Doesn't take long normally to get in and out, but always try and get a sales representative that looks like they have been there awhile, the longer they have been there the more their allowed to give you better deals, always try to ask them if they can do a better deal sometimes they will surprise you

There are a lot of parts for vehicles. Unfortunately lordo doesn’t carry them all. Prepare yourself for an order in advance. Lubricants and decor in store. Awesome staff, just learn to work with them. They know the store better.
31 January 2023 4:51
Hi there guys and gals have it down ever one who works there knows what they're talking about "ya some of the new bees are a little green but they sure try hard to get you the part you need quickly so don't hesitate on heading there we won't be disappointed there open late this new store is not wheelchair friendly but if you do need access with a wheelchair all you do is go down the ally behind the shop and ask to go in that way I'm sure they would not mind give you access to the retail area ok take care now
31 October 2022 9:50
Over priced parts and only some staff are helpful to find you discounts on items. Others make it difficult
23 October 2022 18:23
I have had very good service at Lordco.

I continue to go back for parts and stuff both for myself and friends.

No auto supply place can always supply the stuff you need, but Lordco staff will do their best to find it.

They make mistakes, just like all of us, and their happy to replace or refund your purchases.

I'll be back

PS - take a photo of the part you need when you go there, as it will give you both something to go by

Called the Cordica location about some spark plug wires, was quoted $45. Got there an hour later, super slow service, and was charged $51 ($58 with tax) mentioned the $45 quote and the salesperson just shrugged. I was in a rush so I bought them. Stopped into uap on commercial drive later that day and they had them in stock for $45

Yo! This branch is awesome, dude!

My phone calls gets picked up right away and they are quick and knowledgeable!

They seem to have the parts that i need in stock and ready to go when I pick it up.

The pace is clean, organized and convenient to get to

Thank you!

Tried to sell me a battery for $275 before taxes ànd core charge.went to Canadian tire and got one for $135. There excuse huh our battery is better.
26 February 2022 18:22
They're absolutely conscientious about locals and have a great understanding about the everyday struggles people go through, I'm always pleased to pass by being sure to give them a great heartfelt smile
03 January 2022 22:47
Don't even bother trying to get any assistance here, let alone courtesy. Place needs a huge worker overhaul.
18 December 2021 12:26
Nice new clean store but parking is kinda hard to find.
Great location and selection for your vehicle
07 December 2021 2:24
Great service with Johnny. They didn't stock what I needed but put me in touch with the company that does. This was time sensitive! Great to hear about the Lordco family and how appreciative the owners are.
06 December 2021 22:32
Called in today for a part needed for a DIY repair. The service I recieved from Tung was phenomenal! Excellent CX service and price provided! Will definitely be back for any future requirements.
27 November 2021 19:54
Positive experience here, even though it's not wheelchair accessible. Kai was knowledgeable and got me what I needed and helped carry it to my car.
15 November 2021 17:12
No return policy for this item, regardless me having original invoice.

The response was “how do I sell it again? ”
Well, how do I try this item without opening the package?

A perfect example how to lose life-time customer over $8.99 bucks. No coming back ever. Do not recommend ever.
13 October 2021 18:25
Good selection of goods, the closest thing to an actual hardware store here in the Eastside now that Army&Navy shut down. The staff can be rather condisending if they believe that you're a local.
12 October 2021 8:08
Nice and new location. However they only have two customer car parks and the area doesn’t have any spare street parking. And they use one of the parks for a lordco car. It’s incredibly frustrating when you have driven around looking for a park. Please stop parking company vehicles in customer parking
18 September 2021 19:49
Went in about a month ago regarding spark plugs. From receiving phone calls and service at the reception, Xavier went above and beyond. He is focused on his job and very good. Very thoroughly impressed
12 August 2021 9:15
New location is nice and the interior is organized and clean. Staff here are fairly knowledgable depending on who you see. Chris is always a pleasure to deal with. Make sure you know what you are looking for, and try to have part numbers for any specific mechanical item required.
30 July 2021 13:23
I'll be going to Napa from now on. The staff just do not care and are not helpful, lazy is how I would put it. I have been several times with the knowledge of the item I need from their back area and it seems like I'm inconveniencing them. I'd say it would be easier to just open up the back for customers to search for their own parts and get rid of everyone but a cashier. This is only reflective of this location as I used to go to a different Lordco and they were helpful and friendly.
29 July 2021 2:58
First time in my life I get a price higher from that one listed in the shelves. Lights were 60$ in the shelves, but in the system 68$. That's a shame!
20 May 2021 20:58
My go to place for all my automotive needs (Cordova location). Parking is very premium, there's only a couple spots in the alley for parking. There was more parking at the old location. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The new building is nice and clean.
01 February 2021 3:04
Awesome customer service. I had someone try and steal my catalytic converter and fail, needed an exauhst clamp. Told the front desk what happend and they gave me a little discount. Really nice of them.
22 January 2021 8:23
Every time I call I get someone telling me different information. Access to their online catalogue is only given to people/companies with accounts but regular clients needs to call where the information about brands they carry and prices change every time you call?
30 November 2020 19:36
Very good if you have the time to drive to the store and chat with their staff face to face. Trying to call for a quote is a nightmare. Will be left on hold for hours. Don't waste your time on hold to ask for quotes or if parts are in stock - call NAPA instead as they answer the phone right away. Even Canadian tire answers faster than these guys!
26 October 2020 0:28
Professional staff at all locations I visited. I have an 19-year-old car so some of the parts they don't have. However, the staff always give me suggestions how to find them. I like the character of the staff and if you respect your car and be humble to the people here, lordco won't let you down.
06 October 2020 8:33
I went in to get replacement gas lifts for the back door of my jeep and Xavier actually came out and helped me put them on. He went above and beyond. Do not see service like that often. Great place. Great team! I will always come back here.
03 October 2020 1:42
Great service! There was a problem with my car dying while idling. Manaff helped check if the battery was the problem, gave me a good pricing for a new one, and made sure I was able to get somewhere to change it.
26 September 2020 5:30
Broke down nearby with dead battery. Was sold wrong battery, so I had to walk back and forth lugging that thing to the car and back. Make sure you bring photos and specs with you so you get the right part.
21 September 2020 7:02
Great service i was served by cindy she really knows her stuff. Very accommodating and friendly
14 September 2020 1:28
Had a guy quote me a price 5 dollars more then his colleague did 20 minutes earlier and then he went on to tell me it was a lottery odds, whither I would even get the part. Sad sad place. Told him I'll just go with amazon, way cheaper.
21 July 2020 9:25
Just got off the phone from Xavier and he was AWESOME!
Helpful and patient. This shop always takes the time to help you find what you need. If there's any errors, the team works quickly to rectify. My go to for all my weird old Toyota needs.
18 July 2020 12:12
Ask for Shauna at the Vancouver Lordco's paint counter. She was brilliant. Totally knew what she was talking about, came out to look at my car, suggested several options. Great attitude. Great service. So good in fact that I came back the next day for paint for another car.
20 May 2020 18:19
Always the best.though they cojkd have helped a woman in heels carry heavy items down to the counter at least
15 April 2020 6:38
Probably won't be coming back, aside from the couple good experiences the last experience was questionable. I came over because my '97 Ford Explorer is losing coolant, so I wanted to figure out where the problem/leak was occurring in the system. I wanted to purchase a Radiator Pressure Tester which they had in stock, but the guy at the counter kept insisting I bring it to the shop to figure out the problem and acted as if I was completely ignorant on working on my own vehicle. I told him I wanted to figure out the problem myself and I would need the tool in the long run anyway since I'm working my way up into a shop and have recently graduated from BCIT. I told him I would of course need the adapter as well for my vehicle to attach the radiator pressure tester on to. He gives me the wrong one. That's not really the issue I had though.

After waiting a good time for my car to cool down and then figuring out the fitment is the wrong one, I went back to return just the adapter but brought the pressure tester with me. I get the same guy helping me and tell him what the situation was and he immediately calls me out saying "I knew something like this would happen with you. " I told him, I don't want to return the pressure tester, I just wanted the correct adapter, which he said Lordco doesn't have (and I don't think he even looked in the system for it). He then tells me I should go to BCIT before trying to use such a tool, and I tell him I've already graduated from there. He then tells me if I really want to learn, I should buy a beater car, and once again, I tell him otherwise because what else is a 1997 Ford Explorer if not a beater car? He pretty much shoos me off to the front to get a refund for both the pressure tester and the wrong adapter.guess I'll be buying a new tester elsewhere.

Also something to add: a radiator pressure tester isn't a rocket science tool to use. The hardest part about it is apparently finding the correct fitting!

Johny Dosanjh the manager is very rude, unprofessional. And runs the business like it's a shady business. Not polite, no manners, very rude and disrespectful.
05 March 2020 9:55
Reasonable parts quality, though prices for ancillary items have gone up dramatically in the last couple years. I'm mean $27 for a box of 50 nitrile gloves? Really? Service ranges from meh to good depending on the weather or other dark forces. I use them when I'm in a pinch.
13 September 2019 15:44
Came down for a simple CV Boot lockband. Sold me an overpriced band which requires a special tool to tighten down, which I don't have. When I asked how to tighten this band, they assured me I could just pull on it by hand.

The tool to lock these down is $200, not something I can run out and buy.

Do you know how much grease is in a freshly packed CV boot? Or how much grit you get in there when you open it up three times? Since this is a closed band, I have to open the whole thing up again to remove it. Being dual layer, I can't just cut the thing off with shears.

Completely unacceptable, absolute amateur hour salesmanship.
07 September 2019 10:01
Helpful staff.

Too bad the bodywork guy is not working during weekends.

Can be a bit overpriced as well.

I went to purchase a soldering iron, it was close to 80 dollars.

The EXACT same, is about 25 dollars at Home depot.
09 August 2019 3:21
They clearly say both online and on the front door that they close at 8pm, and at 7: 30 the door is chained shut and the two guys inside totally ignoring me. Real cool.
03 July 2019 1:16
Called in yesterday to order a part. Guy told me no problem at all it would be delivered from the warehouse at 9: 30 this morning. Arrived a 9: 45ish this morning to pickup said part and was told the warehouse was actually out of the part so they never got it in, but they could get it in next week (its 6 days quicker to order off Amazon) the guy was unapologetic about the mistake, if I'd had more time I would have complained there but was on a schedule. It would have been super helpful not to have wasted my time and money (renting a car2go to pickup that part) and would have been as simple as a phone call to let me know there'd been a mistake in ordering. Not sure why they don't do that but it seems like it should be standard warehousing procedure. Pretty disappointed and will definitely be going elsewhere for parts going forward.
20 April 2019 13:48
I've had nothing but great experiences with this location, probably 50+ transactions over the last 7 years. They get smoking busy so be patient. Mike and the rest of the staff here give top notch service that's getting harder to come by these days.
16 April 2019 0:24
Awesome experience every time I am shopping here.
Guy Ross it's just great. He is soooo knowledgeable and always help me out with my paint project. Thank you guys. I always found all I was looking for. Great job.
15 April 2019 8:52
2 months ago, I applied for their shipper/receiver position. Met up with the manager/supervisor for an interview plus filled up my pre-hiring package. He said he will let me know, but over 2 weeks later he didn't. Assuming the job was filled, I contacted Lordco corporate to shred my pre-hiring package containing my personal information. One of their HR staff told me that the manager tried to contact me, but my phone "wasn't working. " It was an bad answer from him as I was suspicious since I have voicemail on my phone Eventually my pre-hiring package was shredded.
17 March 2019 19:05
I used to like this Lordco for my auto parts needs until the last month or so. When I called in to check availability on a part for my car I was hung up on after being on hold for such a long time. I went in to the store after and no one cares, the good young countermen is gone, I will be going to Canadian Tire from now on. Sorry Lordco, marine drive one is better now.
06 February 2019 5:11
Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location with parking, good prices. Definitely can't complain about anything here. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!
30 January 2019 8:43
Like a circle of hell this is. In a perpetual motion of confusion, misdirection and waiting around in what feels like a waiting room for the walking dead. I feel led here by false hopes of products being held there, things that could help shape and change my life- But heck no! No way, no lists online, hang ups, lies and mouth breathing gate keepers of the success of your heart felt project. Be warned.

Stay away from this place and watch out for Andy!

I’m a new car owner and really don’t know much about cars. At first Andy was rather helpful however I asked if he could check and see if the lights were in the Burnaby location as I was going to be dropping off my car near there. I was not aware these guys are on commission but he flipped and started belittling me and insulting me over the phone by simply asking if a part was in stock at a different location. Go visit the Burnaby location it’s properly managed with amazing staff.

This place sucks and Andy should not be working in customer service.
