5 people at the counter, one busy with a personal call, 3 on computers and the other who knows. Horrible “service” I got tired of being ignored and left, I went to bumper to bumper and I’ll never go to this lordco again.

The service employees here are very knowledgeable and are very helpful. They have a large selection of auto parts, and if it is not they can order it quickly.

After a wonderful family (2 kids in tow) road trip from Vancouver Island to the middle of Saskatchewan and back, our alternator decided to quit and no one in Salmon Arm was able to help us because it was a Sunday at 3 in the afternoon. Thank goodness Lordco was still open! Your Gary K was full of knowledge, very helpful, very kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel looked after and valued as customers. He definitely helped put our stress at ease and even answered our questions about changing the alternator, as we’ve never done it before! We made it home safe and sound and are very appreciative of Lordcos hours and choice of staff. SO IMPRESSED.
