Lonsdale Wellness Studio - North Vancouver Chiropractic

I want to thank Dr Tandia Termuende and Dr Bo Gregson for the excellent care I received for treatment of a leg injury. I'm visiting Vancouver from out of province and injured my knee on my first day here. After 1 treatment, I felt 90% better. The second treatment will help me continue my vacation without pain. I highly recommend these chiropractors and would be a regular patient if I lived here.

I have been coming to this clinic since early last year when this clinic was referred to me and I have no regret, I just wished I've known this clinic before.
I have back pain that has been bothering me fow a while now and Anthony is an amazing RMT and he delivered the deep tissue that I want. He truly connects with his clients not just with pep talks but in general.and it is great that they opened some late shifts for him so that we will have more chance of booking him since he is always in demand. By the way, I also loved the heated pad they have on the Treatment table esp on winter time as it helps you relax your muscles.
I always book him in advance and see to it that I see him monthly if not twice a month. Great job Anthony.

Sir Bo is also good and have had him as my Chiro for a bit. Cathy, the ever so attentive and gracious lady at the Reception deserves to be acknowledged as well.

Dr. Bo is amazing! I have had my doubts about seeing a chiropractor for my back pain for a long time. Dr. Bo was very receptive of my concerns and has been patient and thourough. He does fantastic work and has been greatly helpful in my process to heal. Super welcoming space with lovely staff all around!

I have been seeing Bo for years. He has “ fixed” my hurting body many times and I so appreciate his expertise. Today, I had a massage with Genevieve, and hands down, the best massage I’ve had in years, and I’ve seen a lot of therapists, but her ability to read your needs is a gift. Hannah Brown has miracle hands. I’ve been into different massage houses and this is the best experience I’ve ever had!

I never write reviews but was sufficiently disappointed enough this time to make an exception. Went here for the first time to see Anthony for a massage.all I can say is the experience was very poor on all fronts and from every aspect. I have had countless RMT massages over the years and this rates as one of the worst. What a waste of $120.wish I could get a refund. I suppose if you're ok with poor social skills, very sweaty hands, an inability to find pressure points and all elbows-he told me that is the only technique he uses- then you might enjoy it.

Excellent massage therapists. Clean, comfortable, relaxing studio. It took me a long time to find a massage therapist this good after moving to the North Shore.

Dr. Bo Gregson is the Absolute BEST! He took his time and took a look at all of my concerns regarding my physical health while many other practitioners simply don’t care during the first visit and brush over issues.

He worked on all of my concerns and i feel significantly better! I just completed my second visit and i was so surprised of the in depth report he provided me regarding my conditions! Something i have never seen from other practices.it truly shows he is looking at the body as a whole and looking at healing instead of a simple quick in and out fix.

I would Highly recommend Dr Bo Gregson to anyone looking to any athlete or individual looking to maintain and improve physical health.

I was lucky to have a treatment done by Gabrielle Fox (acupuncture) and I got pregnant soon after it!
My intention for the treatment was general health and well-being. During the session and right after it I was feeling heavenly, so relaxed, feeling light and joyful. However, we talked with Gabi briefly that my husband and I wanted to have children, so I guess Gabi helped with something in my body, which I don't even know about, but It has been out of balanced before.

I recommend Gabi because she is nice and easy to talk to, knowledgable, experienced. She is deep, professional at holistic health care.

Bo is one of the best practitioners my worn out ex-competitive gymnast body has been treated by! He always gives helpful tips and exercises in addition to his adjustments, and is relatable to sports enthusiasts. Can't recommend him enough!

I've had the pleasure of seeing Gabrielle for this past year and I have to say, I was a little apprehensive about getting acupuncture for the first time. Great experience! The staff are really friendly. I had been in pretty severe pain for several days before coming in. I had tried everything I could think of at home before deciding to book an appointment. Dr. Bo explained to me why my pain was occurring, gave me an adjustment and provided me with ongoing exercises to prevent the issue from recurring. The whole experience was very informative and helpful. I'm now happy to report that just the next day after my appointment I'm starting to feel better, all thanks to Lonsdale Wellness!

The acupuncturist at this facility was outstanding, she made me feel at ease and really helped me to understand the connection between some of the different pains I’m experiencing. I’m so glad I found a reliable and quality acupuncturist on the North Shore.
