They were very rude with me when I said that I am getting this part at cheap price on amazon from same company. They also gave lame excuses that same brand has different quality for same product on amazon

I ordered a timing belt kit and water pump at the Lordco Show in April 3,2023. It is now July 25th and the parts have not arrived. When I called the store to ask when the parts would arrive, the sales person had no idea, passed the buck, and told me to call the head office in Coquitlam. Poor delivery on parts and poor customer service.

The staff drove the company car dangerously and put me and my child in danger.
I was going straight down the road near this branch, and a speeding Lordco car suddenly made a right turn and cut into my lane. He almost caused a crash or rear-end collision. I was startled and honked, then he gave me the middle finger and drove off, way over the speed limit. He was speeding about 90 km/h or over on 50 km/h road.
This person should not drive a car and have to be fired.

When cashier threw a receipt, it's typically not a great experience! I knew exactly what I wanted, in & out was about 5 minutes; when i paid and cashier attached my receipts together, she threw it on counter; becuase my 7 yrs old son was with me, I decided not to say anything, I said thank you and walked out.
