Long & McQuade Musical Instruments

If you ever try and buy anything through their used program, don't do it here. I bought a dj mixer used assuming it would come with the included cables, records and control CDs.nope. I asked them to get me the records and they refused. They then miscommunicated an "included" dj controller, turns out that's not part of the deal either.

Coming from a customer service background, these guys failed hard at communicating and rectifying the situation. They could have gotten me the control vinyl. They could have reduced the price as compensation for miscommunication on the dj controller. Their offer was to bring it in at my cost.

All they basically said was "we can refund you if you want. " that's weak.

Maybe its different with guitars, but this was a horrible experience with pro-audio. Don't go here, go to Langley L&M they will treat you much better.

I would rate them a zero but Google won't let me.

I like review music books here since there has abundance of information which I need, and I also like to stay a while trying various instruments, the staffs here are specialized and welcomed!

I got amazing service today. I came in looking for a guitar pedal for my Daughter. The White Rock store did not have the pedal I was looking for and the Woman that helped me (forgive me, I forgot her name) called Winnipeg and Halifax to find it for me. That Women went the extra mile for and I really appreciate the effort. I am in the market for a Bass and will definitely go to the White Rock L&M for it after today's experience.
