I just want to remind everyone, never buy anything from this London Drugs, because I bought a vacuum cleaner and it broke the next day. I went to customer service to return it, but they actually refused to refund me and said that I needed to go to the vacuum cleaner manufacturer to return it, the manager of this store also came out and asked the customer service not to return the goods to me. This was the first time I heard of going to the manufacturer to return the goods, so I complained to the London Drugs headquarters, and they directly passed it on to the store manager, who is an old white woman. Very bad attitude! They didn't give me a refund in the end, it's a rubbish company.

We received a great help from Nina Sharma, the Department Manager of Insurance Services and London Drugs Guildford Town Center. We were late to renew our car insurance and got to the store when the counter had been closed. The Security guard of the store saw that we were in a hurry so he called Nina if she could help. After knowing that it was important for us to have the insurance renewed, she came back to the counter without hesitation, turned the computer on and processed quickly and kindly. Thank you very much, Nina and the Security guard (not able to get his name) for helping us. Much appreciate it and will come back to the store!

I went to Guildford mall Surrey Canada location today and the ladies at beauty section made me feel so uncomfortable by just keep looking at me while I was shopping for my face primer. I was also looking at the sunscreen but didn’t end up buying. The lady there I think she was the manager was so rude. She end up saying “aren’t you going to get sunscreen that was in your hand” I got so uncomfortable the way she asked as if she was making assumptions that I have stolen or something. Right before this I heard her saying her employees when two more girls were asking about a sunscreen. She whispered to her employees “oh they don’t have money” they can’t afford”. I’m an Indian and the other two were Indians too. Maybe the other two girls didn’t hear that. But this is so rude of her I couldn’t take her name because I got so uncomfortable that I paid for my stuff and just left. She wears glasses have burgundy hair and is very rude to Indian people. I hope you guys will do something about it. Horrible Experience!

The staff at the Guildford Town Center London Drugs location are the most helpful and friendly team I've ever dealt with. I've shopped here many times and it's the service that has me coming back to this location. Keep up the great work

Young woman in photo department needs training in customer service. Store did not respond when called to assist. Very high price on another item I was looking for. Got it elsewhere. Do better.

Great place for snacks sold at more affordable prices than other grocery stores. They got more selection of personal care items as well. It just better than shoppers drug mart. They just need more locations.

The Store Side Staff and Store is very nice.

The Pharmacy is extremely busy, the pharmacy assistants seem like they are super confused can't figure our names, numbers it's such a pain getting medicine from here, go to any other pharmacy if you have the option. If you have any serious inquiries or complicated stuff going on do not speak to an assistant. Talk to a real pharmacist.

The actual pharmacists are nice and knowledgeable, but the assistants are often the ones you have to deal with.

Good prices and selection on a lot of different things. Their stereo and computer section is good also. Pleasant shopping experience.

You don’t see as many moms with their young brats there. You might find a select few items cheaper at WalMart, but it’s horrible in that place and I avoid it.

Staff members and Services are very good. They are caring, helpful extraordinarily duty conscious. They all are appreciated from the core of my heart/ Thanks and best regards from Farhat Nadeem

When other employee (s) refused to search JUST an empty box for a gift item, "Colleen" and "Apple" came forward to help us. They dedicatedly found the box and packed the item in a bubble wrap. Employees like Colleen & Apple are an Asset for the company/business. Had such a great experience. I urge the management to recognise their efforts so that other employees can learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE exactly is!

Edit: Again went to the store and two more employees named Jazmine and Joanna were really very helpful. Kudos to the team!

Big shout-out to the beauty department! I am not really sure about the names of the workers, but there were two ladies. One had black curly hair and one had red hair up in a high bun. Both were super patient and helpful. It was our first time shopping for fragrances and they definitely made the experience a lot more enjoyable. If you were to get fragrances, I would definitely recommend this place

I was in the Guildford location a few days ago. I had gone in looking to replace a make up product that I had ran out of. Unfortunately I didn't know the product number and purchased the wrong shade. They next day I went back. This time I brought my empty bottle, hoping to exchange the item I had purchased, for the correct item. After searching, I grabbed 2 and decided to ask the young lady at the cosmetics counter her opinion. This is when I met Angelina. I explained my situation and showed her my 2 picks and the empty bottle. She explained to me that one of my picks was close in color, but was the wrong undertone. Then she came up with the brilliant plan to scan my old bottle. Once she did, she found me my exact shade. During my interaction with Angelina, she was attentive, sincere, and engaging. I have been a manager in a retail setting for over 24 years. I know the struggles of finding a good fit to represent a company or brand. I was so impressed by Angelina's customer service, product knowledge and engagement. This one is definitely a keeper London Drugs. Thank you Angelina for your help and your genuineness. You are such a lovely young lady and I'm sure you have a bright future ahead

Worst customer service at pharmacy, the staff is unwilling to answer question about medicines even if there is no other customer. Some drug are out of stock.they refuse to check inventory.

Medicines are out of stock but you could find groceries, electronics etc items it's big store should have big stock

I had some photo enlargements done recently (Guildford Mall store). When I checked the prints, they were dark and the colors were off. I went back and Jaspal the Photolab manager was the one who dealt with me. He was very helpful from the very beginning. He explains things properly but also does not make excuses. He said he will personally correct the situation - and he did. He called me the next day telling me that the prints are done. The new prints were way better and you can tell that extra work had been done to make the prints look excellent. What a great customer service! I will not go anywhere else because of this experience. Their photolab is highly recommended! Thanks again!

Big shout out to the photo department. I started shooting film a few months ago and was completely clueless on how the medium works. The employees at the photo lab taught me all the basics of film! Their development times are also fantastic. Whenever I drop off a role I usually receive my scans within the same day! I will warn you, it’s very expensive to develop with them. It’s worth it for the convenience, but I’m sure you could find cheaper prices at a photography store.

Trisha in the photo department needs a refresher course of how to treat customers and not roll her eyes at people.i have had interactions with her previously and the same sour attitude & im being nice in my wording! Mike you are a great manager & I appreciate you treating me like a human & not an inconvenience like Trisha did!

Very appreciative of the seasonal items here; great for gardening addicts. Lots of European specialty confectionary at Christmas.

Peter, the pharmacy manager, was really great. He must give 100 shots a day, but he really took the time to patiently answer all my questions and put me at ease. Many thanks, Peter!

Fabulous service particularly a lady named Debbie in the perfume section. She went out of the way for us and gift wrapped the perfumes. She was very polite and provided us with an exceptional service.

Young philipino guy in the electronic/photo dept was rude and hostile to me today. If he doesn't want to help and explain things to customers, he shouldn't be working in the retail setting. The older lady in the photo dept there was nicer and explained things without the attitude.

Mike and team at the photo center are just amazing. I highly recommend going to them for you camera and photo needs!

Really good store for gifts. The staff is really polite and helpful especially girl named Iman. She helped me a lot in choosing the gifts and gave honest advice.

I have no idea why this place is on apple's website for repairs. No wonder they have no reservations. The tech department were rude, especially Debbie and another lady. They were unprofessional and charged a huge amount for something very easily done by the apple store for free. It seems like they didnt want to do work so they said they were off shift when we came 5 minutes late, even though there was an empty reservation later. Very unprofessional and should reconsider your hiring standards when you look for employees. Seem like the reviews can tell you that much.

This review is for photography division of london drugs at guildford town center & coquitlam town crnter. I recently bought z6ii and ftz adapter - camera from coquitlam, and adapter from guildford - both of these locations ‘willingly’ spent extra time & effort to make sure that i can buy both together as a bundle. It was good dealing with them at both locations.

Last year I had a really bad experience with this London Drugs location I experienced unprofessional customer service unwilling to help I purchased a racing seat desk chair from this location when I opened up the item the factory forgot to put in the nutserts for the bolts I phoned in to the location to see if they can issue me a refund or anything of that nature lady picked up the phone within 30 seconds of the conversation I experienced very rude tone of voice and attitude towards me very unprofessional and the refusal to actually help me change the product for another one literally refused to help me exchange it really great store manager that location took matters into his own hands. Me a replacement chair he apologized for the whole situation. The manager was very professional and understanding but after this experience with London Drugs I don't think I'll be back

This is specifically regarding my visit of 2020-02-28. I was in the market for a new pair of headphones, I've been buying them here for years. Specifically I wanted noise-cancelling ones this time, and started browsing the electronics department. After some minutes I realized I wasn't going to get a handle on which ones were best just by staring at them so asked one of the staff for advice. I forget his name, a young man, confident and competent. He taught me a few things I didn't know about the noise-cancelling headphone market, I realized I needed to do some research first to figure out what I actually wanted, but I'll be buying them here when I do.

Their pharmacy is also quite efficient. I've seen a few of the same people there for over a decade now I think.

Staff have so poor customer service skills. Were offended by customers with questions. Not sure why work like that. I asked if they have hand santizers and the guy just totally ignored my question at first and then told me with an unpleasant look, "everything sold out! " He said.

So, I asked this asian lady about 3x where I could find the portable heater and she wasn’t answering me. She lets me follow her to the self service checkout and then asked me “Sorry, what were you asking? I wasn’t listening” like seriously? Not good!

Stuff is nice, but sometimes they don't have the product that you are looking for, so you have to go to the other location.

I really enjoy coming here.

Awfully rude staff. They literally yell at your face and did not help me at all. Get better staff who can treat the customers with a little more respect:) thanks.

I was buying a keyboard from London drugs at Coquitlam and was directed to this store at Guildford Town Centre because they have one in store.

After I brought the keyboard home I noticed it was literately an open box item. All the plastic wraps are gone, the box's seals is not presented.even with a piece of accessory missing.

At the same day, I found the same item was on sale at another store. I got another the same keyboard the next day, so I could double verified the condition of the one I was got from this store, which looks like a used a sample compared to the brand new one I got later.

I bought many of my electric gadget from many other local London Drugs, and I was rarely disappointed with the service or the goods.

I will not say it's a careless error when you try to sell a $150+ used item with its original price.

Just avoid this store, and go somewhere else.

This place is great and really good price.
I even get my cologne here cheaper than many places.

Yesterday I went to go get some photos printed off and the computer was very glitchy. I didn’t do what I wanted, the photo cards. I just got plain photos and then 24 hours didn’t hear anything from you guys. I was transfers 5-7 times and I’m not happy with my service.

The pharmacy staff is excellent in particular a lady named Amy.

As for the rest of the store and calling in is very poor service.

I ordered 58 different photos online to be printed and when I picked up my photos and went home and looked at the photos I noticed that all 58 of the pictures were one picture. I am extremely upset that I wasted $34 on photos that are all the same and of no use to me. Also I got some more pictures printed at store and needed help figuring out how to scan the pictures and I asked the manager and he simply just showed me the scanner and did nothing to help me. I am upset about my experience at the photo lab and will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

It's hard to score this review as the store has great selection and prices. That being said the cashier's are awful, rude but more importantly don't know how to properly bag items and extremely slow. The cashier I had wanted to put my soft chocolate at the bottom and heavier items on the top. I've been a cashier and I understand that it's an awful job during the holidays but please know how to bag items I don't want to spend $30+ on chocolates to have them get squished before I leave the store.

Great experience shopping with this store particularly in the conputer section, nice and friendly staff and was able to find what i was looking for. Prices are marked down so they are on sale so you have to check them out. I am going back to this store if I cannot find a better deal than what they offer have to check the item review first before making the purchase. The lady attendant in the camera section was also kind enough to look for the specialized battery i was looking for which I learned that it is hard to find in other stores due to the unusual type. Kudos guys keep up the good customer service. I recommended this store.

Horrible customer service lady at the pharmacy. Came in to get some medications for my parent, but the lady was curt at the service. She offered no additional information regarding the other medications we requested, which were not available, but instead said "that it in some other pharmacy and i don't know, good luck finding it yourself". Also, she pushed me to pay for the other medications which were surprisingly high for what was requested (one medication, close to 100's of dollars). Finally, when we reduced the dosage, by 1/6 of the amount, the bill still came close to 40% of the original cost. By that calculation, were paying close to 210% of the amount! What thieves! Finally, at the check out, she just took my payments, ignored the fact that I have other things I needed to buy right there and then, and said, go to the front, and not waiting for a reply, she grabbed someone else.

What a rude b***.
