Horrible customer service, zero knowledge, not friendly.cashier doesn’t even know return policy

Worst lordco store ever, girl named Kelly is such a disappointment seems like she have some attitude issues 0 customer service skills.will never visit this store ever again

Spoke to Jess on the phone today, super friendly and very helpful! Recommend dealing with her. Hard to find friendly representatives in this specific industry nowadays so keep it up Jess!

This is an updated review, I have been coming to the Port Kells Lordco for a number of years but unfortunately this is my last trip. The staff this evening seemed ambivalent to your presence, coupled by a lack of product (DEF fluid) and an unacceptable wait for a cashier, thanks, but no thanks,

I am taking my automotive $$$ 's elsewhere

Needed a car battery and when I called they gave me great information, were straight to the point, and when I came in for it it was ready for me to go! Hell yeah!

Girls are absolutely useless here, "hello mr George, how much you paying them? No no.is to much they no good".

I have never been I. This store and I will not be back.
The first person I dealt with was a woman, I explained that I had just called and what I needed her response was “well it wasent me” I waited for her to finish her call and again told her what I needed. She walked to the appropriate isle and handed me one bulb. I asked her where she grabbed it from as I didn’t have my glasses and could see. It was so nice of her to stand there and point instead of passing me another light.
Later I had to come back to make a return and had the pleasure of dealing with another rude staff member who explained to me that I have to understand that they are used to dealing with people who know what they need. I guess this means they are not equipped nor interested in taking the time to help those of us that may not be quite sure.

Amazingly friendly and helpful. I can’t remember the name of the sales person who helped me (I think it was chase) but he treated me great and had me out the door just as fast as it took me to walk in

Would give no stars if I could. Gave me the wrong part after I asked him to double check it was the correct one. Cost me alot of time and money!

Andrew and his team are excellent. They always go above and beyond to help out and have great customer service. Would give 100 stars if i could.

The young lady with glasses who worked at 6 pm on September 16 is rude. She also recommended me the wrong product.

Raybestos best, lordco is awesome, but they dont have free coffee, or motorcycle parking, always overworked knowledgable freindly staff, they have always gave me a good price, charge to John Horgan

Port kells lordco has the friendliest staff, and best customer service. They really know their car parts!

Decent amount of stock, honestly I end up usually researching my own part numbers for the task at hand. It seems most staff have trouble finding easy items on the computer or don't know where to look.

Consider ONE example of bringing a belt in and asking for the next size down being shorter, getting handed the wrong belt length 2 times in a row, doing my own research and giving the staff a part number to get what I need.

I understand not everyone knows everything about every vehicle application, that being said when clear instructions are being given to the request made and still no understanding of the request is challenging.

Always quick service and knowledgeable staff.

Ordered a rack and pinion assembly, got it the same day, but started leaking. I called to return it and exchange, unfortunately there were none left in North America, for my nissan pathfinder. I spoke with Andrew, the manager, and he returned it no problem and even hooked me up with a gift card for my troubles. He was professional and empathetic to my situation. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing assistance with their vehicle

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus huge inventory I've hard to find parts for older vehicles usually on hand. If they don't have it they will get it then by the next morning. Just love Lordco. Locally owned success story

The staff here actually know what they're talking about. Counter staff have been more than accomodating helping me solve problems and the only time I had an issue the manager resolved it right away.

Best Lordco around in the lower mainland mainly because of a great leader at the store, Andrew Davie. I have been buying from Andrew since he was in the Newton store. Every store he goes to, he shines at and improves that location. I will continue to do business with Andrew and this location for as long as I own a vehicle.

Negative Reviews usually only get posted, so here is mine.

Ordered a part in on Monday to have it held for Friday. I received a call Tuesday to let me know it was in. I called again Friday morning to confirm it was there and I was coming in at 5 pm to pick it up, The Rep told me "Yes its here".

I arrived to pick it up and was told the part was "returned to the warehouse".
Extremely frustrating as the shop was booked to install it Saturday morning.
I was told they will bring it back in Saturday and it should be in by 11 am.

I call Saturday morning at 8: 15 am to get an update and was told by a different sales Rep, "I know nothing about it" I asked if he could look into it via my phone number or part #, he said "there's no paperwork so I don't know what you want me to do? " There is no teamwork behind this particular locations parts counter and the morning Rep was so unprofessional and rude. I was told "what do you want me to do? " many times. Eventually he told me to call back later and deal with someone else like the original sales Rep. He didn't even offer to make a call or "see what he could do"
His attitude and vocal tone is NOT what a customer sales rep should be.

I will definitely be contacting the manager today!

Call to ask for fuel cap told $7.and in stock. Get there the fuel cap is $20. I buy it anyways go to car in parking lot and it does not fit. Take it back to the counter where I just paid 3 min prior and I am told to go to back counter service area for the refund to get processed. So I do that. The clerk asks me if I want her to find the correct one since this one did t fit.why not get me the correct one to begin with? I said no thanks I will go to VW and pay twice the price and get better service. Then she tells me that she can’t do that refund cause that’s done by the cashier at the front of the store. It’s like an obstacle course contest. This reminds me of a government agency cluttered with red tape. Not acknowledging people as they stand there is also remarkable.

Lincoln Hankey is one of the best auto parts salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always finds me exactly what I need and if Lordco doesn’t carry it or can’t get it he always steers me in the right direction of where to find it. I spend lots of time and money at Lordco and I can honestly say if Linc wasn’t there both of those things would change. I come for the product but I stay for the customer service!

Impressed and pleased that Lordco was open past 7pm on a Tuesday. Everything is easy to find and always pleased with the service counter service and advice.

Prices are beyond the highest in the industry. Incomparable. Customer service is mediocre. Expect to wait while they answer multiple phone calls while you stand there

My husband and I went in just before closing on a Saturday evening and Jessica helped us with the parts we needed. She was so friendly, helpful and kind. Super impressed with her service and the young lady at the tillwas also friendly as well.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Davie the store manager for many years now. I have come to rely on his broad spectrum of product knowledge. He has always been polite and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend him or any of his store staff for excellent service. Thank you Andrew for always helping us with our company needs.

Bunch of morons. Didnt know where the drills were and refused to ask someone else because he assured me they didn't have one. Such a joke, no customer service what so ever any time I go in and they are at least double what Napa charges for parts.
Wouldn't be so bad if the employee didn't know, thats totally fine, but then go ask an employee that knows. Too much pride I guess.

Long wait times over the phone and in person (like 20 minutes over the phone for one simple item. Seriously.) Cashier was rude and prices are high.

The lordco in Langley was great the lady helped me and was ready when I asked her for what I needed

Close to home and they always have what your looking for. Wiper blades and some axle grease today.
