I bought OnTheGo MM black fro LV in Feb 2022. The bag was discoloured within a month and I went back there to return or exchange. The staff was so unwilling to listen to me. I spent almost one hour there and at the end they said that they are going to click pictures and call me, about the next plan. I came back. I called them several times, still waiting that what is going to happen next. This company do not give a dam, when you spent your money there, that’s it.they only care about how much money you are going to spend there.customer service is totally zero. As a customer I aspect a lot from LV. One star is way too much for this store. Totally disappointed.

Terrible experience. Ordered expensive sunglasses but tried to return them immediately without ever using the product. LV denied the return due to defective product. Long and slow customer service. Do not recommend at all, not worth.

Horrible service. Especially the store manager. Nobody wants to help, everyone just want to stand looking good and do nothing. I'm beginning to hate this brand. LV should train their staff more in customer service. Everyone have different opinion in the store. I was buying a bracelet for my son for his graduation. In the website, it says $700, but the lady says its $710. When ask question about the bracelet, she knows nothing. The way she was handling the bracelet, I was disgusted to even buy it.
If you know nothing about the product that you are selling, why be there? If not because of my son, I will not go in there.
I hope LV will do something about the staff.

Visited there to buy a pair of men’s shoes. The girl working there had a terrible attitude. Didn't bother herself to get me the sizes I wanted to try. Im not gunna buy $1500 shoes without trying few sizes. At last my size was the one on display which was worn hundreds of times. She didn't bother to bring me a new pair and lied. She was rude, arrogant and inattentive. Please educate your staff LV. If you are not happy with your job just leave! Im so happy I bought better shoes from another brand.

They seems all nice and welcoming when you walk in the store. Still nice when you show interest in buying the bag. Once you said, “ I will thinking about it. ” Their attitude changed right away. Cold as stone! Packed up everything and walk away without saying anything. No wonder there’s not many customers in the store.

I mostly do walk-ins here and have only encountered amazing service and SAs. Though the store is a bit smaller, I like coming here because of the great services.

I received a notification from LV that my bag had been repair and ready for pick up. Rachel, the Sale person that helped me came out with my bag and I realized the bag was not my original. After inspecting thoroughly, the manufacture label was switch out from “made in Spain” to “made in Italy”. I was furious at that point since the brand did a lot of work without my consent. On top of that, Rachel was being extremely unprofessional by stating that I have asked for too much to repair. I am shock to hear that the sales had the audacity to say that to their customer. It’s even more shocking to see bad customer service happening in luxury brands like LV.

She was impatient, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. Such a high end store should have more better train staff.

I went there with my friends and we were planning to buy hand bags but as soon as we stepped in they were following us around and gave us bad looks and my friend was smelling the perfumes after she left my other friend and i were still there then we heard one the employees tell the other can you check if somethings missing, as soon as we heard that we decided not to buy anything.

Worst customer service ever! When I came to purchase my bag the service was beyond excellent and the day I came back to exchange it for a different style a week later.it dropped to below zero! If I'm spending close to 5 grand on a bag.the zipper better be smooth and not sticking around. The manager Nikki gave us the worst service ever. Never coming back here.and she didn't seem to care at all when we told her that!

I find very poor customer service at this location. I have been to other stores like channel and Gucci way better.
That’s why I shop in other cities. They are loosing customers. Very unprofessional, rude, poor customer service.

This brand positions itself as a luxury segment, but at the same time, the staff in this store has a too low level of customer service. For most employees, the usual greeting with a client is quite difficult. My friends and I noticed that in this store it's normal not to say goodbye to visitors if they haven't made a purchase; there is also a completely opposite situation here, as soon as you buy something, the staff begins to show hypocritical interest. Sorry, but this is the level of customer service of a third world country.

My wife purchased me a wallet from here. We booked an appointment and went in to exchange it. The rep helping us did not seem interested and was partially annoyed. NOT what I expect when I shop at LV. They did imprint my wallet on the spot without waiting which was a bonus but they need to work on their customer service here. I'd rather goto the LV store down the street.

I have been a customer of LV all around the world for many years. In Vancouver I have always gone to the Holt Renfrew location as I find it is better for customer service. And once again I was not disappointed. Yesterday I went in and I had another great experience. I would actually say Excellent.
I had purchased a quite high priced bag in Rome just a few weeks ago. The salespeople in Rome did fold this delicate bag in a way that left an annoying crease into the soft leather which was bugging me a lot, not to mentioned showed me how delicate this new piece was. I took some courage, as the return policy had expired of a couple of days, and went in to ask Logan, the gentleman who has helped me for a year or so now, if there was something he could do for me. He looked at the bag and without any hesitation told me that I could exchange the bag and so I did. IT took me a while to decide what was the best choice for me and Logan. Matteo and Heather, (great managers by the way) helped me a great deal and supported me 100%. They helped me choosing the perfect bag for my needs. With patience, caring and didn't seem to mind the time I was taking to do so. I felt cared for and absolutely not pressured to move fast, even though they were busy.
This is why I want to Thank them again by writing this review. I hope the management will take note as it is not easy to find great staff memebers these days.
If you are fortunate enough to afford a bag from this expensive brand, I would recommend trying the experience at this LV location as you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service by Amy Lin. She was so informative and very nice. My sister went to LV Holt Renfrew to buy a new bag for herself and like usual, she was quite indecisive but Amy made it like a cakewalk for her. I was really amazed by her patience and knowledge of bags. She really made it a memorable shopping experience for us. Very professional attitude.
I did come across others’ comments/ posts regarding dressed not well enough and not welcomed warmly at this store, i must say, this was my third time being in this store, i have never had any such experience. For that matter, in May/June this year, i went there to buy a wallet for my brother and i was below casually dressed, still welcomed and treated like a worthy customer. Highly recommend!

Had the best experience here with Elena! My fiancé and I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes from her before closing and she was wonderful to deal with. Will definitely be coming to see her again next time we’re in Vancouver!

I had a very poor experience at Bond Street, London, UK LV, so was quite anxious about today.
Please can you pass on my sincerest thanks to the HR LV Hosts & Anne. The main Host I didn’t catch her name but she was OUTSTANDING! From the greeting at the entrance by a young man & all the way through the visit was just excellent!
I’m SO happy that everything worked out so well.
I’m over the moon. A wonderful memory for my Birthday.

I am giving 5 stars because of only ONE ASSOCIATE WHOS AMAZING he goes above and beyond! One time he was away and I dealt with another sales associate and everything went downhill it was unorganized and it was horrible. But whenever we work with Victor a LV sales associate he is AMAZING. I would recommend everyone to go to him. He listens to your concerns and your wants. He truely makes you feel like he cares about your happiness with your purchases. He's so good and makes everything run smooth and easy. I will continue buying from him for all my LV purchases.

After a horrible experience with their online shopping, my husband and I decided to give it another try by shopping at their HR location. We were helped by Samantha. She is really great and eollows up after purchase on how I am enjoying my new bag. Even sent me pictures of bandeaus that can go well with my bag. Since then, we look for her!

Worst customer experience. I went in store to possibly buy a perfume, and was assigned a Sales Associate. She showed us to where the perfumes are, and asked me if I have a certain preference (i.e. Fruity, floral, etc). I said I am not sure, but I am actually looking into certain perfumes on my list. She suddenly cut me off without bothering with my list, told us to sample perfumes by ourselves, and that she will be back. She then left us. After taking a few sniffs on the samples, I narrowed it down to two. But I wanted to ask her input, as I wanted something that is light enough to wear to work without being too strong to offend some people. When she came back, she asked us what we have decided on. And then when we told her we wanted her opinion on the two scents, she snapped back at us saying why don’t you just smell them all then decide for yourself. I was so shocked when she told me that. She offered no input other than insisting I try Rose de Vents. I told her I already tried that perfume in the past, and that it is still strong for me. If she can recommend something lighter than this. She said, “Oh, really? But that IS light. ” Because we can’t get any input from her, I just asked if there are maybe samples of the 2 perfumes I am choosing from. Unfortunately there is none at the moment, as she had showed me the bin.

I was close to just buying whichever of the two, but I totally lost it when she said: “or you can just go downstairs to buy perfume. ” Confused by this, I said, “oh you have Louis Vuitton downstairs now? ” She said, “No, Holt Renfrew has a perfume section downstairs. You can just choose from there. ” And no, she didn’t even tell us to try the other LV location. I felt so insulted, really. I am no stranger to Holt Renfrew, and I know what they sell inside the store. If I wanted perfume other than LV, it is common sense that I will not go to their store. I have bought from this LV location countless of times in the past, but I have never been treated this way before. Despite my dismay, I told her, “Uhm, no, I wanted one from LV. But that’s okay. We will just go to the Hotel Vancouver location. ” When she realized we were leaving, she said that even if we go to that location the perfumes are the same.

At this point, there was no question in my mind that she thinks we’re LV idiots. Of course they’re the same! But maybe at least they might be more helpful at the other location. And no, I won’t be coming back here again and will not be recommending them to friends anymore. Holt Renfrew as a whole, Yes. But the LV store at Holt Renfrew, definitely a No.

Very Bad Service. I will never come back and I will ensure everyone I know learns about my horrible experiences shopping here. I walked into the store to purchase a gift for my brother and no one came and helped me - no greeting - nothing. I had to ask for the specific product and then was interrupted 5 times when the sales rep had to serve another customer which appears to be a regular. The way I was treated versus a "regular" customer was significantly different. Even after I made the purchase, the sales rep didn't even say thank you for shopping with us. Anyway, please save your money. Why waste it on a brand that places you on a level system.

I've been a Louis Vuitton customer for 30 years. But I don't think I can go to the store anymore as a client of Louis Vuitton.
I bought a product called CLAPTONBPACK D. EBE. CREME for almost $3,000.00 on November 8/20 I loved it.
But the moving strap was very uncomfortable when I carried my bag.
The strings kept twisting. I can't go to Vancouver often. So I went to your Vancouver store on November 14th because I had to visit Vancouver. First, I asked if the laces in the bag were normal. After a while, someone who didn't tell me if it was a manager or a supervisor came and looked at my bag and said, "This is normal. It's been a long time, so I can't do anything for you. " Furthermore, he didn't say sorry for the inconvenience. She's very tough, and he's been saying no all the whole time.
It's natural to comfort a guest when you have a problem with a 15-dollar meal at a restaurant, but I doubt Lewis' staff training.
I bought a nearly $3,000 bag, and I can't give you anything, and no one told me the return period.
I haven't had a Notice in years when I was buying Louis Vuitton's stuff. Besides, I didn't know there would be this kind of defect.
And she was acting like she was Louis Vuitton.
Anyway, I feel so bad. So I asked them to compare it to the new bag, and they wanted to see it, so they went closer and found that there were Moving STRAP KEEPER in both rows. It wasn't on mine. Was it my fault that I didn't know there was nothing to have this Moving STRAP KEEPER? And then the manager or the supervisor, she said there was nothing wrong with it. When I went to the store to buy things, the staff smiled sweetly and offered me a drink, and when they had a problem, they made me a really weird person, and the head office taught me that.
Whose fault is this? Is it my fault?
She said she couldn't do anything until the end, and I didn't want to talk to her anymore, so I said I'd talk to someone else, and another one came and said she'd let me go to the MOVING STRAP KEEPER for free. They said it would take about two weeks, but now it's been over two weeks.
I want to receive the MOVING STRAAP KEEPER that I paid for but I haven't received yet, and I don't think I'll ever visit Louis Vuitton anymore.

Ordered a men's wallet online and chose to pick it up in this location. It was meant to be an early christmas present before I flew out of country. When I went to pick it up after confirming with a staff on call that it had arrived, they had told me that my item was missing/lost through transition, so i'm assuming there was an issue during delivery which I suppose should NOT happen to a luxury brand? I was pretty upset as I had the item hot stamped and included a gift message as well. They managed to make me pick a similar item in store and would have my online purchase refunded. It's been 12 days and I have yet to get any emails or update on my lost item/refund.

I thought online purchasing would be a safe option but I guess this might happen to someone else too, so I suggest you go into the store to purchase LV.

Poor customer service. I went in to look for a wallet and the sales person gave me the impression like we were wasting her time and that we are not going to buy it. I asked for other styles of the wallet and everytime I ask she would give the vibe like "ugh". I even apologized for being indecisive (Can you blame me if your spending $500+ and making sure you actually like the product before spending that kind of amount) but she put a face like "whatever". She even said "if you want you can come back another day when you decide" which is fine but she said it in a way like I am wasting her time. However I do not want to wait 30-45min again just to get in the store. The whole service felt uncomfortable, felt like we were not welcomed. Meanwhile other customers are getting quality service because their appearance shows that they have money while I am dressed as a regular attire. So I assume they will judge you by your appearance if you have money or will just waste their time. I have a friend that said not to go to Holt Renfrew LV because there known for there poor service, that being said if I would of known earlier I would of went to a different location. Ended up buying the wallet, however I wish I asked for a different sales rep so she wouldn't get the commission

Thanks to Samantha for the good work and the good syling advice. My LV experience was on point. It's a big store full of cool stuff and a big inventory and I liked the fact they have a LV just for man, more convenient and the waiting outside the store is way more quicker like that. It's a 5 on 5!

Really bad customer service.

My friend made a purchase online and chose to pick up in store (the HR location). When we got there, the staff asked the three of us to wait, and said if we want to have a look of the products inside, we need to wait for at least 1h. Even if my friend was just to pick up the product she bought!

This is unbelievably rude and ridiculous. When we appeared to be upset, the staff dramatically changed her mind and ask her superior. Then she decided to let my friend pick up in 10 mins.

I was totally disappointed about the staff’s attitude and I really doubt that if the training process is appropriate and enough.

I just decided not to follow my friend to get inside because the staff said “only two people allowed to get in together”. And apparently there were three of us. We felt offended again about this “kind and clever” policy, since the number of staffs working inside is obviously more than that of customers.

I’m grateful that LV HR has prevented me from getting into this location again. It really saves my time and money.

Both locations are excellent we prefer the one in the holt Renfrew. My guy bought me the wrong bag because he such a guy.the staff were as happy to return it or exchange it as they were to sell it. Rachel gave us Five star customer service from beginning to end. I know I can be a bit of a handful sometimes. Thank you to all the staff and management for looking after me

The entire staff were all extremely supportive, helpful, and professional with helping my wife carefully select her new purse. Rachel was instrumental with this 2 hour process. We left there with a very happy memory.

I absolutely love this store but mainly for the great customer service that I always receive. Everybody is very helpful. Rachel was Instrumental in assisting me the last time I was there and Aldo is extremely busy she made sure that all my needs were met by getting me exactly what was needed and nothing more. I do not know if they are paid commission. It seems that they are not because there is no urgency for them to sell anything but they are extremely helpful in the process of shopping.

A five star review is well-deserved to all staff and management thank you

A great experience was looked after as soon as we walked in the store by Sandy. Was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Didn't make us feel rushed and was very open to helping and answering all our questions.
