One dude was just chatting to his friend for about 20 minutes not helping anyone while the other guy was helping person after person, it was a bit annoying tbh

Worst experience I've had ever in a store, they followed me around like flies, one person kept calling out, stay with that guy, watch him on and on.
I was trying to figure out what I needed for electrical, and I couldn't concentrate and just felt targeted, if I went to look at other sections, they asked me where I was going now. I don't know what they saw in me, they just wanted me out of there.
I have been to this location before and bought items and was not treated like that at all. I don't know what got in them today. There were 4 of them just circling me and watching my every move. But they didn't offer help, they just kept on taunting me.
I bought some wires anyway just so I didn't waste my time. I feel disgusted with this shopping experience. I will not go back to this Lordco, maybe not any Lordco.

Friendly staff with expert parts knowledge, got the best deal on just as quality parts as the most expensive ones! Highly recommended!

This is by far the worst lordco I've ever been to all the young guys here are rude and lazy all I wanted was studs for my car the guy is eating his burger king behind the counter complaining about his day he finally helps me but before he does he talks to his friend about his car for like ten minutes then come back and gives me the wrong parts. Do yourself a favor and go to any other lordco anywhere.

Hubby goes here for all his automotive needs which is often in his line of work.

He usually deals with the manager, Steve who is extremely knowledgeable.
There have been times when the product in the box is incorrect and is either quickly rectified or ordered in for the next day by Steve.

Prices are good if you are lucky enough to have a customer plus business discount.

Lots of stock and products here.

Located in a strip mall with easy access and a variety of businesses.
Parking area is large.

They don’t honour shelf price.

I went to buy some Castro oil for a simple oil change on my truck, and saw that the bottles on the shelf where $8.71 each and I was fine with that. (Only needed 4 1L bottles)

When scanning at cash they came up at over $14 each, to where I showed the cashier lady the shelf price, where maybe 12+ bottles still sat neatly.

Then some assistant store manager lady approached to see my issue, to where she said “it’s up to the consumer to match the ticketed price number to the barcode on the back of the bottle” and also said “customers frequently move things around, these where put in the wrong spot” where I brought up the point that there was still 12+ other exactly the same oil bottles sitting in that exact spot all nice and neat like the rest of the row of products.

All I wanted was for them to honour the shelf sticker price, they wouldn’t even do that for the stocking employees mistake.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for all future car needs.

Poor customer service.

I found this branch of Lordco to be a clean and bright store with a large variety of their stocked items on shelves. There were plenty of knowledgeable employees working and ready to help. I had an enjoyable visit to this Lordco and will be returning when next needed. Did you know they also deliver? Thankx to the team who helped me at this location.

I'm going to this location from last 10 years recently very disappointed with service I request person on the counter Young East Indian guy if he can find I'm system what kind oil and how much quantity I need for my car he said not in system I can't tell you I went other locations near 100 Ave 120 st person check in the the system and give me information.

Do not go here for Spark Plugs! Go to Canadian tire I bought four spark plugs for $20 there. Here they want $95. At lordco They charge spark plugs per plug! Lordco is Insane for a pack of 4 they were selling the exact pack I seen online for $30 and said they were going to upscale to price of four plugs for $95 with tax because they sell them individually

Always the best price on parts. Extremely knowledgeable counter people. I'm not afraid to admit that I like going there to look a cool car stuff and tell stories that start with "back in my day. "

Too bad employees in this organization are not motivated to work. No store manager to manage operations just individuals doing their thing and messing around with customers and playing with their buddies. If you have alternative, don't go here.

Lordco is a dedicated company, it's store employees have helped me fix cars for years. Lordco to me, is the only auto parts store around.

I experienced good customer service from this store.also the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been there 3 times and one person being help and I have to say they have the worst costumer service ever the worst I will drive across town to shop at a different one its so bad.

Staff are very helpful, inventory in great. Only knocked off a star because the website doesn't allow you to search the inventory, you have to call or go in.

Really convenient location, Friendly and professional staff. They don't have a large selection of things being this location is smaller.

Out of all the Lordco Auto Parts locations I’ve been to this place was the best, dealt with a gentlemen named Steven who was very helpful in finding my exhaust parts at a very good price, highly recommend this location for all your auto parts needs!

We have bought car parts from this store many times now. Staff are helpful and they are well stocked. They price their small consumable items pretty high though. They have a clearance bin with some good selections.

Lordco is a name of quality.
Nice staff and huge parking. Quick delivery. Everything is immpressable.

Went to buy a radiator hose the two young fellas on the end said they did not have it yet made no effort to go look for one only needed a piece was willing to buy a longer hose but they were to busy talking to each other and did not want to help all they needed to do was look but they were to lazy if you go here talk to the old guy he will help the others won’t the just wanna talk to each other after that I went to lordco down the hill and the guy there went in back and found my hose way better service then this location they actually do what they are paid to do it’s 5 mins down the road and way better service

Very poor customer service by Steve. He was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. He actually called me a liar for asking him price for same part in different size.

Employee looks annoyed all the time. Looks like they hate thier job. Drive down the hill to the other lordco and save yourself the headache.

Employees look miserable and are usually annoyed that you're in the store. I've also witnessed an employee here openly get frustrated with a customer for extremely trivial reasons. This location is far from a professional establishment. Just drive down Scott road to the other lordco. It's much better.

Met with a very rude and condescending staff member. Who argued with me about the length of the studs needed for my vehicle. Until I gave him the correct part number, that he couldn't seem to find. Once I gave it to him he still argued that the front studs and back studs where the same length which they are not. Then when I went to the location to pick up the parts the staff member walked away and said im to busy to deal with your small order and would not help the other person find my order. Another staff got involved and said you had the order in your hand go get it instead of making the other guy go search for it. In the end got the correct part because I knew what I needed. If you don't know what you need make sure you do your research before you call.

A young guy told me that i cant afford to buy the expensive car battery? I just ask him if what is the next good battery? And that what he said to me, what a discrimination, i cant believed this guy, April 10,2020

The store I go to is North Delta on Scott Rd. They have always served me well. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff everyone of them.

Grumpy guy who got my air filter lowered this rating. Customers shouldn't be seen as an annoyance.

Great place & prices very comparible to Amazon at least what I was shopping for. Gordon was exceptional & helped me choose the right product for my van. He called me promptly letting me know it was in store & when I went to pick it up he helped me out to my car. Very happy! Big thanks for your help Gordon.

We were just in Delta Lordco Tuesday May 21,2019 7: 15pm and had to check a color of a vehicle and went outside to check. When we walked back into the store and the CASHIER was bad mouthing us to all the employees of the store HOW PROFESSIONAL AND The CASHIER which I'm sure couldn't tell the diffence between a oil cap and gas cap is representing the company and losing customer for them. I hope the CASHIER is severely reprimanded or FIRED for her behaviour and the other employees reprimanded as well. We have in the past had great service from Jake on the parts counter but we will not be spending anymore money at this Lordco and we will be passing this onto everyone we know because there is a Lordco on Scott at the bottom of the hill we will be going there now.
I HOPE THE CASHIER IS PROUD OF HERSELF FOR LOSING CUSTOMERS.

Very Rude staff. Just looking for a simple relay for my Honda civics and sales guy (didn't catch his name but long white beard) has some serious attitude issue. Felt like $10 part wasn't worth his time!

Large clean store with plenty of employees always friendly and when u are waiting they always call you over to help instead of making you wait I found it very odd that a store specializing in car parts also sell mens underwear

Parts guy at counter didnt know anything at all about exhaust wrap.wasted 15mins of my time flippi g thru books and computer, i even provided the name of the product then he tells me thats a special order part.i asked the older parts guy and he reaches behind him and grabs the exact product i asked for.

A seasoned, friendly staff at this location treat the non mechanic buying antifreeze or oil as a equally valued customer as the professionals who go there.

Great experience. It's nice to roll into a place knowing you're in over your head and be greeted with a smile and exceptional service. Andrea walked me through what I needed for my truck with ease and patience and I can't say I've been treated better when dealing with my vehicles over the years. Andrea, world class. I'll be back

Staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Went there for car wheel lugs and accessories. Staff were honest and saved me money by suggesting what I could make do and what I should remove from my shopping list based on the issue I had.

Staff is not helpful. 4 people doing nothing but not willing to take a few minutes to help a customer.

Had a lady named Andrea help us today and she was as useless as my pet rock. We snapped a bolt so we brought it in and asked her to match it for us. First thing she said was, "we don't have anything small enough in a grade 8 bolt. The shortest [3" bolt] we have won't work for you. " Asked her to show us anyways and she insisted it still wouldn't work and that we should go elsewhere. Good guy Jake decided to grab one of those 3" bolts that "wouldn't work for us" and guess what? Perfect match. Thanks for your help Jake. The attitude was 10X better than hers too.

Customer service is bad if they see a brown guy they give attitude and hardly help and tell you to go to another store this place is terrible I have to go to another location even tho this one is closer these guys seriously need to fix up

I have shopped at this store ever since it open. Over the last 4 years the staff has become incompetent. They way they treat there customers is beyond acceptable. The way the billing and pricing is done is a joke. For example I called in about an msd part gave the part number and the counter person told me it didn't exist. Pretty hard to believe when I have bought the same piece multiple times for different projects. And how is it that I call 3 different locations and get 3 different prices on the same thing. Not only that. Your pricing has just become ridiculous on certain things.

One of the worst place to go. They rip you off and if you buy a parts from there and try to return them because you didnt install it. They will say you you use this part and put the blame on you and wont give you a refund back. Warranty they say 3 years when you call next day to varify because they dont mention in the invoice they will ask your invoice number and say manufucter replace warranty one year. They lying to you when sell you the parts plz try to avoid this place dont go there. Andrea one of the worst sale lady she will rip you off. I hope upper Managment take a seriously notice about her. Let her fire because she is not doing her job honestly try to lying customer and rip off customer. I have doubt and call for Same part to other lordco location is selling 50 dollar cheaper and she rip me off. I lost my trust on Lordco
