Customer service at this location was above and beyond my expectations! This is my go-to stop for any automotive needs. Clean friendly establishment with knowledgeable helpful staff to help you find parts and supplies for being able to complete your mechanical jobs.

Most of the parts counter staff at this location needs customer service training. They are rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. You want good helpful service go see the guys at the Valleyview location. They go above and beyond to help you find what you need, and offer arrogance free advice.

Great service and helpful staff 99% of the time they have the parts I need or they can tell me what location I can pick it up from.

Have never been treated so negatively and with so much attitude by a parts employee. We won’t be back.

Parts people aren’t very knowledgeable, not interested in actually looking for parts if it doesn’t jump out, also not very good at finding parts when you can go online and find part numbers for stuff they say doesn’t exist, go to Napa or Bumper to bumper

Some of the worst pricing I've seen in decades. Ball joints, 178 for the uppers and 189 for the lowers. Each. Rockauto, moog ball joints. 32$ and 36$. Price gauging at its finest. I don't think I'll ever be giving lordco any of my business ever again. A steady 80-90$ higher for parts anywhere in town. This place needs to face reality and have huge price adjustments. Shame on you guys.

Being on hold three times for 10 mins and the lack of employee says hello three times quick and hung up all three times! Such cowards!

There was a kid named Jordan who went above and beyond to find us a part to rig together and fix a transmission issue. He needs a huge raise and is an amazing person to work there. Thank you so much buddy, you changed our whole trip by spending the time finding that part. We owe you BIG. Seriously Lordco, give this kid a raise.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly, and the environment is really relaxed. Reasonable prices.

I broke down in the middle of a trip from Fort St. Johns to Oliver in the parking lot of this Lordco. The staff were so helpful, even though the part I needed was not available, they helped me get my truck going enough to make it home. The staff went above and beyond by lending me tools, coming out and having a look, and just being pleasant, and fun to deal with. Very grateful to all of you!

Loedco is on of the best auto parts stores in the area worked with them for over ten years. Keep up the good work.

The guys were great, got served right away, got everything I needed except one thing had to be ordered in, which came in the next day and I picked it up after lunch. Nick was awesome.

I have never been spoken to as rudely and with as much thinly veiled hatred as when I came In and simply asked "Ted" for some conduit.

Very great place to get help and advice when you need it. Most places are chauvinistic and rude to me when I walk in as a female, however they go above and beyond here. ESPECIALLY Jules. Wow, talk about amazing customer service. Everytime I go in, he is extremely kind and courteous to help me find what I need and his advice is quite literally life and time saving. THANK YOU!

Pretty much the same as any lordco anywhere. This one is the biggest in town and most likely to have what you need

I was surprised to find parts for my 93' S-10 in stock, also had other parts ordered and was shipped by the next day. Gotta love it

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of parts and convenient, however there list prices for some products are quite expensive.

I had a bad customer service from them, when i came for a returning an item they showed me a bad face and i was really irritated with it. They should really say to their employees to show a good fave to customer no matter what they are undergoing outside workspace.

Go see Dawson, he will help you find what ever you need! Always provides the best customer service. I come to this location just to see him.

Way too expensive at lordco. I avoid buying from lordco at all costs but I had to buy some brake pads last min due to an accident were I broke the new pads I just bought. So I went there because it was late at night and big mistake. I paid the price for those brakes pads. What a mistake. I’m going to make sure I let everyone I know to stay away from lordco. Just go to Napa if you really need a part or buy parts online at amazon or eBay. Way more realistic prices.

I’m going to look into it but I’d say a car dealership might be cheaper then lordco, then atleast your getting genuine auto parts. Not over priced knock offs ugh.

My questions were answered in a very snarky condescending tone and my friends that have gone to this specific location have said the same. You have a job as a parts person because people don’t know what part to get for their car. Very moody negative vibe in store.

Great service, super tidy. I had purchased quite a few items, but didn't want to take a plastic bag if it was all going to live in the back of my trunk anyways. So teller went out of his way to grab me a cardboard box which was stellar.

I totally refuse to buy anything from this place. Nothing has prices and it will depend who you see for parts whether you get a fair price. They always gouge you unless you actually ask ' is that the best you can do'.
Hate this place especially some of the arrogant muppets on the parts desk.
