Dr. Bhullar was soo good, i am so happy that i went to their clinic. He explain everything to me and give me advice on how to take care of my eye. And also their front desk staff was so good too they really know their job and how to take care of patient/costumer, again i glad for their service. Very disappointed with my recent visit.

Not only was my primary concern for my visit shrugged off, but my attempts for a follow up via email have been completley ignored for weeks on end.

The staff appears poorly trained and when questioned have no answers and are just apologetic when asked in person as to why my concerns are being ignored.

I will not be returning in the future.

One star for the Optometrist who checked my eyes.rest of the experience was very bad. The only mistake I made was I went there. I should have gone to Costco across the street. Been calling clinic from last 3 months for my glasses but no resolution so far.

This was my first time visiting as the optometry is really close therefore convenient. The staff was really friendly, kind and accommodating. My experience was was truly easy and fast and I got the pair of glasses and contact lenses that were the right fit for me!

I have been visiting Look Optometry for the past six years and have never had a single negative experience. The optometrists here are very friendly, helpful, and will listen to all your concerns. Front staff is kind and very professional as well.

Best optometrist in Surrey! They have such an easy process to book appointments online. Dr Saggu was so knowledgeable and suggested treatments for my dry eyes. As well as the staff they were so friendly and I felt very welcomed. They will be my new eye doctors from now onwards and will recommend to anyone who is looking for new glasses or just to get their eye exams done.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Saggu was very informative, approachable and answered all of my questions during my eye exam. Big kudos to the front of house/reception team as well, they were super friendly and made me feel comfortable.

This place is a joke. DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN ON ANYTHING BEFORE YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HAND. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. THEY ALSO TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER ASKED FOR. Sent my glasses back as they had put multiple coatings I had never asked for on, changed my mind on wanting the glasses after I was soured by their horrible work practice and now they refuse to refund me my money. Bunch of crooks.

First time going to Look Optometry + Eyewear, recommended by a friend. I was very pleased and happy with the service I received. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Mai. She was very helpful in what I need and also accommodating. Would recommend it too anyone.

One of the lens of my specs fell off and I went to them to get it fixed. They refused to do it because the specs were not made them. If someone wears glasses it is so difficult to manage it without them. But no consideration given here

Great office and great staff. Dr. Bhullar and his team make the experience easy and stress free. They genuinely care and know the details. It’s obvious they’ve been doing this for a long time. You’ll come out of his office with more knowledge about your eyes and probably a new set of sleek, great fitting glasses! Highly recommended.

This is mine and my spouse's second time at this clinic. We saw Dr. Saggu again and he was great and also gave us tips on eye health care. The rest of the staff are kind, professional, and courteous as well. We were helped by Mai. She was patient and answered all of our questions about our insurance plans. She also helped us with frames and deciding which ones to get with her honest opinion. Another staff member named Margaret also helped by tightening glasses that were bought there before but too loose. She was super cheerful! Overall, all of their staff members are very friendly. The staff mentioned definitely make it a place to check out if you're looking for a new clinic.

Both Dr Bhullar and Dr Saagu are amazing to deal with and extremely educated and knowledgable about your vision health. 10/10 would recommend all friends and family to them.

I have seen both Dr. Bhullar and Dr. Saggu and have been happy with both. They are kind, courteous and allow me to be self-deprecating over my horribly bad eyesight. Read: coke bottle lens worthy. I would also like to give a shout out to the rest of the staff as they have all been knowledgeable, super kind and all around a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend. This has been the best experience I've had at any eye doctor and that says a lot as I have been wearing glasses for 35 years.

My experience with Dr Bhullar everytime is amazing! He is very professional and takes time to explain everything carefully. He will also listen very intensively and explain the pros and cons of your situation in dept. Always open to share his knowledge. He is also very kind, friendly and helpful. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly which makes the atmosphere lovely. Me and my family love going to this clinic and would definitely recommend them!

Just off 74th and King George near Costco, Really friendly staff and an amazing number of eye testing machines. Great selection of frames.

Went to this place after being recommended by a friend. Last year I shelled out $750 for progressives -that I didn’t really like how they felt on me. They were lost so I came here luckily.
Staff was very professional & informative. Happy that they didn’t try to upsell me to another style, instead got me a great deal on brand name glasses.

Sonny was very thorough in the exam -the rest of the staff was very efficient too.
Definitely will go here when I lose this pair (it will happen) -

These folks are fantastic. I received a thorough and well explained eye exam and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Bhullar is a very warm, kind doctor, and they were able to accommodate my request to have my prescription filled in my own custom frames.

Great facility, great people, modern, clean, well-cared for equipment and - bonus - tons of parking and a convenient location.

I was quite disappointed by Dr Bhullar. He refused to send me to a eye specialist and kept offering me a $1500 treatment (I did not need). This seemed too sketchy, so I went for a second option and the Optometrist advised I needed eye surgery and referred me to a specialist. Be careful! If you need urgent care I would recommend seeing someone else - someone more professional.

HIGHLY reccomend this place for eye concerns.

I had a great experience coming in the people at the front desk were all very helpful. My optometrist, Dr. Saggu was a really nice guy with lots of knowledge. He explained the reasoning why my eye were seeing a bit of a blur and made sure that I come back for a follow up check in 6 mths free of charge to make sure my eyes haven't changed. He seems like a a doctor who cares and makes sure his patients are taken care of.because of their thorough procedure of the eye exam I ended booking an appt for my 4 kids.

Dr. Shailinder Bhullar is truly a gem in a world of doctors just hoping to fill their daily quota. He is passionate about his work and the wellbeing of his patients to the fullest extent. The care, quality and professionalism I receive from him far surpasses any doctor I have been to. Even though I am now residing abroad, I make a point to continue to trust him with my eye care and schedule appointments around my visits home.

Dr Bhullar is great at what he does, and his staff is phenomenal. Dr. Bhullar takes his time to really listen to his patient. He is very knowledgeable not only in his profession, but he will pass on information about health and well being. You will walk out feeling 10x’s better! My mom was seen my Dr Bhullar who correctly diagnosed her severe dry eyes after being misdiagnosed by two physicians. Dr Bhullar started her on treatment immediately. Her condition is so serious she could have vision loss. I urge anyone that has any eye concerns to go see him first before wasting time on other doctors. We are forever grateful for the care we received. Dr Bhullar listens to patients concerns, evaluates symptoms, does a thorough eye exam with the latest technology.
