I need supervisor to talk with, this is my second time, I am disappointed from there service, I asked for help, he refused my request very rudely, please advise them, or next time I will come with Video recording and will share it with media

On Aug 14/23 I went in person with an M12x1.25 2.5inch bolt, to order a slightly bigger one M12x1.75. This morning when I called asking if my M12 bolt came in I was told an M6 came in. How do you mix up an M12 with an M6? ! Customer service was trash arguing with me that I ordered the wrong one.

Latino female receptionist is terrible, rudeness, no basic customer service at all, should be no longer hire her and unbelievable worst ever customer satisfaction

I've been dealing with Lordco since the 90's and I've always had a good experience there they are very knowledgeable. Very helpful. If they don't have the part they will get the part and the prices are fair. If you don't believe me, go somewhere else and then go to Lordco you'll find out. Nobody seems to want to help you in there. Was served be the cashier that didn't even have the decency to make eye contact with me. Threw the receipt on the till and walked away. Manners doesn't cost anything.

Unprofessional staff very immature tried calling them before I actually had to drive down because it wouldn’t answer. The phone store was empty.

The staff here are awesome every time I visit this place. Super friendly and helpful. They're very knowledgeable and triple check that they're giving me the correct parts I need. Last person that helped me named Will is awesome. Definitely recommend this Lordco for any car needs

I walked into an empty store and there were three people manning the counters. They were all fixated on their computer. It took maybe 10 minutes of me standing there before they looked up and said they were ready to serve me. What are they doing on those computers when there are customers to serve? Developing your website?

Then they said they wouldn’t help me because my car has “aftermarket wheels”. Like yes, I have a winter set. That’s the dumbest thing ever - it’s like a cobbler refusing to work on your shoes because you have “aftermarket laces”.

Since the people there are of no use in helping find the parts needed, there is no reason for them to even have physical locations.

Had the cabin air filter for my car. Mitsubishi dealership was going to charge $75 and add to my service bill. Did not have to give dealer an extra $50. Saved some money.

Mixed up my order lost my order three times didn't write anything down didn't put anything away from me the last guy dealt with was awesome

Came here in a rush to find the missing part of my vehicle. Customer service was fantastic, Nate immediately offers help to solve the problem. 5 stars for him! He is the best.

Very accommodating and friendly staff at this location. Nice large shop well stocked floor items, clean and impressive. They did a return on a warranty covered battery for me that I purchased in another province and had used (the battery was defective) that's why I returned it and they gave me a full cash refund without any hassles from the return desk staff. They even came out to lift the battery out of the trunk of my car for me to carry it in. Little things like extra service goes a long way for women, keep up the excellent service. Highly recommend them.

He located the only clutch cable for a geo 94 geo metro lordco had.
He was not giving up.
A credit to lordco and clearly know his stuff when it comes to part number locations and descriptions.

This is my go to lordco for many years, jordan is the guy to see when you come and inquire for parts, very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. This location has almost everything you need.

Alvin at the Kingsway location was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile and that is appreciated!

I was happy except there was one worker who was bloody rude and arrogant though upon going in, it was dealt with appropriately.lol perhaps the guys egos get a little hurt when a woman knows more about cars and parts then they do haha

I called in to ask for a part availability and price they held me on the line 20 min just for that. No thanks I’ll take business elsewhere

Lordco is the best automotive parts store in Canada the good thing is its own by Canadian people

This is my go-to place when it comes to buying car parts. Every single time I've come here, I've been able to speak with a rep that has a ton of knowledge and experience. It is reassuring for a person like myself who knows nothing about cars. The most recent time I came here to buy some brakes, I spoke to a gentleman named Alvin who was extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Being pleasant was a nice surprise for me. Went to get an air filter yesterday they never had it but ordered one in and said it would be there in the am, went by earlier and the inexperienced employee couldn't find and couldn't even order one he said smh, thx for nothing. This location horrible last yr had problems giving me the correct rotors had to return them twice was given the wrong size, don't waste your time at this location unless you want to get the wrong part or no part at all

Easy to shop & parts are available. You can help yourself or ask help from the associates in the counter.

Very rude staff. Went to the back of the store and asked a question to the employee standing at the till and he was very rude in saying “don’t ask me I’m off already”. Other employees were also rude like they did not want to help. The asian lady in the front was very helpful and was polite.

I called at 1030 am for a part and was told it would be a couple hours for it to come In and so I waited and it’s now 3pm and called and a guy was being ignorant about me asking if the part had arrived yet and kept repeating himself that someone would call and was becoming more rude I think for now on I’ll be ordering my parts from somewhere else instead of being treated like this. If you really hate your job that much than quit

Rude staff who ignore you and are grumpy when they do. They sell at huge markups to walk in customers. Only good thing is they have great hours when you're desperate for a part.

Always have a comfortable shopping experience when I browse: while my hubby is getting his parts.

Terrible customer service. Only at this location. I do lots of business with Lordco. They have everything you need. Don’t do business with this particular location.

Overpriced and difficult to deal with. I paid $90 for a MOOG inner tie rod boot that was incompatible with my vehicle, and made of a harder, non-flexible material that would have cracked prematurely. I went on amazon and found a heavy duty, and flexible rubber boot for $20!

I just got another car a 1964 Galaxie in very fair shape but it amazing what lorco has for your classics

Absolutely useless employees here when it comes to getting the right parts. Frequently sell the incorrect pieces as if it was the norm. I would only use this place as a last resort and always double check with a competent party as this location doesn’t provide one or at least doesn’t vet their workers properly. Cost me 3 days without a vehicle and hundreds of dollars and it’s not the first time. I’d happily give 0 stars were it an option, shame on you lordco

Had what I needed. It was a fair price. Brake cleaner and 20/50W oil. Burnaby store, experience is always a pleasure. Thx.

I went there to get some windshield wiper blades that they sent over to my buddies shop because the store sent the wrong size after they called and had them delivered. So when I arrived there I must of waited at least 10 mins.because everyone was on the phone, so finally got a sales guy. He asked me what I needed and said yeah I got them and with a attitude because I told him they sent the wrong ones so I came to get them myself and they when I told him they will be purchased on a military discount his attitude even got worse. He said I don't need this and I said I don't either as I asked him what his problem was he stormed off into the back and I paid for my wiper blades and left the store.
I will not return to this location ever again and hope all my military buddies don't as well and I have had the same issue before using military ID!

Jordan is the parts guy there. I phoned in and he answered my questions.always helpful³
He types furiously into his computer.runs out back and voila brings you what you need!
Been to main St. / terminal lordco. Never got the same treatment like i did from Jordan!

The service by the first agent I seen was terrible, I had my 3 rear lights not working on the car, the agent pulled out the bulb and said it was in perfect working condition told me.to buy a brake light switch, I did and installed it. Later I asked a friend to take a look and found out all three bulbs were burnt out to the max. Basically I listened to the agent and bought something of value of $25 which wasn't needed for my vehicle. I gave this Lordco two stars because of the assistance provided by the 2nd agent who was a caucasian male and a bit older, thanks for ur help. The first agent was using a computer that had a MOTUL sticker on the back of its monitor. Also he wasn't the fellow with the Muslim name but another. For better service see anybody but this middle eastern fellow. He's definitely making commission.

Normally the service is great but I ordered a pair and the guy said it should take about 2 hrs to come in and he will call me. I said no problem. 4 hours later I called to ask if it was in. He said yes you can come get it. Came back and said to a different guy I ordered a pair and it should be in. He said he didn't have it. I got a bit mad and told him my story. He checked again and came back with my part. What was he doing the first time?

Bill and Jess treated me so well that I told them about their top notch service, and this is getting rarer in Vancouver, so I decided to write them a review. I'm really inconsistent about writing reviews but this one deserved. Keep up the good work guys.

I stared going to lordco about 4,5 to 6 times a day trying to fix my car.and every time i went there i went to the same guy, his name is joseph essa, I've never met the him before, but something about his good and honest advice and great knowledge on cars and parts.told me it was him the one i should trust.not only was he very helpful every time i went there but also he gave me the best price on parts and what not.i highly recommend going to him even if just to say high he will strike a conversation that will bright your day right up! I hope my review helps others to find the best quality parts and customer service from kingsway lordco! Cheers!

I will never shop at lordco.bad customer service. Lost of attitude whene they help customers. I waithed for 30 min and no one help me. My segustion, for auto part, Canadian tire. Customer service A+ and they will be happy to help there customers.

Found what I was looking for AND other useful things I didn't know I needed. Always a good experience.

Unbelievably bad service. I walked to the back and all 3 "employees" were having lunch. The first guy barely acknowledged me, and simply pointed to the other guy, who also face deep in a burger. He barely uttered a word when I told him I needed a lightbulb, then was visibly annoyed that he had to get up and go get it. Finally he plopped it on the counter dismissively, and, much to my shock he added a dirty look to boot. The lady at the front was pleasant enough though.

Good and knowledgeable staff. You can get any auto part you want. Just need to work on delivey section. But overall five star.

Been doing business with Lordco for about 5 years here's the laydown:
1, Both Robs and Bill excellent and very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.
2, Paul was great body guy but went to surrey a big Loss.
3, The Oriental chubby guy usually on the left side at corner very rude and abrupt think he has a problem, don't deal with him!
4, Cashier, the Indian lady is excellent and very polite and helpfull.
5, Store manager is very helpfull, and down to earth will listen and help.

LORDCO Accounting service staff sucks big time, very rude told me to go somewhere else if I am going to be late in paying my account, really. Only deal with Lordco because of both Robs and Bill. Hope head office knows how stupid and rude their acoounting staff is.

Bought a liter of oil, my corporate discount came to a dollar more than the shelf price, and they said that's just the way the account is set up.

I hate this place with a passion. There’s an oriental male that I had issues with. I went in there and was getting a few items for my personal vehicle. I asked him a few questions about recommended fluids for my car and he just pointed in the aisle. So I went there and had issues finding what I was looking for. Mind you there was no other customer there except me. Another employee of lordco asked me if he could help me find what I was looking for. So we found the CVT fluid that I had originally asked for. I then proceeded to do my shopping with the guy that helped me and then the oriental guy said “oh your helping him now? ” Then picked up the oil filter I had then slammed it on the table, scuffed a few times and said “this is his”. Then he went in the back. The nice guy looked embarrassed and didn’t say anything. I do everything in my power to not come here. This experience was maybe 6 months ago. I only just now remembered to do this review bacause a friend of mine went there and he said “lordco people are rude but this ones gotta be the rudest one”

Even though I was only buying one inexpensive item, the two staff members I spoke with were friendly and helpful in helping me find the right product!
