Second time I've dealt with that they didn't order the right parts. They don't give no update, even with a damn phoen number they still couldn't

July 29,2023- I have been back a few times and should have given a review update but forgot. Came in today and the service was professional and the staff knowledgeable when it came to finding all my parts. If they didn't have it they either direct me to another store, or order it in within a couple days which is the option I chose. I love this location even though there are others nearer to me because of the great service. All locations have excellent service, I just prefer this larger location. I took some videos and pictures this time around. Thanks again for your amazing team of staff and service!

Excellent service. Found the parts I needed the first time. I even got a deal on some LED headlights that work great. LowBeam HighBeam and day time running lights all worked. Deal was a sale for 99 and even shops could not get it cheaper. Felt good to get a deal without an account for once. Thank you.

You need to be a Punjabi to work there! I applied for a job 3 times even I have an excellent experience as a driver. But unfortunately I'm not a Punjabi.

Reserved a part for my car over the phone. When I went to collect there was no record of my reservation and I was given what ended up to be the wrong part. Rival parts store was 30% less in price, the right part and was able to search online with the cars VIN. Far easier to ensure the correct parts for less money elsewhere for me.

Take exit 33 from willingdon ave and then first left to still creek, then it will be easy to back in here from your side, there were just 2 docks for pickups in semi truck. Its was my 2nd time here for pickup in other employees are good but old man rude, don’t know how to talk if someone asking or requesting. And its his job. If you request anyone there to load higher pallets first they will say its mess up we don’t know whats coming next.

Weekday afternoon visit to this location.
Parking lot full no place to park.
No street parking. Lose sale.

I have witnessed some appalling behavior from the staff here. 1) They plowed snow across the sidewalk in December creating a two-foot wall to try to attempt to walk over. There is a bike path on one side and a fence on the other; impossible to go around. It's your responsibility to keep the public safe. 2) The workers and drivers smoke on the sidewalk. This is impeding our right to fresh clean air as we walk to and from work. Fence one side, bike path the other, impossible to go around. It's your responsibility to keep the public safe. There is an area on your massive lot for your staff to smoke in, instruct them to this location. 3) The trucks are CONSTANTLY parked on the sidewalk, impeding our safe pathway to and from work. I almost was smoked by a car leaving the lot since it couldn't see around the truck. These examples are clear indications of your staff's lack of care and respect for the public. It's a shame that I have to do the job of your paid Safety Officer, identifying hazards that you should rectify immediately. Again, it's your job to keep the public safe.

I ordered a throttle body for my car 400 dollars waited five hours called three times finely when part arrived I went to pickup young guy brought the part out box was old dirty I asked him to open the box when I opened it was somebody core returned when I told him this is a used he talked rude to me Kyle he is best and some other still go back most of them very nice I don't know his name rude guy

The lady I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable, would have been five stars if they supplied a code reader for the engine. I will definitely return to this store!

Contact Lordco all the time, Kyle at this location is great. Respectful, and actually makes attempts to find your parts. Will definitely call again when looking for parts.

Ps. I work at a shop and on vehicles all the time. Work with lots of different Part shops.

Second Lordco I visited today because of poor stock. This location also had poor stock. More a combination of poor selection to begin with and out of stock to boot. I was looking for front license plate bracket and cover (universal fit). I do want to say that I appreciate having Lordco as a resource in general.

Chris was SO helpful and knowledgeable about the parts that I needed for my 2013 Ford Fusion. Plus he gave me a couple of options I hadn't considered. Excellent customer service!

Ma & pa part store the has grown, never have a problem with my parts. I give the Coates family a big Thank You for keeping a great selection of parts & supplies. I belong to a highly trained elite rescue service in BC. Our rescue fleet are always in tip top shape, cleaned & maintained.

Very rude staff. Walked in and waited in line at the front to pick up a part I had reserved. The woman at the cash gave me attitude like why was I standing there waiting for service when it's literally her job. I was simply waiting until she was done the transaction before me. After she asked rudely what I wanted, I told her I was picking up a part then she said (again with a very rude tone) that the guys in the back would have it (it was my first time there and I'm a first time vehicle owner so I had no idea how things worked there). Way to go on the staff training LORDCO. Just an overall very bad experience and will not be returning.

Spent $150 and treated like I was begging for quarters I'll try Napa, Canadian tire or by online next time.

Great customer service! Not all the consumables are in stock but they will order it for you and it will arrive fast.

Went for the cheap pads for my cavalier they wanted double canadian tire did and napa why do I even bother coming here it's a total waste of my time

Staff were very friendly, prompt service even when busy, and they're able to get basically whatever I need in a timely manner. I frequently visit several Lordco locations, and this is one of my favorite just because the satff consistently provide good service.

Very nice experience at this location looking for a particular part for my car. The parts representative was very helpful and aided me with my request, making sure it was the correct part before getting the item from their stock. While paying for the item at the cashier, the representative passed me a membership sign-up and let me know about the rates and discounts which was insightful. Overall a great location, good selection in stock, store nicely setup and clean, most importantly staff were very professional.
