and hiring people that actually want to be in customer service and has the basic skills to do so!

Horrible Photo Lab! I waited 20 minutes just to get served and then another 25 minutes just to get my photo taken. I was the first one to come for the photo and the last one that got their photo taken of! They served those that came last first. And then they were changing the film for forever when it was my turn. Unbelievable! People don’t have a whole day to wait around, especially on weekdays.

Why no matter where you go in Vancouver, people look miserable and unfriendly. It is very sad to me that everywhere you go in this city know one cares. The first thing they say to you. Bag? Sorry? Hi there how are you today. And then of course it's only one sided response. It's so sad that ppl act so miserable, it like there is nothing inside, where is the kindness? Basic manners?

Customer service lady was very rude, idk her name but she had very black hair and a goth appearance with sharp eyebrows. She’s was very rude, I didn’t see anyone at customer service but then I saw someone who was crouched down behind the counter (she was looking for something I guess) so I said excuse me, I’m looking for covid tests and she doesn’t say anything she just throws the covid test box to me and she’s like here (she didn’t even stand up she just spoke to me crouching down). And then I said may i get a second one and shes like nope there’s 5 in there. And then I said I need a second box as well. And shes like ummm there’s a one per person rule here. Her tone was so bad… terrible service.

The lady working in the cosmetics department was rude. When I enquired about a specific product (which I use on a daily basis) She told me that there’s no such product exist in the market just because London drugs don’t carry it. And when I replied her that I use it daily and want to buy it because I ran out of it.she came back saying ok then comeback to me with the product and prove to me wrong.

I don’t go to a store to have an argument or to prove anyone wrong. I go there to buy product that I need.

Talked to a male pharmacist regarding my father’s medication. His family doctor is out of the country and will not be back one month later than he said he would, as a result, my father is short on one of the medicine and has no prescription for that. I asked the pharmacist if he can give emergency supply but instead of talking polite and patiently, he was super rude and was too lazy to look at me when talking. Seriously considering changing pharmacy

I came here to take a photo for an important application and Anthony did an amazing job! I had earlier gone to a different London Drugs and they botched up my photo. Anthony re-took the photo without charging me again, and also did a phenomenal job with making sure that the photo met the required specifications. I highly recommend this place for your passport / immigration photos!

Friendly staff. We returned an item because we didn’t need it and the lady who helped us didn’t hesitate to do it.

We went in for taking photo to apply our paperwork at very last minutes (we only have this time of the day due to long day work) their photo department are very helpful and took photo for us without any attitudes! Thumb up for photo department.

I agree with Jill (reviewed below) I had to fill antibiotics at the pharmacy. When I got home I realized the pills were a few days short. They had miscounted. I went back and told the pharmacist. She counted the pills again and gave me the “so called missing pills” I went home and counted them again. This time I was missing one pill. At this point I was extremely irritated. These were antibiotics. Medication that you would need to complete the full round. I was helped by the same pharmacist who insisted that there was a correct number since “she counted it herself”. I told her there wasn’t. I made her count it infront of me and she goes “oh you’re right it’s missing one”. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager assured me that it would not happen again. And that they will make a note to triple check my Rx in the future. It shouldn’t be only mine that they triple check. It should be EVERY patient that they fill Rx for! This is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy. I have lost all confidence in their competence. My health is not safe in their hands. Stay clear of this pharmacy location.

The store should set up queue posts. During peak timings, the check-out is chaotic with people cutting queues and people forming their own lines etc. There are bound to have an altercation.

The employee in electronics section didn't respect the order of people in line, kept us waiting for others who had come later

When I asked her to get her manager for me, she brought a guy as her manager who wasn't actually a manager, just a colleague

The actual manager finally came in and asked another guy who was savvy and polite to take care of our order

I do not recommend using their pharmacy. They take days to fill the most basic prescriptions, some of which are absolutely vital to my health, I have had to go multiple days without medication due to their negligence. Last time I was there, I was at the counter for 15 mins while available workers ignored me. All the other customers in line and I were shocked with how bad the service was. I highly recommend switching to Brentwood Pharamcy, they’re so fast and knowledgeable.

The horrible attitude of the tall women with black hair at checkout! She did not have eye contact, no greetings and had an annoying attitude rude to my day! Her tone was so annoying and disrespectful. I have been living here for more than 10 years and it is the most horrible experience I ever had with any stores around the neighborhood. She may have a bad day but that is not an excuse to act like that to customers! YOU ARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY! CUSTOMERS DON NOT BEG TO GIVE THEIR MONEY TO YOU! NEVER COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE ME!

Pranesh, the gentleman who works at the Insurance Department, is a joy to work with. I have come to him 2x now to help get my clients set up with their ICBC insurance and registration, and he has went above and beyond both times. I want to give a shout out to Phil B in the computer department for his assistance. I had purchased a Samsung a7 that I would not sync with my current tablet. Phil helped me to return that tablet and set up a new one for me. As soon as I got home and accessed my Samsung account, everything synced and I can now received all my shaw emails. Thanks for your patience with me Phil.

Used to be one of my favourite places to shop, oh how things have changed.
Seems that the new hiring policies has led to poor performances and unacceptable customer service.

The pharmacy there is so busy but well organized and they provide many services in person or online. Additionally waiting time is reasonable. The rest of store provide variety of products with good discounts but some products are only available there. It’s a Nice pharmacy and shopping place.

Unswept, scuffed floor. Dusty products and shelves. Improperly used masks by employees. London Drugs needs to visit Shoppers Drug Mart to learn the correct way to clean and stock a store, and follow proper covid protocol.

My son asked me checking some computer stuffs. I decided to go there. Really surprise with all technology in store.

I must admit, the London Drugs Veganuary product range and offers hugely exceeded my expectations! Some of the products and offers are awesome.
This branch is nested within a convenient location with useful amenities including Auto Broker Insurance ICBC, Postal collection, photo lab and pharmacy (not Compound FYI)
You can always grab yourself a deal and they always have discounted seasonal products available for big savings.
My prior experiences and interactions with staff members are mixed, but nothing over dramatic.
My only gripe about this store is just the randomness of products available and there is no real organization or structure.

The staff here have gone above what other stores would do for any consumer. Particularly the complicated type of sale I required, they really have it together in their computer department. Thankx to Derek and his floor team this evening!

Been going here for years. Very good selection of electronics especially in the camera section. Large selection of used photography equipment. I come here to drop off C-41 film cassettes for developing and the negatives were processed quickly in a span of 2 days. Impressed with the service.

Hello: I am writing to give a shout out to Minh, who works at the Brentwood location in the computer section. I needed tech support regarding selecting the best docking station for my laptop. His customer service was excellent! He took the time to assess exactly what I needed and help me learn the features of the docking stations that LD carries. I appreciate his help and want you to know that he is a great asset to your store. Thanks again Minh.

Tess is very rude and she was not willing to help me find what I needed. I was very unsatisfied with the level of customer service and will not recommend this London drugs to anyone. When I approached her, she tried to walk away and ignore me when I asked her a question. After this incident, I approached Lovepreet and I had the same attitude as the first. I am not happy and will never come here again. Please teach your employees how to help others or don’t hire them at all

If you need prescriptions don't order them here! The service it's incredibly slow, they follow up the prescription fax after 1 or 2 days, and if you need your meds in a certain time line, this definetly don't work! Lines are up to 45min, no sense of rush and very rude pharmacist, also they only open one cash so if you need to move fast, this is NOT the place

Regular drug store. They do have a great selection of products varying from food to medicine to computers and more. I bought here a portable barbecue that was a great deal.
I would only recommend them to expand their ice cream section; there are very few options from 2 premium brands.

If you want insurance go elsewhere Jeff t at the Brentwood location hem me and seller fill out transfer forms 6 times I told him I'm going elsewhere London drugs will never see my insurance money again the guy is something else to say the least and everytime they were filled out properly he's an annoying guy not sure what the others are like but I will never go back lol

Tina S, alleged "photo specialist" either needs to undergo more customer service training or is just a miserable person. There should be absolutely no reason why I had to stand in front of the photo department counter for nearly 10 minutes without being served or even acknowledged. In the time I stood there staring at her, she decided cutting passport photos and helping a customer who came after me as a higher priority than even simply asking why I was there. Not sure why Tina decided to walk around pretending to look for someone while I was still standing there yet to be acknowledged, but after deciding the second set of passport photos could wait to be cut I was finally greeted. Definitely didn't expect her to ask me what I was there to pick up when I told her (it's the photo department after all) but I suppose she needed clarification after a long day of who knows what she was doing. Then she has the gall so slowly type in my order number, stand by her monitor thinking I couldn't see and asks for my order number again alleging her system crashed. I had a clear view of your monitor Tina, nothing "crashed". Then it takes her a solid 2 minutes of "looking", or pretending to, before she found my 3 photos that were ready from earlier in the day. Not entirely sure what I did to wrong her (maybe stand in line the wrong way, when there was no one else there?), and I don't go into any London Drugs expecting top notch service but this was very disappointing. Very much regret not talking to a manager before leaving, but after spending a total of 15 minutes to pick up 3 photos and have to watch Tina "work" I just had to leave. Second time I've been to this store to pick up photos, and it will be my last.

Just been there. Horrible attitude from all the ladies who work there. Both cashiers from the canada post section were upset they had to work apparently. Never coming back to this location.

Zero stars is more suitable for this location. Absolutely worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. 4 hours wait time for a prescription that anywhere else can produce in 15 minutes. Lady on the phone claims that they are always that busy. Well then hire more staff! Don't make your customers suffer.

So tonight i visited the pharmacy Nov. 14th 2019. I usually would give LD 5 stars. However my past 2 experiences have been far from 5 star worthy. This evening (14th of Nov) the short asian phsrmacist was a little rude, in my last dt 3 experiences I've felt some animosity from her. Secondly the Asian lady who is the cosmetics manager who always seems to be annoyed didnt seem as if she wanted to help & i qas an annoyance, this was a few weeks ago.

Store is nice and they have very good offer. I saw that they have a lot if sale products which is good. But, if you go to pharmacy skip it. Go somewhere else as three people in front of me and i am waiting for 20minutes only one person give prescription. Its so slow.

London drugs is a great and convenient store from cosmetics to cleaning supplies they have everything!

For customer service: I give 5 stars for staff in the camera department and 1 Star for the main cashiers.

I bought a set of patio chair last week and have problem in assembling the bench (the distance of bolt holes was larger than standard size). I brought it back to customer service and was received by store manager Lorne. He immediately offered to make exchange for the problem pieces. By the time I carried back to the problem pieces into the store, Lorne had already put the new one (floor model as this was the final piece available) on the shopping cart for me. The small touch always makes a huge difference for me as customer. In the highly competitive world, customer service doesn't necessarily cost more but it can go long way in standing out of competition. Thank you Lorne.

A really bad London Drugs when it comes to prescription drugs. They have this arbitrary management policy that they don't accept most of the insurances and you have to claim it yourself with your insurance company.
Really awful and inconvenient.
I had the same prescription easily filled at other London Drugs.

I like and support London Drugs however this store's computer and electronics section needs work. We went in to buy a computer but couldn't get help. One guy for all of tv and computers a second worker on a break with 5-6 customers waiting. Then went out to cameras to get a card reader but no help available. Computers are disorganized compared to other stores, couldn't find what is advertised on LD website and with no help available we walked out. Who knows what competitor we'll buy at before we get to another LD.

Good service deserves to be acknowledged, and Rachel B.is one of the friendliest cashiers I have ever encountered at this London Drugs location (or at any store, for that matter.) She's always greeting customers with a cheerful demeanour, and clearly takes pride in her job and those who shop at the store. Rachel is a prime example of how exceptional customer service is done!

So thankful for this pharmacy, I ran out of my regular medication that I need to take every day and the doctors office in the same mall had a two hour wait when I had to be somewhere in an hour and a half downtown so I did not have time to see the doctor for get my prescription. I explained the situation to the pharmacist and without question she helped me get an emergency supply to last me a week

Slow checkout. Not enough cashiers and cashiers themselves are slow. Impossible to do a quick in and out. Rather go to Shoppers across the street where I can get my stuff and get on with my day quickly.

Decent location - the computers and audio/visual staff are really friendly, one staff member who works the customer service desk is pretty rude but you can just talk to someone else if you want to get things done.

This review is for the store manager, Lorne, specifically. I made an online order for pick up at this location and there was a mix up in the store that resulted in me not getting the item. It was dissapointing as this meant I would not have it in time for Christmas. I talked to several customer service reps through email and phone to see how I could go about getting the item but they were not helpful at all and offered no recourse. If I was writing a review on that experience then I'd be giving ZERO stars. But thankfully I called in and spoke to Lorne (who wasn't there when I originally tried to pick up my item) and he helped find a solution I was happy with AND all before Christmas day. Thank you Lorne!

Handy location, always tidy and good layout. Prefer them over Shoppers Drug Mart! There is a wait for the pharmacy usually but the pharmacists are very helpful and thorough. It's not hard to find floor staff to get help. Recently bought a computer here for a deal and computer staff are knowledgeable. Only request would be to add self checkout as there tends to be lineups to cashier.

I like this London Drugs. It's pretty clean, and usually has everything in stock even when it's on sale.

One of the pharmacist was so rude and talking down on me.

One of the bigger London Drugs in the lower mainland. Can sometimes see some of the furniture they have advertised in their flyers/website set up i.e. Futons etc.due to the large store size. Have never dealt with the pharmacy at this location. No problems with staff etc. Located somewhat near the skytrain station. Don't forget to ask for their price match policy. Bring in your cell phone if it is advertised online. Just show them the price and they will gladly match it. No issues with returns at this location also. Do not frequent that mall often these days but did spend a spell living around that area. Back when there was a Zellers in the Brentwood Mall.

Insurance counter is horrendously slow. Have been there twice (figured I would give it a second chance) and each time I have waited over 30 minutes for the gentleman to process a simple day permit for a motorcycle and a renewal for my main vehicle. There is a complete lack of urgency to complete a simple transaction where I have been in and out in at independent brokers and back on the road in 10 minutes. If you're the type who enjoys sitting in the parking lot Vs being on the road, this place is for you.

Came here specifically for the car insurance during the regular working hours and no one is here.
