I paid and place an order at their store for a pair of sunglasses. However after placing my order I went to holt renfrew and they had it in stock. Purchased from there and decided to go back to this location to cancel my order that I paid for. Sales person said she can’t cancel the order as the store manager also mentioned I have to wait for the glasses to arrive in the store to get a refund for the order. Received an email 2 days ago I reached out to get a refund customer service said they sent an email to the store. No one had even bothered to reach back out to us. They’re quick to make sales but slow to refund. This is unacceptable for such a high end brand for customer service.

For many years, I haven’t shop at any Vancouver LV stores because the experience was not very pleasant. Then I heard Fiona is working at LV as a private client advisor. I called and told her that I want to buy LV iconic trunks. She was very patient and sent me photos and videos of in stock goods. Then I came downtown to see the actual measurements and paid, but I didn’t want to carry a big and heavy bag to a business dinner so she offered to ship the coffret accessories truck to my home with “white glove” service next day! That really impressed me! I want to let the management team know that I am very please with her professional customer service and product knowledge. I will definitely return to shop with Fiona soon!

I had incredible service. First time in Louis Vuitton, all the staff were so welcoming and showed me around as I was a little lost. It was a fluid and enjoyable experience for a store. Recommend the experience and products!

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. The woman who helped me was not knowledgeable about their own products. When I was asking her questions about the different bags she had no idea the different between leathers and lines of bags. I had more product knowledge than she did. The purse was pulled out from a drawer where they dump all their bags and the dust bag was all wrinkled. Then she charged me for a bag on my $4500 purchase. This seems ridiculous. The bag looked used too. I mean even Old Navy gives their bags for free. This is laughable.

Came in past Friday after work in scuffed ripped and dirty clothing. I was still given VIP service. Although I wound up purchasing a Gucci wallet instead that day, I was incredibly impressed with the experience at Louis Vuitton.
Will definitely be back at this location for future LV purchases!

Due to a lot of negative reviews I was super skeptical to visit this location, but I am glad I went. As we were greeted at the door, I had my client advisor take me to a table where I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He showed me 4 different hand bags and I've got exactly what I wanted for my bday. If you go to this location look for Wilson Chen as he is a great listener and will work with your needs and your budget. I did not feel any pressure to buy, I didn't feel like I was being judged. I had an amazing experience and I am planning to go back. Thank you Wilson and keep up the good work!

I visited the store on July 15th, around noon - 1pm. While the lovely older Asian lady at the door greeted me warmly, asked if I had an appointment and helped me get connected with an SA by the counter to show me evening bags, it was the SA by the counter (younger Asian woman) who made my experience unpleasant and made me feel un-welcomed. She refused to show me more evening bags when I asked if they had more designs of the same size ("we do have more but this is all I can show you FOR NOW" she said - what does this even mean?) I told her thanks for your time, and headed to Dior next store where I was assisted wonderfully and then to Gucci who I happily gave my sale to after being shown great pieces, the SA took her time with me and was interested in helping me as opposed to this cold woman at LV (purchased a pair of heels and a purse at Gucci.) She represents the brand quite awfully. I'd rather purchase online or call in ahead of visiting to put things on hold and just pay and be on my way. I feel like certain SA's of a certain demographic only want to help their own. Quite evident here.

Some of the women working at this location will give attitude. The lady helping me was very nice. However, another lady that was working rolled her eyes at my sister which took me by surprise. Overall it is a nice store & has knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely horrible experience. They they provided Absolutely garbage service. I purchased a product to be shipped in store and after they made a bunch of mistakes they wanted me gone, they just told me that they will refund me and kept pushing me to get a refund so they don't have to deal with there mistakes, after speaking to what maybe was a manager the staff just walked away from me mid sentence. I was polite the entire time. After speaking to my sales woman and the manager they told me that they are sorry for there mistake and will re order the product, and for the mistake and garbage service they will have a small gift for me waiting when the new product arrives. No gift was waiting when I went to pick up my order. When you show at a high-end retail store you assume you would have a good experience and not just a feeling of being spat in the face.

This was a horrible experience happened here the girl name CINDY asian was very rude and was not interested to assist us at all she treated us like we were in a random mall shop even H&M have better service…. Before going to lv store we went to GUCCI store to get the belt and they were spectacular in there service…. Would never recommend this location and CINDY we wanted to take men’s wallet matching wallets as a couple but her behaviour already made us so frustrated we ended up buying only a women’s wallet.

First i step into this shop one guy staff just greeting and dont even ask what i want (i might not look good in that day in simple looks)
Then woman staff came to ask me if i want something
And she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable to purchase a bag right away
After then she became my client assistant

She Always smiling and answered my direct message
She made me wanna come here often even i got what i want already but still keep searching for something i might like lol

Omg just met the kindest and nicest SA i have ever met in my whole life especially LV. I would to recommend Lily compared to all of the other staff. Lily is such an amazing SA. She is very helpful and make things got easy and interesting. She is beyond top tier. If you come here, make sure to find Lily instead of the others. Ohh I saw one SA who was just starring at me just and didnt respect my area there and thinking im poor. Bruh i can probably buy your mom go buy a mirror! On the other hand, Lily who was very nice and did not even discriminate by the way i look. Just because someone who would wear t shirt and short pants dont mean they cant buy LV bozooo. Ohh i dont wear them though. But these people probably can buy the whole store just saying. Look at Lily she worked there for a year and she was super friendly and did not judge me and felt shes the manager and the experience onr. I went to LV Hotel Vancouver with a specific purse in mind. Unfortunately, it was out of stock and there's a waiting list. My SA's name is Brian. He is wonderful! Very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me other purses close to what I wanted until I found one I love. Overall, the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Brian is great and I'm happy with my purchases.

Had to pick up a few gifts today for the holidays. A lovely lady named Bree helped me find what was on my list, and made the entire experience a lot less stressful. This is one of my first visits to LV, and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Would repeat based on good customer service.

Always a great experience at this store. All their staff are super welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The greater at the front of the store was amazing, I wish I remembered her name. Hands down the best location and the only one I would go to in Vancouver! 10x better service than the Holt Renfrew location.

I came from the Holt Renfrew LV store after looking for a wallet there but being met with unhelpful staff and limited supply. I was assigned a sales person (Tina) who gave me a rich shopping experience. She was able to explain the history and design of each wallet I was looking at. She also gave me alternatives and explanations for the, how and why each piece was created. I left feeling strong in my selection and my wife was pleased with her gift!

Louis Vuitton Vancouver does not care at all about customer service or the QUALITY of the product they sell.
Girlfriend orders a bag combo set from this location Louis Vuitton Hotel Vancouver, they have things packaged and gives you the product and have wait in line to inspect the product if there is any flaws. But since we didn’t have time for that we just got our package and left hoping the quality of the product would be as it should be; new, un-damaged, and without any sort of markings.
To my surprise the was a finger nail press mark on the center of the leather purse, and seem to be some kind of white powdery makeup on the inside of the purse as well.
Thinking it must be from the staff carelessly unwrapping the product and wearing excessive makeup on their hands. We obviously asked for a exchange cause my girlfriend still wanted the product but not at that condition, failed quality check, that was given to us.
To add more fuel on fire which I don’t understand personally they say they won’t have that such product on hand but would still keep the full amount I have paid for on hand as a deposit for the purse AND if any further increase in price that may happen the difference will to be charge on the credit card of the purchase. So is this product a currency or something? Like it would change in price even though it’s not my fault from the beginning the product is damaged or not even at new condition? ! Like am I supposed to buy a new car have a couple dents on the car and just accept it but if I were to return they can say “ohh ya by the way if the price goes up we gonna have you pay the difference ok. Don’t worry we will still keep your money in the mean time” … like what kinda customer service is this… what kind of treatment to a customer is this? Quality control? If is a fail they need to access it and send it back as damage product from the beginning without even having a customer have to deal with this issue…

Ps. If you were to go to this location don’t have Shiva as your SA, she was snobby and doesn’t care for the customer. I recommend getting an appointment with Lily she was very kind and helpful.

Always a long wait. But they moved the entrance from the street to inside the hotel. Waiting indoor is better than waiting outside. Brian was very helpful and patient. I recommend him.

Had a bad experience here back in 2012 and I stopped shopping at this location due to a terrible manager. Gave it another shot a couple years ago and everything has been great; Nancy is our go to SA!
Very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about the whole LV line. Purchased numerous times and Nancy has been top notch over and over.

When it comes to designer stores, many employees seem to look down on the customers who aren't wearing designer clothing or don't look rich, but Tina was very professional and not judgemental at all (I could not say the same to the other employees though). Anyhow, I came in wearing regular clothing, and Tina still treated me with respect and she had a great attitude throughout my whole shopping experience even though I may have made her run around the whole store looking for things.

Ended up buying a few things, so thanks Tina and can't wait to come back to your excellent service!

I came in to look for a mini wallet, and I was greeted by Tina. She is super friendly, helpful and professional. Even though I was ended up with a cross body bag which isn’t available in store at the moment, Tina kindly helped me to order the item online. I’m really looking forward to receive my first luxury bag

Terrible customer service. Makes the whole experience painful. I’ve had better customer service at Safeway spending $20, than here spending $5000. I’ve had better customer service at Nordstrom. To top it off, you cannot contact the store by phone and when you call client services, then tell you that they will get someone at the store to call you, but that never happened twice. Once they make their sale off of you, they don’t give you the time of day anymore. Shameful.

Like mentioned below, a lot of the women at this store had a lot of attitude. They can be rude and quite condescending. However, Louisa was the one to help me out the most with the purchase of two bags and she was fantastic! Very nice, very easy to talk to, and was happy to show and explain different options. She was also great when I went back and complained about a broken lock.turned out I was closing it wrong and it actually worked fine! Next time I purchase something here, it will be from her for sure.

I have been super impressed by the service at this store. I wanted to buy a bag which had a very long waitlist, so Stephanie put me in waitlist and every time I checked with her on the status of the bag she replied to me instantly and the day she got my bag she messaged me and booked an appointment. Everything was so smooth. I highly recommend this store compared to anyother LV location.

Some of the women working at this location have huge attitude problems and to be honest you'll find better customer service at McDonald's then here. The girl who helped my sister rolled her eyes at my sister 2 times within a 20 minute period. The girl who helped me pick my bags out was super nice though.

I visited the Hotel Vancouver Louis Vuitton to purchase a Pochette Metis. Although I made quite a quick purchase of this item (for almost $3,000 including tax) within my 20-minute (or shorter) visit, I felt a superior/condescending attitude from the associates at the store. It felt like they looked down on me for no reason, and their attitude was intimidating and disrespectful at its core.

Besides that, the associate who was helping me see the products, told me they don't have any more Pochette Metis at the store for me to compare with the only one he showed me; although later it was proven to be a lie, as I had to visit their store the next day and it turned out they had at least 2 more of this item at the time.

I ended up buying this handbag and when I inspected it at home on the same night, I found a few obvious problems with it, including mismatching gold hardware on the strap, and some other problems with glazing and asymmetrical issues. I cannot imagine that the associates at the store were already Not aware of these obvious issues with this handbag, and this makes me even more suspicious of why the associate lied to me and didn't show me the other Pochette Metis handbags they were carrying at the store when I asked for it. This behavior is charlatanism at its core. I did not expect to experience such a deceitful behavior at a Louis Vuitton store.

Furthermore, once making the payment I told the other associate who was processing my payment, that I don't have an account with LV in Canada and asked her to make me a new account with my Canadian phone number. She got my phone number only and my first name and said that it was enough for creating my account! I purchased the handbag thinking that she had created my account with Louis Vuitton, but unfortunately the day after I realized she never made me an account with LV.
Also she put my Pochette Metis handbag in a sliding shoe box (not a  magnetic handbag box)? !

The day after, I had to head to Vancouver Holt Renfrew Louis Vuitton to check their Pochette Metis as I had found defects in the one I bought from Hotel Vancouver LV. There, at Holt Renfrew LV, I found out that the associate at Hotel Vancouver LV had never made me an account with LV when I bought my handbag from her.

I had to purchase a second Pochette Metis handbag at Holt Renfrew and had to head back to Hotel Vancouver LV to return the handbag I bought the day before - because Holt Renfrew LV refused to exchange my handbag, as I didn't have an account with LV, at the time. When I visited the Hotel Vancouver LV for the second time less than 24 hours from my first visit, I asked to see their other Pochette Metis handbags and they showed me 2 of them! I asked if they had received them just on that day and they said No! So that was a proof that the associate who sold me the defected Pochette Metis the day before lied to my face, claiming that it was the only one they carried at the store.

All and all, I dont recommend this location at all; horrible attitude, charlatanism, and unprofessional behaviour including not even creating an LV profile for the buying customer.
I do reconsider shopping from LV in general, given all these other fabulous luxury brands,

I went to Louie Vuitton on July 24th 2020, during this time I understand the wait and the low capacity and when I went there I was notify that it would be 1 hour wait and my and my family didn’t want to wait so I ask him if I can make an appointment so he did for the next day 26th if july at 12pm and I have gotten the text of “conformation” of that appointment, later that day I have gotten a call from one of the sale rep and texted but I was busy and didn’t have time to text back and I wasn’t notify that one of the sale rep would text me and confirm when I already have a text of conformation if that date. The next day me and my mom went at 12 pm and she went out and said that oh you didn’t text me back from conformation and i show her the text I gotten the first time from the security and she has said that oh that doesn’t count.how that doesn’t count? It said July 12 at 12 pm? Like she doesn’t know how to read English or something then me and my mom have to wait for an hour and then when she took us in (the sale rep name is Nancy Kim) and all she could do is complain about how I didn’t text her the whole time then I have told her that so are you gonna complain likes a little girl or am I gonna get my stuff? Then she quickly shut up and help me get my purchase. Nancy Kim customer service is not good nor their Louie Vuitton store very bad customer service. If you ask my opinion if you want to go to that location don’t book an appointment, do walk in I think it’s a lot faster and don’t let Nancy Kim help you.

Terrible, frustrating experience at this location. Went the first time to get shades for me and bf. Given its Covid times, I understood there would be waiting involved. We got there, paid for parking and were told it would be an hour and 45 mins wait, we decided to wait in line incase we could go in sooner. We were able to get in after 45 mins wait. Hand sanitizing and masks are mandatory for everyone, which was awesome (they hand out masks at the door). We knew exactly what we wanted and were greeted and helped right away. We were done in 10mins. Once home, bf realized he didn't like his shades as much and would like to exchange. So, trying to avoid the wait again, I went online and booked an appt for a week and a half later (earliest available).

Second visit, we expected to not wait again at the door and be done in short time. We were put in a separate line since we made an appt, and yet had to wait AN HOUR again. It was super frustrating, they kept taking other customers in, who may have walked in and waited for their turn. What is the point of making an appointment if we still have to wait even more than we waited when we walked in the previous time? They said, your rep is just finishing with a customer and will get you soon. After 30 mins of wait, I asked how much longer it would be, then they gave me the reply about Covid and Regulations. I said I completely agree with that and glad that you are following the rules about Max # of customers in store. But why do i have to wait 30 mins after making an appt a week and half in advance. I don't care which rep helps me, when I booked the appt.i didn't book with a particular rep nor did it say online that you would still have to wait even if you book an appt.

We ended up getting a refund and getting out of there. Its not worth to give them our business when they don't care about customer service.

Birthday gift spoiled with horrible customer service.

I recently purchased a men’s wallet for my fiancé from this location and it honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I purchased the gift for his birthday and wanted to get it hot stamped to personalize it. I called the LV customer service line and they informed me they spoke with this specific location and stated I would be able to get it done in under an hour. I live an hour away from Vancouver, so I drove down to make this special trip to get it stamped (3pm).

Once I spoke with the one of the advisors, Victor, he informed me that they would not be able to hot stamp until their closing time (6 pm). I informed him that I called the customer service, and they told me it would only take an hour. Victor said they never called them, and that there often is a disconnect of communication between the call centre and the LV store.
-What kind of company are you running when there is no clear communication between the store the customer service? -

Victor said he’d do us a favour and he will be able to get it by 6: 15 pm after closing.so I agreed and waited 3 hours in DT.
Well, it was 6: 15pm and guess what? They stamped the WRONG initials…
When the initials were already taken down on a form, with the correct colour and the lettering. But he still managed to screw it up.

Following that, talking to Victor, and the director, Heather, were not helpful whatsoever. Instead they blamed the customer service. On top of that, they told us that because Victor was doing it quickly to do us a favour it got messed up. Ultimately blaming us for a stupid mistake they made themselves. Then trying to reorder the exact same wallet to get it stamped was honestly too exhausting dealing with this store. The advisor and the director were no help and did not try to compensate for their mistake. Ultimately ruining the birthday surprise.

I cannot believe it - my bag has literally been stolen from the company. Sent it in for repairs more than 8 weeks ago, sent in multiple texts and phone calls desperate to find out what happened to my bag. Their answer? “Our warehouse is closed”. Excuse me? Closing your warehouse is NOT an option when people are sending in their four figure ($$$$) bags! There is no end in sight to this mess, or when I’ll be seeing my bag again! This was my first time giving Louis Vuitton a try - talk about the worst possible first impression. I will be sharing my story both in real life and online.

AVOID THIS LOCATION
I bought a bag for $3600 from this location on March 10,2020 and later found another bag which was of the latest season online which we ordered to ship to the store so we can exchange once it arrives. (Online order ref#NX90634352). We weren't happy with options at store but still bought one which my ‘friend’ liked the most and still was unhappy in back of her mind which made us go back to online shopping and found the one she wanted. Upon returning to the store, store manager refused to return as she found a small paper inside. LV bag which was purchased was never used, all plastic wrapping was still on the bag. Furthermore when we were purchasing the bag in the store salesperson told you can return the bag in 30 days if you don't like it but it should be in a good condition. Yesterday March 16 when we went to exchange Store Director Heather Ward (Photo and business card attached) refused to exchange it. Original Receipt dated March 10 Invoice #016381 (picture attached) Yesterday was March 16 we left the bag and receipt on their premises. I am a frequent shopper at this brand and have never experienced anything similar to this in any of the locations I have ever visited in my entire life. The store “Director’s“ behaviour was absolutely unacceptable and very unsatisfactory!

I have loved this brand since my childhood. But the level of quality of the products and the quality of service didn't seem to be on the same level. This week I went there and as soon as I entered the store, a staff came to me and talked to me. I need my own space to look around first and choose what I want. I am not looking forward to seeing what you like. She recommended based on her favorite, not even what goes good on me. And she seems to be like ummm she just woke up. Her hair was not clean and combed. And I decided to purchase my wallet and I found what I like. And she showed me the display, and I paid. I asked her I would like to get brand new one, well maybe I should ask her before but I didn't think no one purchase display products? Well, she did not even ask me that option before I purchase. And she realized she did not ask me that before I pay, so she left us almost 30 minutes to order new wallet. It tooks so long time. And she finally asked for help to another staff and after that it was smooth. I think she needs training sign on her name plate, and clean up herself more to be welcome customers. Taking care of yourself is not just for you, it shows respect to others as well. I hope they figure out the quality of service.

Nancy is so sweet! I went in to buy a purse and unfurtunately they didn't have it in the store, but she showed me an even better option and now I am so happy with my new purse. I wasn't well dressed and was definitely not showing off money and they treated me as well as any other customer. Came back three days later just to get some perfume samples and they were extremely friendly, provided me with water and the samples and treated me very well even though I did not buy anything this second time. Very impressed and hopefully will be coming back!:)

After ages of not shopping here due to a issue with the manager after buying a faulty 3000$ Louis Vuitton windbreaker my views of this store have completely changed.management since 2014 has tightened up and changed for the better. Nancy the SA is awesome and our go to, always helps us out finding anything we need and has awesome customer service! This went from being a spot I stopped visiting back in 2014 after spending lots of money over the years; to a spot I now stop at weekly! Thank you LV hotel Vancouver for great products & customer service!

I found the bag I liked finally they only had one I went upstairs with my baby left my stroller down told the salesman I will check for more stuff he even checked on me how I was doing few minutes after i came down he was with another customer to my surprise he sold the bag to her and I asked what was he doing he said she is his client priority for the client and the story goes on and on he ruined my day how he treated me was horrible it was my Christmas present from my husband as I am a new mom he wasted our time with my baby left the store disappointed and disrespected in front of other customers I called customers service the lady on the phone was horrified she asked me to present his name I didn't know his name he is an Asian guy.

Very bad experience in the place. The customer service is very horrible. I went in to check if I can fix my wallet and the other lady that was not helping me asked if I brought in a fake wallet. I will NOT go back there ever.

Terrible Customer Survive. I have never experienced such customer in my life. I was in my normal outfit and the lady who we bought item with didn't even smile once. Not even once. She was reluctant and frustrated to show us the items. It was extremely negative experience for us. We left to go to the one inside Holt. Ways better service.

Below average service, I had to walk out once because I got left standing around for 20min. Apparently there is a “wait list” you have to be on? Kinda stupid. Although the store is well staffed, I think they need better training. My second visit was better but still the service is too slow!

I had been there few times deciding to pick up a hand bag for my partner & sales staff has been phenomenal every time.

Luxury at its best!
