Very disappointed of their services. Bought 2 $50 roblox gift card for my kid as new year presents.one of gift card was defective and the password on the back cannot recognized. My son was so upset since this is his favorite game. I brought the gift card back to London for exchange, they said they cannot do anything about it.
How could such a big store so NO to the defective products they are selling? What kind of customer service they are having? If so, I could sell anything and if anything happens, I could just blame customer and suppliers.

I have never ever experienced such an ugly thing in Canada! The customer service lady served a white customer with great patience while I was waiting. Then it was my turn and nobody was behind me, she refused to cash the lottery for me, the excuse was they were busy. Liar! There were not many customers at 9: 30 on Saturday morning!

I called the owner of the store. Eventually the manager/owner resolved the issue, but arrogantly, completely fake nice! OMG! I see the true face! They are all raciest! That explains why the service so sucks!

On nov 22 I did my casual relaxing shop at my favorite store. I was looking for a particular sweet that they only get at Christmas but after 2 rounds of looking I could not find it. I was offered help from a young woman stocking in that department. She was tall with long straight brown hair in a pony tail. She looked annoyed and did not smile. She dismissed me by saying have a nice day. She said this over snd over to me with her back to me. I asked her to stop saying that since she did not mean it, she was basically dismissing me. I was appalled. I walked away feeling so mistreated and so disrespected. There were 2 other staff there who would have witnessed everything. I did go to the front and spoke with a supervisor. I think her name was Jennifer. Maybe she was Jamaican, very pretty with long braids. She was so professional, kind, and listened and apologetic. But even driving home i was dismayed from this employees aggressive treatment towards me. I really feel she should not be working there.

Ask for a receipt for the balance of a gift card if you are taking a gift card offer like an $10 LD gift card to be used in future purchase. I was given an empty gift card to use by a senior short-haired cashier. What an experience.

Very bad experience for Apple iwatch battery service in London drugs. As a Apple authorized service provider, London Drugs force you to paid a London Drugs assessment service for your Apple device when they do Apple service for you, even though you’ve already done an assessment through Apple Official support App before. Just go directly to Apple Store if you have any problem with your Apple device.

I was recently looking on the London drugs website and after seeing some eyeglass frames I liked I had contact with a sales rep. Stacey, a department head within London drug optical agreed to meet me at a retail store. So I met with her at the Morgan creek store and she helped select my frames (within my budget) and did all the paperwork with MSP/ Blue Cross for payment and in about 45 minutes I had made my purchase. Excellent service and very good selection, way better than half a dozen other optical stores I felt were all about the dollars not the customer needs. These guys are the real deal! Very satisfied.

The rest of the store is good, but not the photo. I took a photo for my US visa interview earlier today, and the skin in the photo is way darker. Then, I looked up here on Maps, and I saw a comment 9 months ago, complaining the same thing. Take my feedback seriously. Do you think that kind of colour will pass the interview? To the owner.

Really bad service with check out person. I did not see her name tag clearly but with a first name K. Since the Covid season, our family need to prepare some daily used medicine in case someone get sick we can use it. But it seems that she thought us has a covid and looked so overreacting and very bad attitude which made me feel so bad. This is first time I experienced this kind of service. I felt that no matter whether or not person has a disease, as a customer service, you could not treat people like this. By the way, if really fear to get Covid, why do not you wear a mask when check out

My wife and I attended this location to make a purchase shortly after donating blood. It was her first time donating blood and at the cashier counter she fainted. The staff quickly came to her aid, everyone took up a role whether it was calling for help, bringing the first aid kit or managing the scene. We really appreciated the assitance and the kindness that was shown by all the employees. I didn't get everyone's names but many thanks to those invovled including Manager Chris. You guys have loyal customers for life now:) Stay safe and thank you.

The Refund process for online purchases is a nightmare. Purchased item on Nov. 28 and within 30 min. I called the store where I was going to pick up the order up to cancel it. Nov. 29 called Customer Service to cancel and was advised that nothing was noted in the order number but will be cancelled and I got an email. Dec. 13 called Customer Service again and was told that the store did not cancel the order yet so I was told they would email the store to cancel the item. Dec. 21 called Customer Service again and was told the store has cancelled the order and they will notify the Accounting Dept.to process a refund. Later that day I received an Official Credit Memo email. It’s Dec. 23 no refund is showing on my credit card!

The staff here tend to be very friendly and considerate. I wish I had the names of the people I met recently, I'll have to find out and add them. They will go above and beyond to help you find what you're looking for, give rainchecks etc.the gentlemen organizing the checkout has been very friendly as well. I like how clean and organized this location is.

It is Oct. 27th at 10: 00 a.m. And no one is answering phones after the auto attendant answers. This is very frustrating. I had the same problem last week and then drove down to the store and waited nearly 45 pm to talk to a specialist in TV's. Anthony was very happy to assist us and we bought a TV and speakers. Great value.

Now I need some after sales service and I have been on hold for 30 minutes so off to the store I go again. This time I will not be a happy customer. It appears many stores are cutting staff to improve profitability and service to the customer is decreasing. Not a good business model.

London Drugs, you can do better. Shame on you.

Covid is the big scapegoat. But we know it is a profit motive and the customer is in last place.

I had made an online order from the Morgan Crossing store in South Surrey, BC. Unfortunately one of the items ended up not being available, so one of the staff contacted me about this. She went above and beyond her job and picked up that item for me at another London Drugs, so my order would be complete. What amazing customer service! As it turned out, that item wasn't placed in my order by mistake. I only found this out after getting home. I then called the store and I spoke with the manager. She is having that item shipped to LD nearest my home. Thank you so much Shannon. In times when we're facing so much division and anger, you gave the gift of kindness. I will always be grateful for this.

I went in on Saturday to look at some Laptops. I was helped by Evan in the Electronics Section. He was very informative and helped me in steering to the right direction of my needs. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal on a Asus Zenbook. Kudos to him and Management for putting customers first, much appreciated!

One of the worst shopping experiences ever and I have terrible service multiple times from this location. Bought a bike from them last summer in which they sold me the wrong size and refused to exchange or return it. Decided to cut my losses with a $500 bike and leave it at that. But today I went in to purchase a mini fridge in which they had advertised at $129.99 when we went to pay at the till we were told it was $179.99 I asked the cashier if they could get a manager down to adjust the price accordingly (which is the law) and had the manager refuse to price it accordingly and argue with me over it. She told me that I didn't work for London Drugs so despite me being a manager I didn't know their policy but since when does a company policy trump the law? Would absolutely go anywhere else to avoid the unfriendly manager and high prices you'll have to pay regardless. As a manager I am appalled by the responses and service we got, if I could give negative stars I would.

Just had the worst experience at this location. I went to purchase a mini fridge that was priced at $129.99. When we brought it up to the cashier to purchase it they said it was actually $179.99. We asked for a store manager because legally you have to honor the price that is attached to said item. The store manger repeatedly said that she doesn't feel like she needs to honor that and refused to sell it at the price that was marked and proceeded to say that they have their own rules. The law in B. C states that if an item is priced differently that it has to be sold at the price that is lower. The WORST experience ever. All the store manager could say to us was that she was the store manager and that she knew their policy. Their policy does not trump the B. C law. Will never shop here again. Extremely poor customer service and if given a chance to give the store a negative star review I definitely would.

One of my worst London drugs experience. Go in to try and buy a microwave only to have to hunt through the store for some one to page a person who never comes. Then to find a new person that goes off to look for the microwave you want only to forget about you, then when ask what about that microwave they says " oh I'm so sorry I got carried away selling ink cartridges" that was after us just standing around for 20 min wating for him to come back. Everyone was very nice and polite but juts didn't seem like the cared about the job they were doing. Oh well I'll know better next time not to waste 45 min of my time.

Especially appreciated the service from the folks in the electronics department as they tend to always be on their game.
Pharmacy is friendly but they are not so good at counting as I found some of my prescriptions short on pills and seemed a little disorganised.

Always seem to have what I need. All the usual drugstore suspects plus extensive camera section. Always has the filter I need.
