What happened to Lordco? Staff is great and friendly. 5 stars to them.
Prices are gouging. Most expensive place in town to get stuff. Always the last place I look now. It used to be the first place I looked for parts.
$6 for an exhaust gasket at CT. $24 at Lordco.are you kidding me.

A wonderful place to buy parts. You end up contemplating the meaning of life and how ruined the economy is everytime. A very existential experience.

In store service has always been awesome. But youguys gotta pay a little more so you don't get all these kids on the road delivering parts. Dude going up Carmi was driving like a dink

LORDCO needs to be more competitive with their prices. They sell lights, lube, wiring, car stuff. But they think they sell gold.

My ordered parts came really fast, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, Chris McKinon installed the wipers right away and I am grateful for all the wonderful help! Kudos Lordco Penticton you make us proud!

Showed up sunday morn 3 minutes before they officially open,
doors unlocked,
went in,
cashier rudely tells me they are not open yet,
I look at my watch, now 2 mins before they open.

I say "ok" and took my business to canadian tire.doubt I'll ever go back.
Summerland lordco is the exact opposite,
take your business there,
you'll be happier.

I've been in 5 times. Staff has always been excellent. I used to work for an auto parts warehouse years ago, so I understand just how many different parts there are for so many different vehicles and years, it's just not the easiest job in the world, but they seem to be completely competent. Girls at the front counter are always really really nice too. Haven't had a bad experience.

Awesome service, Jacob has helped us out multiple times and we always leave with exactly what we need.

The quality of customer service is hit or miss, depending on the staff member. The store is always extremely slow but they have a lot of stock. A good last resort.

Messed up my prepaid order.
Unsure of the process.
Employees need additional training before they are asked to help customers and potentially mess up the orders.

Poor customer service. Just walked out of the store. 6 employees working, no customer in the store other than me. Waited 10 minutes and then decided to leave and give my business to someone who cares for my time.
If management is reading this.check your camera from 16: 00 hrs to 16: 15 hrs.

Becky Johnson was super helpful. She took extra time to make double sure the part I was buying was the correct one. It was much appreciated

The service at the back counter was great they do try there best to get you the part you need. But the redhead at the front counter must be having a really bad day she was rude and was not happy to see people shopping on a sunday at all.

Neither gas stations nor department stores had the fuses I needed for my RV. I found them at Lordco!

Great service. I would have given 5 stars but they didn’t have a mount available for the winch we bought.

I went in yesterday looking for a relay and the counter guy argued with me. Counter guy “Theres no listing for your part.you will have to go straight to Ford” I lightly replied with “geez.well thats funny. ” He then gave a stern look and attitude and told me “that it is not funny”. I did some research on my phone and in 5 minutes had the part # and the I went back they did in fact have the part. Ill never use lordco without another option. Try Bumper to Bumper youll have less hassle and more help.

Some of the representatives there were helpful. Others were not. They accept women in the workforce there which is nice to see but damn are some of them rude. The one lady that worked there looked like she was some sort of manager but came from the back of the store just swearing away about her personal issues when there are kids there. Also most of the front desk people know nothing about vehicles or vehicle parts and will sell you the wrong part a few times before they get it right. All In all i need parts so will continue to go there but if those things keep up i will be having a discussion with the General Manager.

Terrible customer service. In a rush to get you off the phone as quick as possible. Not friendly or helpful at all.
