The gentleman at the front cash thinks it’s acceptable to be sarcastic and arrogant as I pulled up a 3rd party member number for discounts. He seemed to think it was acceptable to make a comment such as “since you’re so confident, ” as he punched in the discount without proof of membership making it seem as if he was doing us such a huge favour and then proceeding to laugh cause I didn’t want a receipt? Relax bud

Terrible customer service, I have visited this location twice and spend over 3 hours in total, and ended up being turned away because they could not help and ask to wait 30 minutes until someone will finish their break. Better choose NAPA

Employee sher was so informative and helpful hes the best at this location 10/10 I only come to this location because these guys don't suck and everyone is so helpful and great!

These guys suck. I can order a part.get a call saying it's in and by the time I get there they have lost it.twice now. Not impressed but the only place to get things.we need a competitor for these guys.customer service here sucks

Very rude worker, one in particular always gives bad attitude. Wasted my time and literally acts like he’s does not care about helping customers. I understand they probably don’t get paid much but showing customers attitude and looking angry does not cut it

Great store they have most any car or truck parts and accessories and there open till 8: 00 pm almost every day

This location is my go to place. I get help right away and the employees know what they're doing. They suggest the best parts.

Dropped in for some replacement wiper blades yesterday. Wesley found the right blades, explained the options and then helped me install them in the lot. Super experience and highly recommended.

I wish I got the guy I was talking to name because he was so much help. Such good customer service especially coming from a different lordco location that didn’t give me any service at all. Thank you to whoever helped me over the phone

I phone this place and I asked about some alternator brushes for a geo metro.
The guy said we don’t sell brushes we only sell alternators.
I said you used to have a fleet of geo metros as delivery vehicles so you carry a few weird parts that you only carry for those.
He said before I could continue we don’t sell them I said can I have your name please he said no and slammed the phone down.
So then I phoned north v@n where I bought them before spoke to a tech there I knew and he gave me the part number in 30 seconds. I asked if he could have them sent to south van, he said better you phone up give your contact info.so you can be identified upon pick up…. Makes sense.this time I got a guy who’s name was Sher.what a great guy, he took the part number looked them up but then checked it was what I wanted anyway.
I picked them up no problem.

They put you on hold saying that couple of minutes but actually don’t even care for 30mins. And when you try to call them back the employee threatens to block the number. Is this even a joke? We buy parts from you guys.try to treat your customers in a rightful manner. I would not recommend buying anything from this Lordco location.

I accidentally bought the wrong low beam lights and found the correct pair cheaper elsewhere so I was hoping for a refund but I was denied. I wish one of their sales associates told me their refund policy before purchasing.

Was given an incorrect part by this location to fix a engine code. Code persisted after and had to be taken to a mechanic to diagnose then to find that the new part given was incorrect. This mistake cost me almost a full days labor to the mechanic.
