Heather was very gentle about the exercises I needed to do after my fall at work. She gave me the tools needed to continue at home.

I had a left total knee arthroplasty and did my rehab here. I felt challenged and actually did some “things” I might never have had the courage to try. Appointment times were convenient and my therapists were on time and pleasant.
This was my second total knee with the first one being rehabbed at the hospital. Very different experiences but both excellent. The private clinic really pushed me beyond the exercise booklet but the end results were very similar.

The entire team at the Rutherford location have been a pleasure to meet and have my most sincere praise & appreciation for all your knowledge & help in my recovery! Thank you Heather & Leslie as well.

I found the staff and physiotherapists at Long Lake Sports and Physiotherapy clinic to be very professional and knowledgeable during my treatment. Both Jenna and Heather have helped me tremendously with my shoulder problems and I always feel better after a treatment than I did before.
Lesley does a fantastic job of organizing my appointments and always has a smile to greet me.
I really appreciate the caring and encouraging attitude that the staff at the clinic provide. I know that I am in good hands and that as my strength and mobility increases with treatment, I will be back to doing the activities I enjoy.

Total knee replacement surgery.
This place takes the time to help and gives you homework so you can help yourself, with a added plus in the pool sessions. Highly recommend Daniel and Nicole!

Kyla is exceptional, I have seen her for a separated shoulder and very recently for a torn hamstring. Both times I have come out of the injuries stronger. I’ve learned so much from her about training, stretching and strengthening my body for the sports and activities I love. I would recommend Long Lake Physio to anyone anytime!

Not impressed with Kyla. Had recent double hernia surgery. Went to 2 appointments. My injury was compared 3 times to me, and her staff to an NHL player that supposedly had the same thing done, and was back on the ice after 4 weeks.
First off. I am not an NHL player that is 20 -30 years old, I am almost 60 and got injured at work. I want to be treated as an individual, with my needs. No 2 people are the same and everyone is different in there situation with injuries.

Yesterday, Kyla decides to push hard on my inaugural left hernia without asking me, after only 2 weeks from major surgery, 4 times, causing me severe pain. All i got was "oh sorry, I guess we need to check protocols for this" I now have searing stabbing pain that I did not have before, and did require medical attention at the hospital for over 9 hours

The red flag should have been on my first appointment being compared to an NHL player.

I have since gone with another Physiotherapist.

I have been bringing my eighty year old father here for treatment. A big thank you to Kyla Hartnell and her lovely staff. A place of the up most compassion, patience and kindness.

Our son had serious shoulder injury. Kyla and her team are awesome. Detailed, explains movements. Not only injury recovery treatment but preventative. On top of that very friendly and engaging. Cant say enough!

Jenna Long Lake Physio was both gentle and encouraging at just the right moments of treatment.
Leslie runs the front desk like a Queen and takes the pressure off by having the answers to questions for us newbies, and even helping stay on top of Work Safe claims.

Always knowledgeable, kind and down right awesome! I have been seen for several different injuries over time and I always leave their feeling well taken care of.

I broke my leg in August while working in forestry. My physiotherapist Danielle has helped me regain mobility and strengthen my leg. She is a very kind and courteous person who is a pleasure to work with.

Overall, the entire team at Long lake physio is very friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely revisit them for any future physiotherapy needs.
