Wow, Lordco wants $159 for a fibreglass kit. I can buy the same thing at Canadian tire for just over $50. That’s an insane markup.

Today, I don't know If it was management at Lorco, but it wasn't a pleasant interaction. He gave me a hard time about returning a tool that wasn't used. I called in beforehand and was assisted by a friendly staff and said it would be okay. The gentleman I went to ask for the return, I'm guessing, was the manager and asked why he said yes; he was not the manager. I like most of the employees, but today, my first interaction with him was very off-putting, and I wouldn't say I liked how he treated the rest of the staff, who were very friendly.

Some employees I get excellent service from are Cody, James, Dan and a few other regulars.

Largest selection of automotive parts in British Columbia by far. They’re prices are competitive and they have lots of knowledgeable staff / counter employees who can advise you about parts.

Family run company started here in BC being taking over by the original owners children, now they’re kids and working there. 3 generations of family work there, well done Lordco!

Excellent service once again. I called them for an alternator, and even though they didn't have stock on hand, they got one in within a couple hours. A friendly staff member called me back to let me know it's ready for pick up. It is a perfect replacement, works great, and a good price. Above all, the friendly staff always helps me out finding the items I need, making the visit enjoyable and stress free. Thank you Lordco Richmond.

Courteous staffs, well stocked and reasonable priced (with account). It's not as good deal as online but you get the parts quick.

First guy hung up on me, second guy seemed to be in a very grumpy mood when I asked for clarification. Will take my business elsewhere, and you guys should do the same.

The guys are great when ever I need a autopart if I don't get it online Lordco is the place to go.

Great customer service, they were able to help me out and I learned just a little bit more about car parts.

Called in to look for a set of angled valve stems. It’s kinda special it end up lordco don’t carry that product. But the staff was super helpful. He took my number and did research in their inventory and even phoned me back twice. Even though he didn’t found the exact product that I’m looking for. But i had never experienced such a good customer service at any auto parts store. Big thumbs up!
