Start to finish amazing customer service. My jeep blew several spark plugs this last Sunday. I was able to contact the parts department. And place an order for all parts minus a couple that they needed to get in. The staff I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with & very helpful. The next day awoke to a message at 9 am. Parts were all ready to be picked up. Several hours earlier than I was expecting. Dealing with the staff at this location was great. Eveyone was friendly and helpful as well. While working on the jeep, we discovered that someone had placed a used ignition coil and had returned it at some point so I had 5 new ans 1 used miss part. I contacted the shipping department. He was able to have a few more in stock. He immediately offered to have it delivers to me as my manifold was pulled off the jeep. 20 min later the delivery employee arrived with my new part and he was very professional ans pleasant as well. Can’t say thank you enough to everyone that helped get my jeep back on the road. I felt it was important to leave a review of my experience as it’s nice to see that they really did an amazing job at every step of customer service.

Last week we went shopping at lordco and a few staff was amazing hard working. They are so awesome me and my husband really enjoyed the staff thank you for all your hard work merry Christmas and happy New Year Gloria Dadpour my God bless you in Jesus name

An incident occurred that required urgent assistance from the Lordco employees at this establishment. I had to deal with rude employees and was put on hold for 18
minutes. They did not deliver the products I needed when they said they would and overcharged me. I had to call back and it turns out they never had entered my order into the system. I now have been stranded on the highway for an hour and a half.

The employees were friendly and very fast and efficient had my part in no time on my way home Happy customer.

Called looking for a part for my vehicle and spoke with a nice gentleman by the name of Connor. Very professional and very helpful gave me options, choices and helped me decide the best route in the end for my vehicle. Thanks definitely coming back

The Persian customer server here was very helpful, smart, and polite rather than the cashier!

I brought a bolt in, hoping to find another one of the same. Couldn't find it on the shelves so I asked the service desk. Young guy took the bolt, looked at it, then asked "What is it for? ". I was dumbfounded, it's a simple fastener, why do they need to know. I walked away and eventually found one on the rotating stands. Staff is not too knowledgeful.

Another time I went in looking for a particular K&N filter, placed a back order with the service desk and paid the full amount; I was told it would take a few months. 3 months later I still haven't heard anything, but I found the same filter on Amazon and had it shipped to me next day. Luckily Lordco provided a full refund on the back order.

Overall, it's still one of my go-to places for parts, materials, fluids, etc. But I try to avoid the service desk.

Awesome staff and huge inventory of parts lots of parking. I highly recommend Lordco Jessica Beck is very good at what she does.

We always find the staff friendly and helpful. They usually have the parts we are looking for. Their prices are reasonable. I recommend Lordco.

Parts counter was @ its best Difficult to locate9/16 lug nuts were located in adore after much cross referencing. They were for a tilt trailer, not an automotive application. Koodoes to the parts man for a successful effort Took 15 minutes. Good job!

Lindsay is outstanding in customer service and her knowledge of all things automotive. She always makes sure her customers are well taken care of. I believe she is in management. If so, she leads an exemplary team. I always recommend this Lordco to family and friends.

Lindsay Is very helpful, she helped me to purchase the air compressor. Also two guys delivered it, they were nice and friendly.

Ask for Laurie Chubaty! She has tremendous product knowledge and takes the time to research what she does not know. She has been there for 15 years or so. She is always a lucky draw for me and I find I make better and more informed decisions because she asks questions and listens. It is never a mechanical decision with her.

Compensate these employees for the B/S and volume they have to deal with on a daily basis so they actually start caring about your orders and business.it's like talking to zombies.

Horrible customer service everytime they never acknowledge that you are there, never have the parts you want, something about having a hand on the counter even though there is plexy glass everywhere, better off going to Napa.

Horrible! I would not give this business a single star but had to, to write this review. I ordered trunk struts October 30th 2020. I was told it could take UP TO, two months for them to arrive (because of covid) and I was willing to be patient. After 3 months, on January 30th 2021, I called them and spoke to Lindsay who said they weren't even in the system and had to call the supplier. On the following Tuesday her co worker said they would be at their POCO location in 4 weeks and would call me; they didn't. 5 weeks from speaking with Lindsay I called them and they gave me the exact same excuse saying, they need to speak to the supplier. I asked for a refund. I went to Amazon and got the same struts at my door in 3 days!

My go to lordco store. Usually has what i need in stock and if its not in stock, its brought in within a day usually. Wish prices were better like the ones on rockauto but i guess that the lack of a wait comes at a cost.

A new large auto parts store. Reminds me of Pep Boys down south. Has a large selection of items and a knowledgeable staff. Can even order items from their warehouse. However some items more expensive than Canadian Tire.

Today I edited my review, Zain from Port Coquitlam Lordco was amazing. I have so much gratitude for his kindness and his above and beyond customer service thank you for taking the time to make things right with-the car battery I bought at your shop. As a whole the staff was lovely but Zain truly takes pride in is job and it’s so refreshing to see. Thank you Zain

Had the coolant I needed at a decent price. Do wish my loyalty account gave a bit more of an incentive to only do my shopping there.

The staff were friendly & helpful. Even though they did not have the part I was looking for, I still left feeling well served.

Seems like everytime I goto this location and ask the staff to look something up, they guess so I'm making a second trip back to the store to physically make sure they are looking up the information needed.

Great service at this location from Evan and Zane both of them went above and beyond and had great attitudes and were extremely helpful in ensuring I was able to get the right parts for my car. You need parts ask for these guys at this location!

I have a love/hate relationship with Lordco. They have a ton of parts and selection bu their staff is barely interested in working there. They have 47 tiers of pricing.none of which make sense. Strange business model. Free delivery which makes it bearable.

I love this store more than any other lordco especially because of their employee very specifically Tyler and Lindsay.

Overall good service and location. I will say overall some of the selections could be broader. For example the socket head selection is mostly limited to very expensive ones from jet. Which is very cost prohibitive if you are a home mechanic

Lord of has a great selection of car detailing products. However there were at least 4 different emoyees in the store and at no time did anyone ask if I needed assistance finding anything.

If all stores burnt to the ground the only place I would want to survive is lordco. Great staff and survive. Love this place. It's like toyRus for adults

Terrible service and rip off at this location. Do not recommend. They sold me incorrect colour of paint for $150 and refused to refund or credit in any way, saying they never sold me anything, even though I had a receipt. Then they said they sold it to me and warned me it’s yellow and not white and I agreed. Like it would be possible for me to agree if I brought the the code for white paint and I wanted to paint a part of a white car. The whole team of cheaters and liars, including the manager.

Helped me out with my part by coming out of the store. Covid-19 adherence was told to me rudely but i think that could be given a pass.

Kinda rude I feel like this company feels they have a corner on the market like the is no other auto parts stores or the net.

Quick friendly service, knowledgeable staff, seemed quite when I came to make a purchase, so in & out fast.

The lady and young fellow that helped me with the parts I needed to fix my muffler we more than friendly. (I am definitely NOT a mechanic.

They did a great job with my paint matching. They also have a an extensive supply of automotive accessories supplies and tools. They're a little more pricier than some of the smaller outfits in town even with a corporate account.

Love this place. New to me. Surprised: they brought the sunshine right into the store (super bright, clean, well laid out). Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient, so I will go there again. Lots of parking, easy to find, but pay attention to the signs leading to the entrance!

This is my favourite Lordco. It's huge and it has EVERYTHING. Everyone who works there is super knowledgeable and helpful.

Emmerson helped us out and was very polite and knowledgeable with finding us a replacement battery and getting a good value!

The branch is populated with ample great staff and offer competitive prices along with quick delivery when you need it.

Visited the store 3 times within the past 4 weeks. I was most impressed by Melissa and Curtis in the paint department as the phone was ringing off the wall and they acknowledged me and
when available helped search VW colors as I am restoring a car plus look for specific 3M products to adhere a rear window in a VW Convertible.

Continued success to both of them for their professional approach to customer service regardless of the order size.

I will be back.
