I have been with Lougheed Mall Dental for the past few years and have always had positive experiences. The dentists, the dental assistants, and the reception team are professional and friendly. They make me feel at ease and explain the procedures. I have always been extremely fearful of going to the dentist but feel quite confident with the dentists here. They make every effort to help make me feel comfortable. Thank you so much.

I have done cleaning and redone 3 tooth fillings which were broken and I am fully satisfied with all the work and I highly recommend her to others.

Lougheed Mall Dental Group was extremely diligent on relieving my discomfort. I emailed the night before and was in the following day, and taken care of quickly. They are amazing! The staff are very nice and personable.

I got a a call less than 24 hours before my regular cleaning appointment and was told that I must have x-ray and examination tomorrow. The lady said if I don’t do examination and x-ray this time, they couldn’t do cleaning any more. I wasn’t told about this when I booked the appointment months ago. I didn’t get any information about this either during one phone confirmation and two text message confirmations. And if I want to reschedule or cancel the appointment tomorrow, they need to charge $100. If I knew all of these I would’ve either reschedule or cancel this appointment earlier, or reschedule my work accordingly. But now seems like I got no other choices but cancel the thing and pay $100 for nothing.

I want to appreciate from Dr. Azadeh for her kind attention and alert observation.

Great team all around! I’ve been coming to Lougheed Dental for a long time now and today I had my cleaning by Meral:) she’s wonderful, helpful and always does an excellent job on my teeth. My gums, teeth can be sensitive at times and it’s always a good experience for me because she is very careful and pays close attention when cleaning.

I look forward to my appointments with her and Dr. Agarwal. Dr. A is very knowledgeable, kind, he recommends and explains what the best ways to care for my teeth are. I’ve had fillings done by him and it was no problem. He is careful and pays attention to the work ensuring no pain, in my experience. He’s a great person and superb Dentist:)

My first time here. I have a huge fear of dentists but my visit here was very pleasant and I'm ACTUALLY looking forward to my next appt.

August 2023, just had my part 2 of 2 cleaning sessions. I'm really happy with this place. Definitely going to keep up on my dental maintenance. Thanks to my pleasant visits here, which I previously dreaded at other places.

I was rather weary after having a bad experience with a nearby dental clinic, so this was precisely what I needed. Class acts from the front staff, to the hygienist, right to the dentist himself; it made for as pleasant a dental experience as one can expect.

Such lovely kind dentists and hygienists. I have some anxiety with dental procedures but they are always so patient with me, non judgemental and willing to be flexible according to my needs. All the staff here are fantastic. Truly recommend this place.

It was very nice to see such great customer service. From the front Ed to the Dentist an Rolan. I am personally in high end customer service where the customers definitely matter. This place gets a 10 out of 10 on all counts.

Dr. Deljouie is great doctor, so happy to find him after lots of research and reading reviews. He is friendly, respectful, and knows the job very well.

I have started coming to this dental office since early 2022 and never one time I had to wait for more than 5 mins with an appointment. 3 dentists helped in total throughout the one year and each one of them are knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. So happy to have found a dental office that I love going back to.

The service is kind and good Hygenist gave me pro bono polishing once because he felt my teeth needed it. Probably not common, but very appreciated. They worked hard to fit me in before too at last minute, within a day or two. So far, nothing they've said they cannot do on my teeth (have history of dentist who could not fix a tooth at OTHER place). So yep, 5*

Dr Ankit is a rude and condescending man. He is not only disrespectful to his patients but also his staff. Where did he get his dental certification from?

Been putting off having a molar crown for many years with another dentist. However Dr. A had me convinced to finally do it with his amazing charm! His details and patience as well as friendly staff just won me over!

Started coming here after lockdown lifted and not having regular checkups for a year yet something is different.the scaling here is intense and makes me bleed like never before, and the water spray and handling the suction make for a poor experience. Teeth feel very clean after but I’m considering going elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, willing to work with your schedule and happy to offer help understanding differnt treatment plans and insurance information.

I can recommend Dr. Raziee, but I would not go to this clinic knowing that Ankit Agarwal is practicing dentistry. He is a very bitter and angry man.

Dr. Ankit Agarwal is such a great dentist who is very calm and explains you why's of the issue you are facing with your teeth and gums. He properly examines everything and gives you proper diagnosis. Just the best dentist I have visited in a while now

I have been coming to Lougheed Mall Dental Group for about 3 years. I love that they are open seven days/week. The flexibility for appointments is key for me. Any work that needs doing is completely explained. The staff are professional and caring. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new dental group.

Kind and gentle. EDIT: Dr Ghasemi was informative and honest. I am afraid of dentists from some pretty bad childhood dental trauma. Normally, I would use ativan (or more) even for a checkup. Today was an emergency, no sedation, and I didn't need it. That is how gentle Dr G was even when she was poking at my swollen gums.:)

The receptionist is the worst, they make an appointment one month earlier but when I went to clinic they are off for long weekend and the next time when they ask me to come on appointment schedule I was there and they are closed for construction and when I call them they refer me to thrive dental clinic and the thrive clinic didn’t have my record and need to again make an appointment.

I suggest them to do the communication through email to keep a record and everything should be official, not only phone call.

I really like the service provided by Dr. Agarwal. He is really educated and nice doctor. I have been to various dentist before, but never satisfied with their service. I have found this dental office, last year and really liked this. I am really satisfied with the root canal therapy provided by Doctor Agarwal today and he is very professional in his approach. And very honest - told me all the pros and cons of therapy before and provided me with the best ever experience. The whole staff is really nice and helpful - assistant and receptionist. Overall, the best place to go for any dental emergencies or regular checkup. Really satisfied with their service. Love this place!

I went there today for dental emergency and I love how dr.helped me as I was in very pain since last two days. He performed root canal therapy and throughout the process he was making sure, if I am okay. I was very scared before, that it would be painful but I didn’t felt any pain, It was totally painless and was very comfortable process. I am very happy with the service. Thankyou for such a nice experience ️️

I received excellent service and care at this dental clinic. I needed an immediate root canal and filing done, they got me in the following day. Both the dentist and staff did everything possible to make it an easy and comfortable experience! Highly recommend this team!

I was happily impressed with the gentleness of procedures and thoroughness of explanations of every step. The words “root canal” at first scared me, but part one is done, and I have every confidence that they will complete the job with the same care as they have for this first part.

First off: I LOVE LOVE LOVE the dentists and hygienists here, but have had multiple issues with the front desk staff making errors over the years I've been a client. The last error was the last straw for me and it is time to take my business elsewhere.

Great experience. Very easy to book appointment and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional with theie assessment and treatment. Our family goes here now and will definitely recommend.

I had my teeth cleaned by Meryl. She did a fantastic job with little discomfort. She took the time to explain the details about how her cleaning will go with my particular teeth situation. She was very thorough yet quick. I had a cosmetically bad looking tooth on a crown that a different dental office I had been with for decades said could not be fixed and that the crown needed to be replaced because of its age. Meryl determined it was just a stain on a coating the previous dentist had put on that crown. She knew exactly what to do, and scraped and polished the stain out. Its only cosmetic but it was evident her knowledge and skills made a difference. The staff and assistants all seem to be very nice to deal with also. I will be visiting them for future dental needs.

Everyone in the office is very professional. Dr. Agarwal is quite knowledgeable/thorough and explained the whole procedure before starting.

Have been going to this dental clinic for the last six years. No regrets and very happy for the decision. Of course this will not happen without great customer service and dedicated dental professionals.

The administrative staff does not seem very professional or competent. I have had them tell me it is my responsibility to get estimates for procedures I don’t know much about (and every other dentist office I’ve ever been to provides estimates.) They have been rude to me when they booked appointments incorrectly. I had screenshots of the text message conversation booking an appointment which they booked wrong and they didn’t even apologize. And they will just book you for appointments without your consent. The most unprofessional administrative staff I have ever dealt with at a dental office. Very frustrating as the dentist was very good, he explained everything he was doing. Though the dentist was very condescending to his female assistant for no reason and that made me feel uncomfortable and bad for her.

Me and my wife have been a patient for Dr. Ankit for a few years now. He is an excellent professional and really cares. Besides that their hours are amazing 7 days a week same hours as the Lougheed mall. I recommend.

Very professional, and very friendly. The office is spotlessly clean. My work creates significant challenges to scheduling appointments, but they are very willing to bend over backwards to make it work for me.
