I needed some bolts and was served by Liam at the parts counter he was very helpful, and knowledgable.will definetley be back they have lots of items in stock and you get quick service.

Phoned this location at around1: 40pm on March 17 2023, an employee with a heavy Indian accent picked up, I asked him if they had a certain oil in stock, he responded by saying that "we have oil on shelf you can come look" I explained to him that I lived 40 minutes away and he was probably within 20 feet of what I was looking for, he then agreed to look, only to leave me on hold and never pick up again. Disappointing service from a disappointing human being.

This is my favorite location, the front door cashier is always friendly and everyone is good at helping me figure out whatever I am doing

Sean and Steven were both incredibly helpful and kind, would definitely come back for their service.

Overall a great store with friendly staff that know what there doing except Steven (not sure if that’s exactly how you spell it). Extremely unprofessional and rude. I called to inquire about parts under an account and he made it extremely difficult when other locations don’t at all, even other staff at the same location don’t give a hard time.

This is my go to lordco for many years, steven is the guy to see when you come and inquire for parts, very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. This location has almost everything you need.

Have been using this store for the past 10 years for buying automotive parts and and I'm very satisfied. And as some people mentioned the make mistakes selling the wrong part (like every one else) but I never had problems returning it for refund. Too bad Paul in body/paint department isn't there any longer. He's very knowledgeable and I got tons of useful info and advises from him

Too many parts without isle signs saying what was in each row. Not enough staff to help the customers.

We tend to go to Lordco for all of our vehicle products. They are easy to work with and very knowledgeable

How come whenever I go there the staff seems to be annoyed at having to help us? I feel like I am inconveniencing them when I want to pay for my order.

I’ve been visiting Jake at Lordco since he worked at the one up the street. He is always helpful. I even send my dad to see him when he needs anything. Jake knows what he’s doing. He would be a wonderful asset to any company. Good work jake.

Spencer Doucet, one of the clerks, clearly sold me wrong lug bolts. I made very clear that I wanted conical seat lug bolts and I was given round ones. As I attempted to replace in getting the right ones it clearly state "CONE" on their receipt.
Pure incompetency or a strong will to screw me.

Preferable place to find most of the parts of cars. Staff is good & helpful nature. Well organized items in store.
Prices are quite more in few parts compare to Canadian tires.
Cashiers needs little bit smiles while making invoice to greet customers.
Located on main road at Scott road & near to Starbucks, fresh slice pizza & burger kings.

They always have the parts I need. Nice store, great staff, lots of car accessories, paint and so much more.

My go to for parts. Always helpful. If it's not in stock, they'll get it and usually by next day. Prices are comparable but definitely better than napa.

Large store knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. They have lots of inventory so usually they have most items in stock.

I just got off the phone with one of there parts guys.the most rudest guy I ever heard on the phone in terms of a big corporation.told me that I need to go to a mechanic if I don't know what it needs. I said we'll I told you what I need but you don't have the part. I never leave bad reviews but this guy you have working is going to kill your store. I just called back his name is John, stay away from him, im not bashing the store but stay away from Jhon at this location

I find westcan autoparts better as their price for spare parts is lesser than what Lordco offers. However lordco has huge inventory so you can be quite sure of getting what you are looking for.

The layout was going through a re-fresh when I visited, so it was a bit of a mess, but they generally have a good selection. This is a larger location than most.

A different lordco than what I usually use.
Still the same excellent service, knowledgeable and helpful staff anywhere I've had to use a lordco.

I have been shopping at this location for years. Staff always help me out and find me the parts I need or direct me where to go. Lordco always has stock on hand and lots of useful tools and products on the floor.

Darcy Harvey is fantastic been dealing with him and Garret the store manager for years and years. Wonderful guys and always prompt.

I dropped in a couple of weekends ago. I was helped out by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable fellow by the name of Paul. He had a painter's respirator mask hanging around his neck so I assume he was the store's paint mixer.

Man he blew me away with his superior customer service! I got the feeling that Paul has so much experience in the industry he should be running his own shop instead of working at a parts store. I'm sure he's a savvy businessman with a keen mind for successfully owning and operating an independent auto repair and body shop. Yeah not sure why he's simply working at a Lordco. Perhaps he enjoys it? Oh well!

Someone at this store ought to suggest and encourage to Paul to branch out on his own and try running his own shop. I'm sure it'd be real successful!

One of the few lordcos that carried an 8D battery. Also both employees i talked to seemed very eager to get me answers to questions I had asked about some parts I needed for my truck.

Paul at the paint section is the most helpful and he has the best customer service. Cant say this about some of the other ones at the three left side desks. They need to be more helpful and nicer to customers.

Even though there was hardly any customers in the store, it was hard to get someone to help me. And when I found some help he was very rude. I will not go back to that location.

Helpful service, got what we needed. There was an issue with a product scanning at one price then another, luckily there was an alternative item that was within our budget so we went with that one instead.

Every time I go in to this Lord-co I'm treated with respect and they always cut me a deal. I would be a fool to go anywhere else.

Man. I feel like a VIP today when I went to Lordco Scott road, I inquired about a very rare part for my old VW bus at south surrey branch so I was advised to go to Scott road branch, I came in this morning the part was waiting for me. And I got 40% discount on MSRP

Gave a job application in. The cashier lady took my application and I walked out of the store. I walked back in to find something only to see the cashier lady throwing my application in the trash.

Harold knows his stuff and provides awesome service, not something you get much of anymore so props to him!

Spencer was super helpful in finding me the right products I needed to tap into a fuse in my car. Very knowledgeable staff!

Everyone seems to have a bad day as there is no greetings, no smiles like all have a chip on their shoulder. I was there today and even the 2 Indo Canadian cashiers were stuck up.
There is absolutely no welcome atmosphere in that store. Will never visit again.
They should read what Gandhi said about customers.
“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so. ”

Helped me very quickly and got what I needed properly. Also gave me recommendations and a price check and item check for something I wanted

It was quiet when I visited, very nice customer service. Helped with smile and gave proper knowledge about product. Entering the store might be tricky depend which you will be entering from Scott road.

Ok, sure Lordco can be expensive but they are second to none when it comes to many things auto!

Asked about octane boosters. Employee told me a bunch of BS. Had I not known better I could have easily had a detonation and killed my engine. Amateur hour

Always has what you need. They give really good advice and always give alternate ideas so you don't get scammed at a garage.
