Tony at Lougheed Acura went above and beyond to answer all our questions. As a salesperson he is very thorough with product knowledge that in my opinion is exceptional.

He took us through our new Acura RDX ASpec and showed us all the features while respecting our time. We felt no "sales pressure".

Finanace manager was also great and so was the Licensing and insurance person at the dealership.

In  the end we got a great deal. This made our car buying experience wonderful.

Will definitely skip Langley Acura and Burrard Acura as the sales people there were rude and pushy.

We trust them to take the best care of our cars, and we trust their word and expertise when it comes to any issues and concerns. They have always been and continue to be upfront and 100% honest with us and provide the best solutions in all matters. Scott Bagnall is our guy. We would 100% recommend.

The worst dealer experience of my life. Purchased many cars before. Worked in the business before too, in sales, in finance, as a manager, sales trainer etc. Long story short, put a deposit down on a 23 model year van. Did a hard credit check etc. They call me back to tell me I’m approved, and mention the unit is the same unit but it’s a 2022. Not the same unit I put my money on. I’ve been calling now many times to get my deposit refunded ($1000). Nobody has called back. Maybe now you will when you see this review. Don’t lie, treat customers with honesty and respect and see how far business will take you. Not the right way to do business.

My experience with Lougheed Acura yesterday, was top notch service from all the staff. From the very first moment upon arrival everyone was very helpful and made the experience easy. Big thank you's to everyone.

I was referred here by an acquaintance back in March 2019, who highly recommended this dealership and referred me to the GM to lease a 2019 TLX TECH package.

Since I bought the car, I haven't had a good experience with it. Had a lease carry over, charged extra fees when I was told there were none and wouldn't have a carry over. Was also sold a defective car with no rear heated seats working.

Long story short, Lougheed Acura representatives and sales/service teams didn't know the car had rear heated seats, I had to call another dealership to verify/confirm the car had rear heater seats.

Almost had to bring it in for service 3 times, but luckily only 2 times. First time was after a 5 hours service appointment the and realized something wasn't working. Part was backed ordered and they will call us when it's available.

Went in January 2020 and got the car fixed within 2 hours which was nice.

After picking up the car, I read the service paper and it said that the car was missing a part and it was never installed. So the dealership gave me a defective car and didn't inspect it properly when they sold it.

Pretty disappointed on my overall experience and it hasn't even been a year since I had this car, but if I were to buy another Acura, it wouldn't be from this dealership

Updated: I emailed them like they asked me to, it's been 2 weeks and no reply from the dealership. Try to email Patrice but their email is too full.

Updated again: I had purchase extra insurance for my tires and rims that was told it would cover tire and rim damage, tried to get it fix. Unfortunately they said it's not covered. Be careful when you purchase insurance from here. They never tell you the truth.

Tony went above and beyond to help us get our new vehicle. He stayed an hour and half after closing on a long weekend just to make sure we could take our vehicle home. I would highly recommend you visit Tony for your next vehicle.

Chris Choi is a awesome salesmen to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had when I purchased my 2023 Integra, which was also my first vehicle. He made the process very smooth and did not add any unwanted markups. If you come to Acura and are looking for a car Chris is the man to look for. Also a shoutout to Jacquelyn Ng from the financial department for helping me out!

We ran into a self inflicted lost lock nut situation on our Acura and the Lougheed Acura team team was awesome. They went out of their way to help us figure it out which has never been our experience in dealerships. Special shout out to apprentice Ethan, he was fantastic.

We recently purchased an Acura RDX with the help of Chris Choi. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy and enjoyable. He took the time to go through all of the details of the vehicle with us ensuring we understood all of its features. Also, there was an issue that had to be dealt with after we purchased the vehicle. The service department was very helpful and resolved the issue promptly.

Came in wanting to purchase the new integra from Stephen Xie. I asked for them to appraise my vehicle while I was on my test drive. They didn’t and wouldn’t tell me any numbers or help me with my trade in unless I promised a deal that day because they said it was a lot of work. How am I supposed to promise a deal when you won’t tell me how much I’m paying?

Wonderful costomer service by Chris in sales deportment and Sam in Service. Both were Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable for last two years that I bought my car from Lougheed Acura. Highly recommend

Sales man Steven is very nice and very patiences in introducing to us their different SUV's. The options that we have if we decided to buy one, he is very thorough in explaining the differences of each SUV's that were looking at were choosing the RDX and there are different categories and Steven was able to zoom and explain what are options and still live to us the decision making with out pressure we feel very comfortable in taking to us.and over all staffing very accommodating and friendly nice environment. We are Happy with our purchase.

The exception customer service while purchasing a Vehicle from Gurp Mangat made the car buying experience great, no pressure sale with commitment to customer happiness. The purchase of the my RDX took no time at all i paid a deposit and picked up the car a few days later with no issue delays. Josh Se was awesome in the business office explained everything quickly and got me out the door into my new SUV with just a few signatures he was great guy informative and professional. We came in to do some window shopping on a Saturday morning and maybe take a car for a test drive to try and narrow down what I'd like as a replacement for my beloved Charger. Lmaoo I called for a tensioner pulley. The lady is telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and is giving me false information about my car. Made it 30 times more confusing then it had to be. Why is someone working in parts but doesn’t know parts. A tensioner pulley for the ac belt lol. I tried explaining it’s the belt in the middle above the alternator and under the power steering etc.it goes directly into the ac compressor. It’s a belt for only ac and the pulley tensioner on it is what I need Lol

Absolute worst dealership around. Service staff is Unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Purchased a MDX from here and from day one the truck was a lemon. First 5 months of ownership we drove their loaner cars more than our own SUV. Vehicle clearly was damaged before it was sold to us new, as upon taking to a outside bodyshop the entire passenger side of our vehicle had been repainted and repaired, purchased vehicle brand new at sticker price and was never given any Information of transit damage or damage caused by the dealership.

Just when I thought all hope is lost, Lougheed Acura pulls thru helping me fix my Acura MDX. Sam at service was very helpful and thorough in helping me with my vehicle since November, and the service was amazing. Explained to me what went thru diagnosing my vehicle, what steps needed to be taken after fixing one problem to resolve the next, etc. Even Amy in parts helped me purchase a part I needed for repair over the phone with no issues to speed up the time for the part to get in so I can repair my vehicle sooner than later. Even with covid and the delays for everything, the team managed to get the part in sooner than later, as well as get my vehicle returned to me before the weekend. Hard to find a place thats honest and transparent and Lougheed Acura did not disappoint. Will be back for future service visits.

However, Gurp made the whole thing seem easy. He was honest, genuine and straightforward. Gurp went out of his way to make the deal happen. Hi, First & last experience from this Location, bought my car from here and its worst experience. False information on car. After they sold you the don’t care about anything. Worst service ever. Never go there to if you want to avoid hassle.

We just purchased our first new 2021 RDX from Lougheed Acura. The experience was excellent from start to finish.

All the staff were polite and courteous. Chris Choi explained everything about the car. He was not pushy or demanding at all. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was calm and trustworthy and took his time to show us all the features of our new vehicle.

Basil was also very polite and not pushy when explaining the financing and extended warranty. He explained everything in detail and didn’t pressure us into anything.

Overall, a great experience in purchasing our very first Acura. Time will tell on how well of a vehicle it is but if it’s anything like the great people at Lougheed Acura, I’m sure our new car will last a very long time!

People often scoff when they hear I take my 2005 Acura EL in to the dealership for service. “You’re overpaying…” “They’ll try to upsell you…” and other well meaning, unsolicited advice.

In the 5 years I’ve been getting my car serviced at Lougheed Acura, I’ve yet to have any regrets. The service team is knowledgeable, trustworthy, incredibly accommodating and friendly. I've never felt like they were recommending unnecessary service and the confidence I have in their workmanship is worth the price. Cannot recommend them enough.

A great experience with Lougheed Acura. Gurp and Robert helped us find a great used car that fit within our budget and that met our needs. They were very helpful, checked-in with us throughout the process, and are still helping us with any questions or needs that we have. I would stay away from this dealership in general and especially the parts department. I called about some fluid and parts and after I bought them and looked at the invoice I noticed the price of the items were far more expensive than other dealerships had quoted me. After calling another Acura dealership and a Honda dealership they confirmed that their parts were much cheaper. When I spoke to the Lougheed Acura manager he said “We’re Acura and that’s why our parts are more expensive” When I was trying to confirm how much fluid went in my differential I was confronted with immediate attitude from both the parts department and parts department manager.they were quoting me an entire litre more than what my vehicles owner manual states which tells me when you get your vehicle serviced there they are overcharging you. I can almost guarantee that someone at Lougheed Acura will respond to this with a completely different story. Don’t believe anything they say it’s a dealership people.

I purchased an RDX and am very happy with my vehicle. Steven was very professional and easy to deal with; and all the staff were great. I recommend this dealership.

My experience with this dealer ship was horrible. We had gone in and put an offer on a RDX. The sale rep didn’t agree so we left. He then called in the evening and gave us a better deal than he was offering earlier. We headed in the next day to sign the paperwork. We signed the mutually agreed documents stating the final price of the vehicle and He took our visa to charge the deposit. A few minutes later the manger comes with the paperwork. He had crossed out the deal that was made and had written a completely different price. He started coming up with excuses about how he cannot give us the written deal that already had been signed. These guys wasted our time!

I’ve brought my 2016 MDX in to this dealership a handful of times and Rod from the service department has given premium service every time. I am very happy with this dealership and love the amazing customer service that Rob provides. If you’ve ever had the chance to interact with him, you know what I’m talking about. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently had a very complex request, other locations either rejected to assisst or were not able/willing to accommodate it conveniently. Then it got done in Lougheed Acura like it was nothing.
I worked directly with Patrice Corteau (sales manager), Basil Choy (Finance Manager) and Guri (Insurance agent), they all took not one but many extra steps to make sure I get the best deal and service.
To be honest I’m not used to fully trust a dealership agent, somehow it feels weird to say I really trust they did all they could to make things workout perfectly for me.
The same is with their service dept.there is an overall nice vibe there.
I’m sure I’ll pick this location over any other in vancouver.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everyone was helpful and supportive. Steven and Basil took the time to answer all of my questions and it was a seamless purchase. Excellent service and care all-around.

I took my 2012 MDX for Servicing at Acura. While waiting for my car, I walked around the empty showroom and took a look between the 2020 and the 2022 MDX. I have been thinking of trading my car in for a new one depending on how much my car could potentially be worth as a trade in value. There was a sales representative (Robert) standing near me in the empty show room at the time who didn't greet me or asked if I needed any help.

While going between the two cars I had accidentally spilled coffee on myself and bit onto the floor. I asked the sales representative (Robert) if he knew where I could find some tissue. Silently he gestured (in a dismissive and rude way) pointing to the service area.

I went back to the floor and wiped up the coffee drips after grabbing a damp paper towel and wanted to ask someone what my car would be worth it I was to do a trade in.

I approached someone but he was busy and referred me to Chris. Chris was busy on the phone so he asked Robert to assist me.

I explained to Robert that I wanted to know what my current MDXs value is as a trade in. Robert insisted on correcting me that I was asking for an "appraisal".

However, Robert refused to give me an approximate trade in value for my MDX because he thinks that I had no intention on buying a car at the moment.

To my dismay, the Service Advisor was able to get me in touch with the Sales Manager who was able to give me a rough estimate as how much was car was worth as in a trade in value.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Robert. I find the service he gave to be very unprofessional. This was the worst experience I've encountered. I felt judged and pressured just because I didn't intend to purchase a car on the spot. Is this how you treat your clients?

I would highly recommend this dealership. Initially inquired via chat and the response was so quick. So lucky to have Robert Chan assisted us in giving us a great deal. Everything was smooth and he was so patient in all our concerns. Very nice guy. Also, Basil ang Josh was very nice and professional dealing on the financial part of the purchase. We stopped in to Lougheed Acura to have a look at the pre-owned cars and ended up speaking with Chris Choi who steered us into looking at an RDX that had just been brought in on a trade. I drove it and loved it and we bought it! Thank you Chris for making the process so easy and telling us about this fine car. It may be the last car I ever buy.

I purchased a 3 year old car from Steven as soon as it came on their lot, they hadn't had a chance to clean it. I like the vehicle and I purchased it with the promise that they'll detail it before I pick it up the next day. The next day I go to pick up the car, and Steven walks me to the wrong car I didn't purchase, then after waiting an hour brings me my car that was barely cleaned (crumbs on the seats, spill marks, stickers on the inside of the windshield). To his credit, after complaining the next day, they did detail the car - but only at our request.

Due to this I will not be bringing my vehicle to this dealership for servicing, I will take somewhere that respects their customers enough to not let them drive away in a filthy car. Was it even sanitized for covid, I'm not even sure. Zero professionalism.

One of the best experiences, great service, highly recommend Nicole from the service dept. She is by far the best service advisor. She tried hard to help me out in every possible way.

Be prepared to be Wowed by the sales service at this dealership. I was dreading buying a car as the process can be a bit daunting, overwhelming and uncomfortable. Patrice was kind, professional and thoughtful of my needs so that I was not being shortchanged or steered in the wrong direction. He knew his inventory and product; he simplified the difference between trim levels so I could choose what was relevant for me. So now the hard part, negotiation! There were no mind games, no good guy/bad guy, just a straight forward approach giving you the best option from the get go, leaving no room to say much, except Thank you! Oddly enough I left the dealership feeling happy and stress free. I have to say that as a person who changes cars every 3 years, this was a first, in terms of a truly exceptional customer experience. Today was delivery day, went to the dealership excited and also anxious about the paperwork, often there is a lot of up selling that happens at this stage. Again, I was impressed with the finance person Basil, he was thoughtful about matching my needs and/or accepting my ‘no thank you’ without being heavy handed. Usually at this point, you are feeling pretty worked over —- looking forward to having the process over with. I can honestly say that I survived the paperwork and was not looking for the first exit but content. Moving on to the final stage of Insurance, this again was a smooth process, Guri and Robby were fantastic. Patrice was so good to check up on me, to see if I was doing well each time I sat with someone new. Patrice made sure I walked away feeling great about the purchase and spared no expense to make it a happy moment! I would highly recommend taking your business to Acura Lougheed for a truly luxury experience.

I never liked going vehicle shopping because I dont like the sales people hovering over me and trying to sell me a vehicle I do not want to buy. Yesterday when I went to Lougheed Acura I was greeted by Robert whom was exactly who I was looking for. He is a calm, gentle man who knows his job very well. I told him why I was there and he helped me the whole way through the buying process of my new vehicle. Not once did he make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He gave me my freedom and respected me when i told him I did want to go look at one other vehicle just for the reference. I was already sure I wanted to buy the vehicle I went there to see but again he allowed me that freedom without any pressure. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this man. Basil Choy did very good job while I was buying out the RDX today. He was very patient to explain detail of the Sales’s contract and terms of extended warranty. I was satisfied with his offer and got the contract dealt amicably.

We recently traded in our 2014 ILX for a 2017 ILX at Lougheed Acura and the entire process was excellent. They offered us top dollar for our trade and took care of all the details from star to finish in an excellent manner. Chris and Patrice in Sales and Josh in Finance were excellent to deal with.

Just bought a 2019 RDX. Went in to test drive RDX 2 weeks ago and met Vu Hoang. You have to ask for him if you are looking for an Acura. He is great to deal with, no sales pressure (that will come later when you make an offer to sales manager). Vu is knowledgeable of all the features and functions of the car, pleasant to deal with.
At pick up time, he went out of his way to ensure you have a clean, polish car waiting and a wonderful experience.
Make sure you know what you want and have unhaggle pricing so you can negotiate your price. Excellent place to buy a car unlike other dealers except Acura dealer in Vancouver.

I bought a car from Lougheed Acura for my wife as a birthday present. This was to be a surprise so I needed help coordinating everything and my sales person Chris Choi was great.i could not have pulled it off without him.
